• Juan Carlos (10/5): - El sitio estaba muy céntrico a 5 minutos de Estafeta. Limpieza impoluta y muy silencioso. Un apartamento muy cómodo ideal para visitar Pamplona. Las camas individuales son un poco cortas. Si mides más de 1'75 los pies sobresalen. Hacía calor y no había problema pero no deja de ser un poco incómodo

• Maria Jesus (8/5): - La ubicacion perfecta, la persona de contacto m,uy atenta, el apartamento es muy acogedor. Volvere He venido varias veces y he notado que ha bajado bastante en la limpieza. La cafetera no funciona y al ser de inducción la cafetera tipo italiana no sirve. Creo que hay que cuidar mejor la dotación de la cocina.

• Pelayo (8/5): Bien, pero el soporte al inquilino debería ser más resolutivo - Estaba ordenado todo y con buen gusto. El soporte respondía rápido mediante móvil. El apartamento en las fotos parecía con un salón más grande. Aunque respondían rápido a las incidencias, no fueron capaces de arreglarlas, simplemente se disculparon: Netflix no funcionaba en el TV, la cafetera eléctrica desbordaba el café y la cafetera italiana no funcionaba en la vitrocerámica.

• Ramon (5/5): - Buena ubicación. Apartamento limpio y comodo. Problemas de acceso importantes para acceder a la vivienda debido al sistema de acceso que tienen implantados. Si el router falla los codigos de acceso no funcionan por lo que no se puede acceder ni al portal ni a la vivienda.

• enriqueta (9/5): APARTAMENTO SUPER RECOMENDABLE. - El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo y cuidado. Muy cerca de la plaza de toros y el casco histórico, además la calle super tranquila para descansar. Ari estaba ahi para cualquier duda que tuviesemos, las dudas sobre la calefacción me las resolvió enseguida. Nada en concreto.

• Richelle (8/5): - Mooi ruim appartement, fijne bedden, goede locatie. Beheerders van het appartement (clabao) zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben enkele technische issues gehad en hierbij waren zij goed te bereiken en erg bereidwillig om te helpen!! Momenteel word er nog gewerkt aan het gebouw en waren er recht voor ons raam vanaf 08:00 bouwvakkers luid aan het werk. Niet ideaal met kleine kinderen dus. De hoofddeur en appartement deur openen gaat via internet, als het werkt dan werkt het goed maar dat deed het bij ons helaas tot 2x toe niet. Wel zijn ze dan goed te bereiken om het op te lossen. Bij aankomst was het appartement ook HEEL koud, ons kind moest met 2 Pyjama's aans slapen. Dit veranderde snel en hierna was temperatuur goed.

• Diana (7/5): - El apartamento es muy nuevo y está impecable. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos pocos minutos caminando del centro. No es posible regular la temperatura, ya que está programada automáticamente. En nuestro caso, pasamos bastante frío. Al contactar con el anfitrión, nos informó que la temperatura estaba fijada a 22 grados y que no era posible modificarla. Lo peor no fue solo el hecho en sí, sino argumentó que 22 grados es una temperatura agradable, cuestionando que realmente tuviésemos frío. Afortunadamente solo fue una noche. No volveríamos.

• Jennifer (10/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment for travel - The sun porch is really nice to enjoy and for drying clothing on the drying rack. The apartment is VERY clean and quiet. The location is 10 minutes walking to any sights you’d want to see. I’d stay here again!

• Andreas (6/5): Great location but be aware of false advertising - It’s located right next to the bullfight stadium. It’s safe, it’s quiet, it’s clean, it’s new. Basically plates and cups and everything were still packed. What we really don't like is false advertising. The host advertised a private pool as something great and special; and since we are having 4 kids, this was one of the main reasons we booked. Only to find out the pool is closed and a host who doesn’t care. Not nice and I really feel like taken advantage off. Without the pool, we should be refunded 25% of what we paid. Also, the access to the building wasn’t as easy as it should have been. The code didn’t work initially and we had to receive another one after calling the host a few times.
