• Hari (9/5): Great views, functional place with just enough space for a family of four. - The hosts were friendly and very helpful (they shared recommendations with us). The views were awesome and the outdoor space (terrace) was spacious and a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to eat in a lot. We didn't have to pay full price ourselves, because booking.com gave us a credit after a last minute cancellation elsewhere on the island. If we had to pay the full price I think my rating would be slightly lower. It's not luxurious, it's just perfectly comfortable and functional.

• Barbara (10/5): Sehr schönes und liebevolles Appartement mit sehr guten Matratzen und wundervollem Ausblick. - Ein sehr schönes im Detail liebevoll und modern eingerichtetes Appartement, das sehr gute Matratzen hat. Mit Kapselkaffeemaschine und einen Willkommenskorb. Schöne große Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Ich werde mir das merken für den nächsten Aufenthalt.
• Francesco (10/5): Absolutely lovely stay - Recommended! - Everything. Especially the view, the house itself, the kind owners, the smart TV, and the local area was insanely beautiful! Some very small ants appeared during our middle stay, in the kitchen and bedroom, nothing too big though. The hot water in the shower was lasting very shortly, around 5 minutes

• C.M.M. (9/5): Uitstekend voorzien appartement waarin aan alle details is gedacht door een gastvrije host. - Het appartement heeft uitzicht op de oceaan, dat geldt ook voor het grote terras. Bijzonder hartelijk en gastvrij werden we verwelkomd met o.a. een fles champagne op de dag van aankomst (oudjaar). Het appartement was goed verzorgd, schoon. Het is klein, op het terras na, maar we misten er niets, Heel fijn. Het plaatsje Abaiba zelf heeft geen winkels. Daar we een auto huurden was dat verder geen probleem.
• Michael __ (3/5): Nie wieder - Lärmbelastung und Zustand des Terrassenhauses ist nicht akzeptabel - Appartment und Ausstattung wäre grundsätzlich ok,. Lage und Lärm über der 6 spurigen Autobahn. Darauf müsste auf der Booking Homepage deutlicher hingewiesen werden. Terrassenbenutzung ohne starker Lärmbelastung nicht möglich. Sehr heruntergekommenes Terrassenhaus mit 4 Stockwerken steiler und teils unbeleuchteter Treppe ( Lift seit langem nicht mehr in Betrieb ). Ameisenbefall in Küche und Zimmerbereich. Da passt das Preis/Leistungverhältniss keinesfalls.
• Minnai (8/5): - Mi è piaciuto: La terrazza, la vista mozzafiato, ma anche una certa cura dei dettagli nell'appartamento che lo rendono decisamente accogliente, gradevole e funzionale. E ben accessoriato Non mi è piaciuto: 1.L'accoglienza. Non è stato facile trovare la struttura. Inoltre i proprietari parlano solo spagnolo e c'è stato un problema di comunicazione a livello telefonico. 2. Lo stato del condominio che appare piuttosto non curato (ascensore in disuso, cavi elettrici a vista ecc.): non è un bello spettacolo.
• Małgorzata (10/5): Gorąco plecam mieszkanie z widokiem - Bardzo wygodne, świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie ze wspaniałym widokiem. Ogromny taras do wyłącznego użytku. Internet śmiga. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne od dodatkowych reczników na leżak, przez zestaw do szycia, po żelazko z deską. Pralka z distępnymk detergentami. Bardzo czysto. Dostępne zapasowe worki na śmieci, mydło do rąk i papier toaletowy, wszystko w wystarczającej ilości na pobyt. Ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami na każdy dzień pobytu. Spokojna, cicha okolica, bez pijanych turystów. W dole miejscowości fajna, niedawno remontowana plaża z kąpieliskiem. Liczne, darmowe miejsca parkingowe w pobliżu plaży. W zasięgu kilku minut autem sklepy i restauracje. W mieszkaniu wszystko dopracowane i dopieszczone. Gorąco polecam. To nie są wady, ale warto wiedzieć przed rezerwacją: Konieczy samochód, mieszkanie zlokalizowane na stronej górze, z dala od sklepów, restauracji. Miejsce parkingowe jest bardzo ciasne, szczególnie jak sąsiad stanie na linii. Do mieszkania prowadzą strome, wąskie schody, kilka kondygnacji.

При выборе жилья нужно учитывать 97 ступеней - Большая терраса оборудована тентами от солнца, лежаками и обеденным столом, есть душ на террасе. Дизайн квартиры в морском стиле. Хороший и разнообразный набор бытовой техники. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за внимание: кофе, чай, моющее средства, сахар, соль, специи в ассортименте. Своё парковочное место. Шум авто трассы.
