• P (10/5): Un departamento muy lindo con una impresionante vista al mar, la dueña y el personal a cargo son muy amables y atentos. - Es un departamento amplio, la cocina está bien equipada, tiene lava seca, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Está un poquito alejado del centro pero a los costados consigues farmacias, market, restaurante.

• Rick.Es.R (10/5): Gran apartamento para disfrutar en familia o amigos de la Boquilla en Cartagena - La atencion y el servicio, tanto del propietario como de la persona que nos entrego y recibio. El apto grande, comodo y placentero para descansar con amigos y familia No es que no me haya gustado pero las imagenes parecieran que el apto diera hacia el mar, lo que cuando lo recibi sin obviar que tiene una gran vista hacia la cienaga, tenia mis espectativas de tener una vista directa al mar.
• Rod (10/5): The Cartegena trip was great and lots of fun. We enjoyed ourself. Apartment was as advertised - Great location for us. Several pools and gym. On the beach. Loved the balcony facing the ocean. Spacious apartment, I was not aware of all of the amenities. Has nothing to do with apartment, which was great, but the Island tours are a ripoff, not worth the money. Your better off at the beach in front of the apartment.
• Cristina (9/5): - Es una propiedad bien ubicada, con salida privada al mar en el cual sus playas son lindas, tranquilas con menos vendedores ambulantes. Definitivamente mucho mejores que las de Bocagrande que son demasiado concurridas. Súper cerca del aeropuerto y cerca a los mejores hoteles de la ciudad. Nos encantó la rápida respuesta de la host Mónica que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. El apto hermoso y muy amplio con una vista al mar espectacular y con todo lo necesario para cocinar, también cuenta con lavadora y secadora así que eso es un plus. Tiene tres piscinas todas accesibles para niños. Es bueno en relación precio y lo que ofrece sobre todo si vas con niños ya que el mar enfrente lo hace muy fácil para los chiquitos o personas que no pueden cambiar largas distancias. Ella también tiene personal de confianza que ofrecen tours a distintos lugares turísticos. Definitivamente este apto es una increíble opción. No dejan entrar a nadie que no se esté quedando en el apto eso es muy bueno por seguridad pero si tienes a alguien que se está quedando en otro lugar y quieren compartir juntos, es prohibido.

The best part, The beach is literally right in front of the building, just a few steps and you’re there. The building is well maintained and feels very safe. The pool was clean and a great option when I didn’t feel like going into the ocean. The staff and security were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Everything was easy and smooth, check-in, communication, and check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place by the beach. Nothing

• Gordon (10/5): The property made the entire trip and amazing experience due to the luxury, comfort, and views - The property was amazingly spacious with 3 Bedrooms. 3 Bathroom, 2 Balconies and very close to the beach. It had amazing views was very comfortable. I wish the doorman spoke English but they were very helpful.

The Apartment Itself Is Absolutely Gorgeous With All The Complete Amenities In & Out. Starting With A Furnished Balcony With Ocean Views Of The Coastline Of La Boquilla, Cartagena That Are Phonomenaly Beautiful With Huge Glass Sliding Doors & Windows All Thru Out The Very Comfortable Living & Dinning Room Space Open Kitchen All Fully Furnished & Equipt. Also 3 Very Spacious Bedrooms All With There Own Private Bathroom/Showers As Well Beautifully Furnished, Extremely Comfortable, Incredibly Well Organized & Hygienicly Clean All Thru Out This Fabulous Apartment. The Building Itself Has A Very Attractive Lobby That Is Beautifully Equipt With Gourges Atrium Tropical Garden Style Corridors That Included 3 Pools On The Main Level As Well 2 On Each Roof Tops Of Each Tower With The Most Amazing Views As Well Direct Beach Access From The Building A Coulpe Feet Away To The Ocean. The Cherry On Top Was The Incredible Customer Service Of Ms.Monica From Bookings & Her Incredible Team. The Comunication & Undivided Attention Was Extremely Professional ,Extremely Respectful & Kind All Thru Out Defenetly. The Incredible Value For This Exotic Rental Was Super Impressive. To Me & My Family The Whole Experience Was Spectacular We Were Beyond Impressed. All & Everything That U Could Crave In A Exotic Costal Rental This Is The It. This Is Defenetly A Super Treat & Memorable Experience For Any Family To Share & Enjoy. Anyone That Is Interested In This Incredible Amazing Rental It Is Totally Worth The Experience U Will Not B Disspointed In The Least What So Ever. • Mathias (3/5): Poor - The location was very good 👍👍 We had a great maid / cook - very nice and the food was awesome The apartment has significant water damage and smells strong like humidity --> The owner rented the place knowing this, arguing humidity is normal in Cartagena... Also the apartment was poorly clean when we arrived (kitchen, stains in furniture, windows etc...) the furniture is very old and in a poor condition / blankets and sheets are old and have stains. The air-conditioning was broken in the living room and wasn't checked prior out Arrival. The handover was very quick and there was not a chance to ask questions, get familiar with the apartment etc. The kitchen has old kitchenware. Overall we booked this place because of the ratings and the recommendations but we are terribly disappointed
