Єгор (9/5): Best value for money that I could find in Rome :) - The staff is great, Chris is very friendly, and his English is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it has all the facilities that you need for a short-term stay. It's located near a big bus stop, where you can buy a ticket. The room has a big balcony. The building has an elevator. The building is old-fashioned and in good condition. The bathroom is small, and there is a little bit of rust in it. The room is a little bit smaller than I imagined and has no storage for clothes at all.

Juraj (7/5): Tidy accomodation, but small and far away. - Everything very clean and tidy. Good service and communication with host. Location was not great, takes a bit of effort to get to the city. Also the room is very small but okay to use just to sleep and shower.

Бесплатная вода в холодильнике, сок, кофе, чай.Даже конфетки с вафельками )))))Хозяин очень приятный , рассказал куда сходить , даже дал карту с отмеченными достопримечательности. Советую всем для комфортного проживания.Есть кондиционер., чайник , кофеварка . Супер!!!!

Christine (7/5): This is a little gem, be alert for all the directions for entry. - Good communication with our host. Close to restaurants, bars and a convenience store in walking distance. It was next to a taxi spot. We had luggage and the property had an elevator The arrangements for accessing keys were good once we worked it out. Everything was ready, but it felt like an episode of reality TV...Race Across the World!
Kathleen (10/5): Pleasant, met expectations except for getting the keys. - There was poor communication with the owner regarding access tothe facility. We did not realize from the booking listing that the guesthouse was four rooms inside na apartment building with a gated courtyard. An email asking for confirmation May have been sent but it was not received. A second email might have been more successful, or ask if Fira second email on booking would have provided an alternative. Foreign phones further complicated communications. Other tenants gave us access to the courtyard and building. A phone number was listed on the unit’s door but we were unable to complete the call. There was also a language barrier. Another tenant graciously assisted us in reaching the landlord and for us to gain access. I would have also appreciated a bus schedule/ map and a Metro map, and a listing for cabs.

Oleh (10/5): Satisfied - Super clean and safe! Nothing was touched or stolen! Everything was cleaned daily and fridge refilled! Location in quiet area 10/10. AIRCO And dumper on the window was very useful, you can make room completely dark in the day time to take a nap. 20 min walk from Vatican 15 min to Metro 4 min to BUS A lot of different keys to carry around but it was worth it .

Even though the overall experience was positive, I did encounter some challenges with host communication at the start, but he responded promptly once we connected. I would still recommend this place and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests. Communication with host.

Shivani (8/5): Quick, clean and cozy! - Great clean space, good walking distance to the Vatican but not close to anything else! About an hours walk to the Trevi Fountain but it was a safe and lovely walk! No iron which is strange, the bed and blankets weee also not as comfortable, the host wasn’t very diligent with being prepared for our arrival. Had to wait to be allowed in etc, he kept messaging “hi” when I just needed instructions on check in. At one point I needed to calm him which wouldn’t be ideal for many guests who don’t pay for a data plan when they travel. Other than that everything was good for our one night stay!
