• chihnan (7/5): 要小小抱怨一下那個淋浴間實在太小了。這間是我在這次義大利旅遊住過最貴，但是體驗最一般的。無人管理的模式我不太喜歡，大門有點卡，鎖開了以為沒解鎖。房東算是很用心的在回答你問題。沒有洗衣機，扣分。 -

• Heidi (1/5): This is despicable treatment of both the property and Booking.com. Go Direct!! - A colleague and I were attending an international conference at the Hilton which was booked out due to the amount of people attending from all over the world. I was very lucky to find this accommodation on booking.com so close to the Hilton however turned into a nightmare!! Upon arrival at the property we were met by a representative of Team CleanBnB Giudecca who let us into the apartment. Once we were inside he proceeded to advise us that there would be no hot water for the duration of our stay. When I asked why not he had said the whole building had no hot water available. I advised him that this booking should not have been taken from us nor Booking.com but instead removed from Booking.com for availability whilst there was not hot water. My colleague and I were left stranded without available accommodation for a work conference and told to make a decision within 20 minutes. I found alternate accommodation for 2 nights and then had to struggle for another 2 nights. This property offered no compensation and charged me full price. After 2 months of trying to make contact with these people and my constant complaints from across the world I have been given a discount of cleaning charges only and then Booking.com took their costs. This is despicable treatment of both the property and Booking.com. Do not stay here, and do not use Booking.com - go direct!!! I rate this experience negative -10!!!
• Emily (7/5): Very good and comfortable stay - would book again!! - Great location, comfy beds, space to eat and relax! Quiet area but friendly and well connected. I would recommend to friends! Michele was very helpful and flexible with arrival times and keys. The kitchen could be improved with a small oven rather than a microwave. The door to enter the building is quite heavy to use. It would have been helpful to have a short guide / helpful information / things to remember in the flat to refer to including where to put the bins, nearby clothes washing (as there is no where to wash clothes in the building), wifi passwords etc. The shower sometimes ran hot then cold back and forth.
• Rachel (8/5): Fabulous location - The location was fabulous. The apartment was a nice size and clean. I don't like brocade bedspreads and blankets that do not seem to be washed between guest's stays. Also, the air conditioner wasn't great
• Susanna (7/5): Overall our vacation to Venice was amazing, but I don’t think we would choose this place again, at least for that money - The view was amazing and stuff was very helpful and friendly! The side of Venice is not very crowded and cozy. Loved the restaurants on this side for dinner and breakfast The correlation price and quantity did not meet my expectations. Yes we were during high season but our friend booked much bigger space in the same building for twice less money. Was no welcoming water, shower was too small, no proper duvet just a blanket, and couch in the living room seemed so old and dirty, we didn’t want to use it…

• Susan (10/5): it was great to see beyond the main island of Venice. This residence gave us a chance to see a local neighborhood with a - the apartment in the 5th floor had wonderful views of Venice. The apartment was large and comfortable. The island was very charming and had a lovey vista of Venice with very friendly cafes and restaurants. no issues
