• Stacey (2/5): Stay somewhere else - It was spacious and was close to a cute pub Where to begin?! 1. After our first night we woke up to the ceiling leaking and a big puddle of water which we obviously had to clean up. Yes they came out to inspect it however their communication and lack of actual empathy was disgusting. The area had obviously had the same thing happen previously as the section of ceiling was painted a different shade of which and the skirtings along the floor were clearly water damaged. 2. The washing machine smelt mouldy 3. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom (so expect wet walls and foggy mirrors) 4. No PowerPoint in the bathroom for hairdryer 5. Bed is very low to the floor & under the bed was clearly not vacuumed which really affected my asthma 6. The glass screen on the shower is not long enough so water gets everywhere when you have a shower 7. The showerhead from the ceiling is filthy. I had to clean each little bit so more water would come out but it’s still filthy 8. The customer service was just terrible and clearly just cut and paste responses 9. The lift wasn’t working (which we weren’t told) so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs
• Aleksandra (9/5): - We loved our stay. Location was superb, so close to everything, the host was attentive and gracious, the apartment had everything you could possibly need and more. The sofa bed in the lounge is very comfortable (which is a rare thing). A small suggestion: a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment could be a great addition.

• Petra (9/5): Naprostá spokojenost. Hezký čistý byt v dobré lokalitě. - Hezké vybavení, dvě koupelny, dostatečně velké ložnice, světlý byt, poloha výborná. Čistota na vysoké úrovni. Kousek od ubytování obchod s potravinami COOP, spousta malých útulných restaurací. Velmi snadný check in - klíče ve skřínce, dobrá komunikace a pokyny od ubytovatele. V kuchyni vše potřebné, dokonce i tablety do myčky. Postel v jedné z ložnic ne úplně pohodlná, lehce proležená matrace, ale dalo se zvládnout. Mohlo být více sklenic v kuchyni.

• Susanne (8/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️ - Die Ausstattung war gut, super mit den 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Lage war sehr gut, man hat die Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke und ist in 10 min zu Fuß an der U-Bahn. Außerdem gibt es ein paar kleine nette Restaurants/Bars direkt um die Ecke. Lisa hat uns immer sofort geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage/Anliegen hatten. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende 🥰 Leider war der Kühlschrank kaputt, so dass unsere (wenigen) Lebensmittel am 3. Tag schlecht waren und man konnte den Wasserkocher nicht benutzen, da er mit irgendeinem Reinigungsmittel gesäubert wurde und der Kaffee danach schmeckte. Da half auch auskochen nicht. Das müsste tatsächlich für die nächsten Gäste wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden.

• Rob (9/5): Mooi, licht en schoon appartement in Londen! - Locatie is prima te voet (of per bus) te bereiken vanuit het station St. Pancras. Vanuit de locatie kun je lopend/per metro of bus (erg dichtbij) zo het centrum van Londen in! De host reageerde snel op onze vragen. Heerlijk schoon beddengoed en opgeruimd appartement. In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Rustig appartementen complex. Het enige kleine minpunt was dat het wat warm in het appartement was en dat je door een weg in de buurt lastig met ramen open kon slapen. Misschien investeren in een airco?

• Zaldua (10/5): - El apartamento está genial. Muy acogedora y muy limpia. No le falta de nada, con todo los detalles. La ubicación perfecta, parada de autobús al lado y metro a 300 m. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita. Hemos estado muy a gusto, y sin duda repetiremos!

• Isabella (10/5): Una Pasqua meravigliosa! - Abbiamo soggiornato a Londra per Pasqua 2026. Londra ci ha accolto con delle splendide giornate di sole. Si riconferma a mio parere una delle più belle capitali in cui tradizione e modernità si fondono in un perfetto equilibrio. Semplicissima e divertente da girare anche con bambini tra autobus a due piani e metro. Offre esperienze per tutti i gusti (arte, storia, teatro). Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Holborn (abbiamo realizzato il sogno di vivere in una delle tipiche palazzine londinesi per qualche giorno). Centralissimo, se hai buone gambe e adori camminare, si possono raggiungere anche a piedi Soho, il West End, Leicester Square, Oxford Street ecc. Super accessoriato e con tutte le facilities di cui hai bisogno nei dintorni (pub, super mercati, fermate di autobus e metro). Lisa è un ospite perfetta, ti darà tutte le informazioni per un check in and out facile e indipendente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. El barrio nos encantó, con montones de opciones para comer, comprar y divertirse alrededor. El apartamento muy bonito, comodo y super bien equipado. Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta de que la cama de matrimonio tenia el somier roto, contactamos con el anfitrion y no tardaron casi nada en solucionarlo Por alguna razon no conseguimos usar el ascensor. La llegada y la salida cargando todo el equipaje podria haber sido más cómoda

• Patricia (5/5): Fantastic flat, but don’t stay here if it is exceptionally hot. - Clean flat in a fantastic location. The flat was nicely decorated with plenty of space. No air conditioning. It was 93 degrees in the flat, so we looked for fans. Unfortunately, there was only 1 small fan in the closet. We were disappointed that our hosts didn’t set up a few fans prior to our checkin to cool down the flat. Three senior ladies slept in the family room, one on a small sofa, with the outside door opened. It was hot for two nights. The host did send one oscillating fan on our third day, however the weather front went through and it was naturally cooling off. We never used the bedroom since it couldn’t cool off. Another disappointment was finding soaking wet towels in the dryer, since the cleaning people didn’t run the dryer probably because of the heat. We placed the towels on a drying rack in the hot bedroom to dry. Of course, we couldn’t run the dryer due to adding more heat to the flat.

Batiment d'appartements, endroit calme. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. La chasse des WC est un peu pénible à actionner. Le miroir derrière des toilettes frottent et il n'est pas possible de l'ouvrir.
• CastieL (8/5): 탁월한 위치에 있는 안전한 가족 숙소 - 위치가 탁월합니다. 메인 도로까지 1분만 걸어나가면, 버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 피카딜리 서커스, 소호 등 주요 관광지에 환승없이 갈 수 있습니다. 숙소 주변이 조용하고 깨끗하며 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 밤 늦게 다녀도 전혀 위험하게 느껴지지 않았습니다. 대형 TV가 있어서, 넷플릭스, 유튜브를 보기에 편리했습니다. 주방세제, 수세미, 세탁세제 등이 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 콘센트(Socket/Outlet)가 벽 여기저기에 있어서 편리하게 사용했습니다(식탁 옆에 없는건 조금 아쉬웠습니다). 거실과 방에 있는 큰 창이 활짝 열려서 환기시키기에 대단히 좋습니다. 3~4인 가족이 지내기에 좋은 사이즈입니다. 거실, 주방 조명 버튼(겸 다이얼)이 너무 많아서, 며칠이 지나서야 어떤 버튼으로 어떤 조명을 켤 수 있는지, 대략적인 감을 잡을 수 있었습니다(체크아웃할 때까지 완벽하게 숙지하진 못했습니다). 화장실 변기 물 내리는 것이 대단히 어려웠습니다. 여러 차례 시도 끝에 버튼의 적절한 포인트를 동시에 눌러야만 물이 내려가는 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 점검이 필요해보입니다. 화장실에 샤워기 다이얼 3개가 있는데, 어떤 다이얼을 어떤 각도까지 돌려야 하는지 직관적으로 알기 어려웠습니다. 조명, 샤워실 다이얼에 대한 매뉴얼이 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

• Richárd (9/5): - The accommodation is in a great location, both for walking and public transport. It is quiet, comfortable, very well equipped, and has a modern, like-new feel. The area has practically everything you need for daily needs — grocery stores, breakfast spots, restaurants, tobacco shops, etc. The communication with owner went fine. The smaller pull-out sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. It's impossible to lie in the middle where the bed folds out, as the ridge presses disturbingly, so you can only sleep on one side or the other — which leaves very little space. I find it hard to believe this issue affects only me. That said, there’s enough comfortable space overall. There were four of us, so we had to use this bed, and I volunteered to take it — but it really wasn’t great. Still, I’d like to highlight that in every other respect (apart from the typical British quirks, which you just have to get used to), the accommodation was excellent and I can definitely recommend it.

• Olaf Thiessies (7/5): Lisa war unsere Kontaktperson und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. - Die Wohnung ist über den Bus oder der U Bahn gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind in der Straße ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und deren Aufteilung ist sehr gut. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung. In einem Bad waren die Fliesen auf dem Fußboden zerbrochen. Die Teppiche sind dreckig und haben viele Flecken. Ein Sofa hatte viele Flecken. Die gesamte Wohnung machte den Eindruck, dass sie früher eine Luxuswohnung war, aber durch die viele Nutzung und mangelnde Reinigung und Reparaturen gelitten hat.

The location is great, it was clean, very comfortable and communication was always quick. - We liked the location, especially during the tube strike we could walk a lot or take the bus. It was clean, it had all the facilities we needed and it’s spacious. We were traveling with 2 small kids. There were no cons.

• Mar (10/5): Apartamento muy cómodo - Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario, ya que estaba todo el piso renovado. Bien situado si querías ir andando a sitios y cerca de metro y buses. Pudimos descansar muy bien porque las camas eran muy cómodas y se agradecía que tuvieran persianas de lamas ya que amanece muy pronto y entra mucha luz. Hemos estado muy a gusto y sin duda es un apartamento de 10. Además hubo muy buena comunicación para la entrada y llegada al apartamento. No hubo nada que no nos gustara.

• Julia (10/5): Perfect location and cosy apartment - The location is a 10/10! Good bus connections to anywhere in the city. The kitchen is well equipped. The place is spacious, beds were comfortable and there are huge wardrobes with hangers. We were also provided enough fresh towels. I would definitely book this place again! The bathroom (floor, shower corners) could be cleaner and the carpet and chairs had a few stains, that obviously can’t get removed anymore. Also, the heating settings were complicated, but at the end it worked, so it was ok. It would be also nice to have 2 keys, in case guests have different plans for the day.

• Lihi (8/5): Nice apartment, but not so quiet - Very pleasant apartment, modern, clean and nicely decorated. The tube is about 7-10 minutes away, but the buses to the center are very close and frequent. There are restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets within walking distance. very convenient The elevator is very loud, so if you need a fifth bed, which is in the leaving room, it will probably bother you. there was a strange humming noise, which we couldn't figure out the source of it. it was disturbing

• Lisa (9/5): Quiet flat to use as a base for seeing London. - Location was great for getting to the West End, British Museum, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square area. Lots of great pubs and restaurants in the area - make sure to check out Honey & Co and the surrounding pubs/wine bars. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see, and use cabs/public transportation for the rest. The elevator was out of service so lugging suitcases up the stairs was a challenge. Main bed is low to the ground - be ready to moan a bit if you have older knees!

It was well-stocked, clean, and had a lot of extra amenities (great TV, heated towel bar, huge closets, well-stocked kitchen, etc). The hosts were extremely responsive, and they set up the space beautifully - even making the two pullout beds for us ahead of time. On top of that, we were close to both the Chancery Lane and Farringdon tube stops, which was very convenient. We did get just a bit warm without AC, but opening one of the windows made if the perfect temperature.

Location is superb, bus stop infron of the house, supermarket around the corner, sane as a pub and coffee shop. Landlord very nice, easy check in instructions. Very calm, never had such a nice and calm neighbourhood. Only point for improvement would be curtains to have it dark in the morning as it's quite bright 🌞 😉
• Caroline (9/5): Amazing, we would definitely stay there again. - The location was great, quiet street, not too far to the tube, lots of places within walking distance and close to a small grocery store (coop). The hosts were easy to contact and answered any questions very quickly. We were very happy here. If I had to be picky it would be that there wasn't a clothes dryer, which would have been great as there were 5 of us, but I managed to dry our clothes on a drying stand as it was cold so the heating was on, not sure how easy it would be in the summer though. (There was a little portable fan but we couldn't get it to work). Also the ensuite has a sensor light that comes on when you go to the bathroom at night, that can be a bit annoying but it's really not that bad, and my 18 year old slept on the sofa bed which he said wasn't very comfortable. These are just minor grievances, nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

The kitchen is also well equipped and close to transport, a local pub and shops, bars and restaurants. Close to Oxford St and theatre district! I wish I could work out the heating and cooling system more effectively. Instructions for various items would be useful.
