• sofia (1/5): Pessima esperienza che non auguro a nessuno - Non siamo riusciti ad entrare, nessuno ci ha aperto, quindi nulla. Il fatto che abbiamo pagato per un servizio mai ricevuto. Il fatto che nessuno ci abbia mai risposto. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare un altro alloggio.

• Aileen (1/5): Scammers! - Nothing We are scammed. We paid in full. When we arrived at the property, the host is unreachable for hours. When they finally answered, they denied being in charge of this property stating they no longer manage this place and that the system is not updated. They gave us a new number to call which nobody was answering. We were left out in the cold for several hours with a 10 year old kid on new years eve. What a horrendous experience!

• Kira (6/5): Good location, difficult checking in - Great location as we had a concert at the roundhouse. Very close to tube stations. Honestly not that noisy either. The process of getting into the property could be easier. The information online does not correlate with what happened. The number to contact was also incorrect and they had to pass along the right number for us to be able to check in.

• "Mr Steve" (9/5): Great flat, great location. - Great size flat, in an excellent location. Nicely equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. It's almost an essential item for me these days, although it's a short walk from the Goodfare Italian restaurant who make the best coffee in town! I also liked having a set of keys and not the ubiquitous keypad system. The hall light timer isn't on long enough to get to the flat without it plunging into darkness.
• Stephen (8/5): Ok for one night did the job - Close to the pub and club I was attending. Very small, the whole apartment is smaller than my bedroom at home and I live in a terrace house. Pictures on the site are not of the same apartment so a bit bit mis-leading.
• Claire (1/5): Extremely bad, would not recommend. Left after 10 mins and paid double to stay in a premier in instead, for my own safet - Nothing This was the worst booking I have ever made. So bad so that I left 10 minutes after arriving due to feeling unsafe and harassed by the host. I was pressured over a couple of hours to release identification over WhatsApp otherwise I would not be given the codes to get in to the property, despite me completing all online checks required through booking.com. I even resubmitted all information again whilst waiting for the codes but apparently this wasn’t good enough and my personal identification needed to be sent over WhatsApp. I arrived at the accommodation only to find that it was a flat above a shop in a council estate. The door was surrounded by bags of rubbish outside, I felt like I was walking in to a crack den. Once in, I felt extremely unsafe and noticed straight away the fire alarm had a plastic bag taped over it. The bed was a shoddy sofa folded down, the bathroom was extremely filthy and the shower had used toiletries in. It felt as though the host may walk in at any moment. I’ve never felt so unsafe therefore I paid £200 to stay in a premier inn instead for the night. I made contact with booking.com who initially took this breach of safety by the host very seriously but since have completely blanked me and disregarded all my concerns by responding to my pleas by suggesting I speak to the host, who made me feel unsafe, therefore I am going around in circles. I’ve received an email that this is my last day to make a review so I feel it’s only right for me to let you know…do not stay here, this host should not be on this platform being allowed to mis-advertise some sort of luxury apartment but instead a squat den. -1 star and would not recommend at all. Tried multiple times to resolve this issue. I’ve got tens of emails and I have been ignored by booking.com. They also said at the beginning that the host refused to respond. Please see pictures to support bad feedback.

• Douglas (3/5): Poderia ter sido muito melhor. - Localização muito boa e não havia muito barulho durante a noite. A água da casa de banho era quente. O espaço também era satisfatório. Estava suja e a roupa de cama não parecia estar 100% limpa. O banheiro não havia sido limpo, o papel higiênico era velho e o vaso sanitário tinha sinais de uso do último hóspede. O teto tem uma claraboia que ilumina o quarto muito cedo, não permitindo um sono tranquilo após as 7h da manhã. Fiz a reserva para três pessoas e só forneceram duas toalhas de banho. Além de que não havia toalha de rosto ou pano de chão no banheiro.

For the money in London you can't expect much more it was just to sleep and leave The picture arent as the room is, the management company have changed and we didnt know, I didnt get in till 430pm due to having to chase this up. The matress is shocking very basic but did a job would never do it again would prefer to spend and extra 30/40 and get a cheap basic hotel room

• Jesus Antonio (7/5): Good location and amenities, but maintenance and comfort need improvement. - Great location with easy access to transport and groceries, clean overall, with a complete kitchen, washer, and full bathroom. Poor water pressure in the toilet, no real ventilation except for a window facing the roof that smells like bird droppings, no fan, weak bathroom extractor, unstable bed, and very narrow stairs that feel unsafe. Staff was friendly at first but stopped responding when I had an issue with the washer, which I had to resolve on my own.

• Donna (6/5): Pleasant comfort stay for our trip to Camden. - Location was ideal for our stay. It was a little tricky to find as I assumed it would be on the street but the numbers also ran along the side street. Very new to me. I didn’t have any issues with the property.

Non-crowded location. All cutlery was available. The room was clean. The room is too small for a family. situated on the 1st floor. The staircase is narrow. The only old-type lifting window is not working. The bed is suitable for a couple and is not comfortable. In the summer, the room was very hot, equipped with only a mini table fan. Can't watch TV from the bed.Not worth 90 pounds for a night,

Es war absolut winzig, das auf dem Foto angezeigte Einzelbett entpuppte sich als wackliger Schlafsessel. Zu dritt konnte man sich kaum im Appartment rühren. Die Fenster gingen nicht richtig zu öffnen bzw. gingen sie von allein wieder runter.

Studio ma wszystko co potrzebne na krotki pobyt- tv, maly, nowy aneks kuchenny, z wyposarzeniem, lodowke, prywatna lazienke, nawet deske do prasowania, zelazko i suszarke (a szczerze mowiac nie spodziewalam sie tego za ta cenę). Studio bylo bardzo czyste, to duzy plus. Brawo dla osoby sprzatajacej, byla bardzo dokladna. Kontakt z hostem tez bez zarzutu- szybki i sprawny. Zabookowalam stuio z rana a po 3 godzinach moglam sie juz wczesniej zameldowac, co bylo bardzo pomocne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i komunikacja.Przystanki autobusowe i metro oddalone o max 5 min spacerem. Blisko do stacji Euston. Przydaloby sie odswierzyc glowny korytarz wejściowy do studia, bo robi zle pierwsze wrazenie. Przydalyby sie okna dzwiekoszczelne, ale coz halas to urok duzych miast. Dodatkowym atutem bylaby klimatyzacja w pokoju, chodz za ta cene tego nie oczekiwalam. Brodzik w prysznicu wymaga wymiany, bo ma zdarta powierzchnie.

• Dawid (9/5): Great place, definitely will be back! - Great location, very easy access! We arrived there during the heat wave and it was no single fan and windows only open a little bit.

• Brennan (5/5): You get what you pay for. Not a comfortable stay. - Affordable and conveniently located close to two tube stations. The online photos were deceptive and showed the apartment to be more spacious than it was in reality - my partner and I with one suitcase each struggled to fit in the space. I have no idea how a bigger person would even fit in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with a soft and lumpy mattress plus rock hard pillows meant we woke up each morning with neck and/or back pain. Lastly, the room is not equipped for hot weather. We arrived on a 34 degree day and found the room on the top floor cooking like an oven with only a small desktop fan which did absolutely nothing to cool the place down. The heat, the cramped space and the bed made for a very uncomfortable stay.

• Laura (1/5): Would not recommend for more than one person and definitely not in summer - Great location. The pictures of the property are very deceptive. The size of the room is very small. We had to move the bed over to be able to get the sofa bed out fully. The bins had come off and not been replaced, instead a blanket had been attached to the window which meant we could not feel any benefit of having it open. The room was incredibly hot, unbearable to be honest. There was a small fan in the room but it was just blowing hot air around so we had to keep the front door open to let air in which made us feel very vulnerable.

• Simon (8/5): Ideally placed and very reasonably priced place to crash in Camden. - Its a great location, very reasonably priced and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Everything you need for an overnight stay after an event in Camden, with an excellent range of places to eat and drink almost literally on the doorstep. Handy to have additional facilities that make a longer stay and self-catering practicable. It is very small, but that was fine for our purposes. I'd certainly stay here again if I was up for a night in this part of London. The corollary to the ideal location is that its quite noisy, with street sounds through much of the night. Fine if you're used to it and expecting it, and if you're a heavy sleeper. But don't count on the soundproofing in some hotels. Stairs are steep and tight if you have a lot of luggage or find that sort of thing difficult.

• Harley (1/5): Avoid at all costs - It was clean was all I can say Booked a 3 bed room and it was a two bed and a collapsible chair, my 67 year old Nana fell back on the chair onto the floor almost smashed her head of the fall, contacted the landlord who agreed to refund us as well left half way through the stay(after night one because we had no choice but to stay there that night) then he never refunded us and blocked my number! Will be perusing this further as it’s unacceptable booking.com argued in my favour but wouldn’t refund without his permission and he ignored them as well! Avoid at all cost dodgy area door can be accessed at all times as you cannot lock it properly from the inside!

Carpet on stairs very worn and stained. handle of door to room damaged and filled with tissue. Damaged ceiling repaired and not painted over. Overall the place was grubby.

• Rashid (7/5): Good place and affordable price. - The location was good, the kitchen and toilet was good as well. The mattress of the bed was really sunken in the middle showing it was really used. The freezer of the fridge was unusable as it is really a whole block of ice (we didn’t use it anyway so not a problem for us. The hot water in the sink is not a lot, after a few use it ran out making the sink water from the tap really cold.

• Michael (4/5): Disappointing - Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Easy to enter. Was freezing and plug in heater didn't help. Noise from the road was extremely loud.
• Williams (1/5): Total disappointment and had to scramble to find another place to stay. - We never got a chance to stay due to their double booking our rooms. Booked two rooms for our family of six Christmas vacation. Received an email two days before from property wanting a bank deposited security deposit. I then emailed property day of asking for information on how to access building when we got there with no response. Once we got there, another family was standing outside of the building as well. The owner showed up and got them inside and when he came back out, he told us that they didn’t have two rooms they only had one room at that location and another room at another unknown location. We wanted to keep our family together so we ended up scrambling to find a hotel due to them double booking the location. We were able to find a beautiful hotel next to the train station for the night and then booking an air b and b for the rest of the stay. DO NOT book at this location and DO NOT book with booking dot com in general if you find yourself in a situation where the property can’t accommodate you as requested because you will not get your money back.

• Sharon (3/5): Would not use this host again sadly and disappointed with booking.com not following this up. - Location Poor communication, late getting in to the apartment, poor direction , we couldn’t find the entrance as the front door was not on the street named as the address. We were late for our event, needed to call booking.com to get the door code. Really unhappy with this experience.

• Contu (2/5): Worst communication ever - The neighborhood was good, the apartment is near to the Camden Market and it has all the services really close. The locker of the internal door had a dead battery, we needed to change the battery with very unclear instructions to enter into the flat (after 40 minutes of trying). We were not advised about the electricity token system; once you finished one token you need to go to the electric meeter and re-insert the key to have credit to turn on everything into the flat. The host has not answered me about the absence of electricity and I found out autonomously how to fix that (after half a day without electricity). This is not good and I would not recommend them.
• Samina (5/5): Decent but not the best - Decent location, easy enough to find & not too far from the station. There are plenty of shops & restaurants nearby too. The apartment has all the basics you would need. The person who I dealt with was nice, helpful & polite. This apartment is decent for couples but not anymore as it is quite small. It's situated in a very noisy location so you may not get the best of sleep. We didn't seem to have any hot water upon arrival (not sure why) It wasn't the cleanest but for 3* & one night it is what it is I guess.

• Bethany (1/5): Bad - Comfy bed and good location It has been over a week and I still have not received the deposit money. I have attempted to contact the host and have not heard anything back. This is a really poor service and would definitely put me off staying here. The apartment itself was not very clean, towels were dirty and the shower base too. Poor lighting to get ready. Also no hairdryer as it implies there is on the facilities.
