Vera (3/5): ontgoocheld - 1.check - in: niet binnen geraakt in het complex (foutieve code...?), na lang wachten en bezoek van een verantwoordelijke van het complex en met hulp van 2 kinderen die aan het spelen waren in complex, uiteindelijk binnen geraakt. Zeer moeilijk om binnen te geraken. Bezorgde ons enorme stress . 2.Geen gebruik kunnen maken van koffiemachine Dolce Gusto gedurende onze hele vakantieperiode (kabel was verbrand, heel gevaarlijk / defect) 3.geen wasmachine kunnen gebruiken gedurende onze vakantie wegens roest en schimmel 4.broodrooster heel oud en verroest (niet bruikbaar) 5.linnenmand : schimmel en nog enkele andere negatieve punten

Tim (5/5): Passable - Area was great and the property was located in a really nice complex. Great access to the beach and restaurants, all within walking distance of the property. Property was clean and suitable for our needs. Instructions to get into the complex were not clear and even thougn I had requested further advice it still wasn't clear. On arrival we had no way of getting into the complex, we had to rely on another resident letting us so that we could access the property to retreive the keys and ker fob. The most disapointing part of the holiday was that the pool was out of action. There has been no explanation as to why this was the case. Very very poor!
