If this office check in happens after 8pm, there will be a late check in fee to be paid upon arrival. This is GBP50 after 8pm and GBP70 after midnight.

If you want basic, this is the place!
Not in the place advertised and our apartment conveniently not included in photographs. This has been reported on numerous times and I missed this. It absolutely is NOT in the advertised area at all! Booking.com need to aort this out!!
Keys 8 minute walk away - electronic key pad not doable??

Not homely in the slightest.
Mattresses uncomfortable (cheap and can feel the springs) - buy a mattress topper for goodness sake!
Curtains dont fit windows and only one curtain per window.
4 pillows for a space that can sleep 6 people! And they were cheap and lumpy
Freeview TV - Like EVERYONE can offer a smart TV now surely!? And then lied that it was a smart TV and insinuated I just couldnt work it. I have photographic proof it was not a smart TV
No mirrors in the bedrooms so you can get ready.
We came away to spend some time together as a family mourning the very recent loss of my husband and I just wanted to go straight home. When I contacted the company about our issues I was informed the maintenance crew had been contacted, had then visited and stated everything was Ok. A lie! Conveniently ignored me when I called them out on this.
Recommended if you just want somewhere to lay your head and you arent fussed about anything else. Otherwise avoid!
We made the absolute best of our trip but it ruined what should have been a healing time away.

Le local a poubelles était bondé....et dommage qu il n y ai pas de balais , ni d aspirateur pour faire le ménage. L adresse sur le site booking n était pas celle de l appartement, ni les photos, mais heureusement l appartement qu on nous a attribué était bien.

- Edward (1/5): Proceed with caution - Please be aware when booking this property, they will not tell you where the property is or where to get the keys until the last minute i.e. the day before. This means you cannot make any travel plans until 24 hours before as you don't actually know where your going. The keys can need to be picked up on the other side of London in some cases.
They also request passport details due to some rule about 'short travel stays'. This is not actually required in the UK for UK citizens, hence why you don't need to prove who you are in a UK hotel.
I ended up not using the property for the above two reasons. They would also not refund the cost! My advice is do not use. Far to many unknowns.

- Gema (3/5): - Quizás lo único bueno que al llegar estaba limpio. Para empezar la ubicación no era la que ponía en Booking y me tiré media tarde buscando la ubicación porque te la mandan el mismo día que te mandan para recoger las llaves en un PDF y si no estás atento te pasará como a mí que me tiré hora y media en la ubicación equivocada buscándolo la dirección y media tarde perdida.
Además la nueva ubicación no estaba tan bien comunicada como la inicial en booking casi diez minutos hasta la parada de bus más cercana o metro.
La contestación del establecimiento es que la dirección en Booking era orientativa.
Para recoger las llaves también estaba a unos diez minutos de donde estaba la ubicación real andando.
La cama extra es de un grosor de tres centímetros con los muelles saltados y el colchón descosido, estaba destinada para mi hijo pero al final mi hijo durmió en la cama de matrimonio conmigo y mi marido en el sofá.
Tardan bastante rato en contestar a los mail y esto me costó más rato hasta encontrar la ubicación.
La ventana del baño no se podía cerrar.
Punto positivo que al llegar la verdad que estaba limpio pero tenía algunos desperfectos de los que informe para que no me cobraran a mí los daños.
No repetiría con este alojamiento.

- MARIANNA (7/5): - la luminosità dell'appartamento, la cura dell'arredamento e la posizione . purtroppo alla fine del soggiorno, ci sono state addebitate 100 sterline dalla franchigia precedentemente versata perchè l'addetto alle pulizie avrebbe riscontrato uno strappo in un piumone in una camera da letto a sua volta riposto all'interno di un copripiumino in cotone perfettamente integro, risultando davvero molto improbabile e soprattutto non provabile che siamo stati noi i responsabili. Ho chiesto delucidazioni ma mi hanno solo inviato una foto di un piccolo strappo, non specificando niente altro. Mi è dispiaciuto moltissimo perchè non mi ritengo responsabile di questo danno, l'addetto alle pulizie non è venuto in appartamento in nostra presenza e nemmeno io ho verificato gli interni di ogni copripiumino presente nelle camere, ma ho verificato ovviamente l'esterno del copripiumino, così come di ogni altra cosa presente nell'appartamento, stando molto attenta ad ogni minimo dettaglio e come da indicazioni ho lasciato le camere sistemate, le stoviglie pulite e tutto in ordine. Mi sono chiesta come poter provare la mi non responsabilità rispetto a quanto accaduto, ma non è ovviamente dimostrabile così come non lo è il contrario! Quanto accaduto mi è dispiaciuto tantissimo!
- ken (5/5): Bathroom maintenance was very poor. - We know the area and the location was as expected Despite my (very) regular attempts to tell them that we were Australian and would not have access to a UK phone and would be arriving at about 9pm at night after a long journey they paid absolutely no attention in terms of our "pre check in arrangements" and access to the key. It was particularly disappointing and very stressful. We had to engage and pay a 3rd party to
1/ pay the security deposit required as we could not, and had told them weeks ahead, that we would not be able to transfer via an app we could not download
2/ pick up the keys for us
- Moumen (1/5): Don't book - the location I was asked to pay a £300 deposit on arrival, which was never mentioned when I booked. The refund has still not been returned after more than two weeks, despite repeated chasing with both the owner and Booking.com. During my short stay, I was pressured to allow strangers into the property to do cosmetic work, which was unsafe and unacceptable. The keys had to be collected and returned elsewhere, and I was threatened that even being a few minutes late would mean losing my deposit. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve had using Booking.com. As I write this, I am still waiting for the refund of my £300 deposit, more than two weeks after my stay.

Ein Nachteil hat es da keine Parplätze in der Nähe aber dass ist ja bekannt. Wir haben das Auto etwas weiter weg geparkt und dann konnten wir London wunderbar erkunden. Als wir da waren bestand ein Handwerker Termin und wir mussten quasi raus für die Zeit.

Well it was misleading, the location that was written on the booking.com was different from the location they send me. It says on the app that it is on Tooley St, but it was actually on Surrey St. And it was really a hassle since I booked it due to my target location. And the deposit was £300 which is a lot though it will be refunded, so I have to stretched my budget when I went to London.

Could not get tv to work and could not get hold of anyone to sort out.

Fridge leaking internally which needed drying out each day.
None of the above didn’t spoil the stay. Just a bit of care needed

Turns out it is company that have multiple apartments in area, and the one I've chosen was show room. Address of apartment on reservation confirmation showed the address of show room till 24 hours before our arrival. I received correct address less than 24 hours and when I try to complain I've heard there is nothing they can do. I think it is unnecessary misleading of client, especially when you plan activities around place of your stay. Also, I've asked for invoice and never get one.

The coils could be in felt through the mattress in second bedroom. The dishwasher didn't clean very well and bathroom sink backed up.

- Andia (2/5): Posiable breach of personal data protection, inconvenience to access property, dusty furnitures and pictures frame, fair - Location Paying a holding deposit which compromised my choice, had to send unnecessary personal information to landlord could breach my data protection, had to pick up and return access key distance away from location which is unnecessary and very inconvenient (could use electronic changeable key codes instead). The charging price per night and hassle does not warrant my stay.
- Karina (9/5): Good and cheap stay! - Price was lower than anywhere else, especially for 4 people. Two bedrooms and very big kitchen with dining room. Location was good and it was only 5-10 minutes walk from subway. 2 minutes away was amazing place with great Full English breakfast. Flat was clean. I will add few pictures with bad quality because they are screenshots from the video. ☺️ There was few issues in flat like a broken window (we fixed it) and broken clothes rack but we didn’t really care about that since price is low and it is not really important things. We only didn’t like issue with a window but since we fixed it by ourselves- it’s fine. Be aware that you need to go to office to pick up keys and you will need to pay deposit for the flat. It was returned fully on a next day so not a big deal. 👍🏼👍🏼

- Tim (3/5): Too bad - No I would like to express my disappointment with this accommodation booking experience. The property did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement and booking process for several reasons:
1) Misleading Photos: The photos displayed in the advertisement did not match the actual booking place, leading to false expectations of the accommodation’s quality and location.
2) Incorrect Location: The location of the booked place was not what was indicated on the receipt or in the advertisement. It turned out to be approximately 35 minutes away from the advertised location, which caused a significant inconvenience for our group with elderlies.
3) Inconvenient Key Collection: The place to collect the keys was more than 1 hour away from the booked accommodation by public transportation, which added to the frustration and confusion, particularly given the misleading information regarding the property’s location.
4) Lack of Transparency from Staff: When these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, they did not provide clear answers and seemed to avoid addressing the concerns directly. This lack of transparency only exacerbated the dissatisfaction with the booking.
This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their service, and hope that this feedback will prevent future customers from facing similar frustrations.

- Melany (9/5): Great location, enough room for 3people - The rooms had space, great location, the spacious kitchen, balcony and bath were the best things about the apartment. Didn't have to take a lot of stairs with a big and heavy suitcase. All the kitchen appliances we needed were available. Only solid soap was available for washing. Mattress was smaller than bed, there was little space.

We arrived at 1.00am and although the keys could be collected 24/7, we were not confident of walking around that part of London so late with luggage, as the apartment was then another 10 minutes' walk away. So we booked into a hotel instead for the night. No-one's fault, our plane was terribly delayed. It was noisy at night, and the curtains did not keep out the ambient light or sun, so a bit disorienting after flying a long way.

Good location, nearby local amenities including co op, Tesco and Terry's cafe. Terry's cafe is excellent and worth a visit.
Just a 7 min walk from Borough and 10 mins from elephant and castle subway stations. Inconvenient having to collect keys from different location, albeit the collection was very speedy.
Not knowing the location of the property was also inconvenient for planning trip, and subway routes.
Beds were a bit old, could feel every spring.
One two person sofa for a flat that sleeps upto 5 people.

- Amber (5/5): The location fantastic, but as written the facilities weren’t great? - The property was in a fantastic location There were a few things I found very disappointing we had apartment 2, the beds were old and our children shared a fold out couch, the mattress was terrible it was stained and you could feel the springs, they had two fold out beds in the cupboard but they were unusable with springs missing so if you had extra children or older they couldn’t use those! The main bedroom bed was also old and could feel the springs, the pillows were no longer pillows, that flat you may as well have slept just in the mattress the extra European pillows had no pillow slips on them and were stained so we couldn’t use them! Also a broken toilet seat that kept coming off when lifting the lid! Gross!
There was no tea towel, I emailed to be told they use paper towel to dry dishes but there was not enough for our 4 night stay! A reply of course on our last day, a bit late!
Also no extra towels incase of any issue, with two children this is something they should think of, also the towels smelt disgusting! Like bleach, not fresh and clean!! I believe if you’re paying good money then little things like upgrades of pillows, a mattress protector or upgrade of beds is a must!!
Considering we paid double our Australian dollar to stay in London unfortunately I was extremely disappointed!!!

DO NOT BOOK THESE APPARTMENTS: Apartment was dirty with bed clothes, towels, duvet covers etc dirty and extremely poor quality. Duvets and pillows stained. Pull out couch was broken and had multiple stains
London apartments took nearly half our deposit claiming the towels we used were dirty (???). Coupled with this they claimed we stole 3 of the towels which was completely untrue. No one in this right mind would steal them give their conditon/quality. Do not book with this company.

Lots of info missing regarding this listing Not in the location advertised even tho id asked for a hotel nearby to house two more family members so they ended up quite some distance away. Place was very basic no tea towels or even plug for sink to wash dishes. Crazy that you have to collect key 30 min train ride away but at least I had seen that in reviews but unfortunately after I’d already made booking. Won’t stay again

- Kerri (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was close to shops, restaurants and the underground and only a 10min walk to South Bank Globe and markets. Reception to pick up keys was not close. The apartment was not well cleaned - dining table had crumbs still on it, bathroom floor not swept, thick dust over TV table. All beds need replacing as the springs can be felt. Bare necessities provided but no soap in bathroom and no tea towels or cleaning products. The basics were met with good location but I'll be paying more next time for better quality.

We booked this as the location described was on the Thames. We had the pick the keys up in a random location and then had to walk another 15 minutes to an undesirable location.

Once booked we were informed we had to collect the keys from a totally different location to where the apartment was located (20 mins on tube), extremely inconvenient when you have 2 small children.
We were also told the property we saw online was not the one we’d be staying in - which was 20 minute walk from the original one (also very inconvenient with 2 small children)
No sheets provided for sofa bed (we booked and paid for 4 people) we were required to make up the sofa bed ourselves which is fine but when we called to say there were no sheets we never got a reply and no sheets were provided for the duration of our 2 night stay.

- E (1/5): Bedbugs in the bed! Bad hygiene and unacceptable customer service level "London Apartments" - The bed was full of bed bugs as I found out after being bitten over 50 times. I had to see the doctor and take medicine. Disgusting... No compensation by agency "London Apartments" nor any understanding at all. BIG STAY AWAY is my advice. I have never witnessed this before in term of the issue itself an neither in terms of the total lack of customer service at rhe side of the rental agency ( London Apartments). Further I can confirm the photos of the flat are not reflecting reality but that issue is of a far lesser magnitude than the hygiene topic and customer service level..
- Tingting (7/5): Fair place to stay in London. - 20 minutes tube trip in the opposite direction. had to wait for almost an hour for the maintenance guy dropping the key. was asked to make cash safety deposit and took another 40 minutes trip to come back and pick up the cash when checking out because they do not offer banking transfer options for non EU countries. had to argue to hold the deposit using our visa card to avoid the trip. Fund was returned three days after the trip. Price is the best part. We are actually grateful to be able to stay there during our London visit. We got scammed by another booking reservation, which the host cancelled our booking two hours before we landed in London. So we had to make a reservation in the airport. Most stressful experience in my life! We took a chance with this one despite all the unfavorable reviews. It turned out to be okay. We got what we paid for.

- Eline (1/5): Terrible, don’t book this place! - The location is not even close to the given location on booking. I get that they can not give the exact location, but it should be closer to the actual one because this was just scamming people. Anyway the location is still fine and not too far from anything. Also really strange that you have to collect the keys in a totally different area. We had no hot water so I couldn’t shower the first day. They claim to have an emergency line but no one answers. With a lot of effort the water was fixed the next day in the afternoon. What is also terrible is that the apartment doesn’t even look like the pictures on booking. It was a bit dirty as well. I really don’t get that booking.com is allowing this kind of scam.

Key pick up was 5km away
- Peter (5/5): Passable - The apartment was nice and had all necessary facilities and equipment. However, the heater in the bathroom couldn't be turned off (or down) which made the bathroom extremely hot. The location was very unclear from the description. Only after we had paid everything, we received the exact address which was quite far from the address indicated on Booking.com
The key was to be collected from a completely different address on the other side of town. If you want it delivered at the address, you need to pay additional 40 Pounds - on top of late check-in fees (if applicable). We ended up paying 110 Pounds extra for these things, which we didn't expect and were not aware of before booking.
The beds were quite uncomfortable.
- Francisco (1/5): Información CONFUSA - LOCATION. relatively close to the one published on the page our experience with this service was very bad, we do not recommend it at all, the department was not in adequate hygienic conditions, in one of the drawers there was rubbish of feminine sanitary napkins, in the bathroom there was only a roll of paper started, no there was soap not even to wash your hands, a jug to heat water very dirty, the beds very uncomfortable you could feel each one of the springs, there was a hole in the door where they removed one of the locks, we paid 70 pounds to collect the keys as a fine, be careful and check schedules because the office to pick them up is very far from the apartment, and it is hateful to have to go to the office especially if it is late and you are tired
