• eric (4/5): Appartement cursus nooit meer - De locatie en het prive parkeerterrein Oud appartement goedkoop ingericht, gebroken vloertegels wat gevaarlijk is als je zonder schoeisel loopt ,erg simpele slaapkamer onhandige verlichting en simpele bedden Weinig kastruimte mede omdat er een werkkast voor de schoonmakers in de slaapkamer is ,ramen waren aan de buitenzijde smerig .Maar wat onze tijd hier volledig verziekt heeft was de zeer luidruchtige verbouwing 5 dagen van s,morgensvroeg tot laat in de middag. Bij navraag kon hier volgens de beheerder helaas niets aan gedaan worden . Als je dit weet moet je deze periode geen verhuur aanbieden. Kreeg nog wel een optie voor een korting bij een volgend bezoek,wat ik natuurlijk nooit meer ga doen na deze ervaring .De beheerder was wel correct.

• Catherine (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - This was the best location and apartment that I have stayed in Benidorm the apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and the host was amazing he sorted everything for us and helped with everything I hope to stay again The location

• Terry (8/5): Daar onze familie in Benidorm woont en we een week prachtig weer hebben gehad hebben we genoten.. - Locatie is heel centraal met strand en alle voorzieningen dichtbij Er waren een aantal gebreken zoals overal kapotte vloertegels, keuken was niet schoon, er lagen nog oude wattenstaafjes in de badkamer en veel lange haren in de kast lades. Ook was het keuken gerei beschimmeld door waarschijnlijk een eerdere lekkage , hier valt dus echt nog iets aan te verbeteren

• Patricia (8/5): En general muy contentos - La ubicación nos encantó, en frente de la playa con arena fina y cerca del centro. El piso cómodo, limpio, muy cuqui y con buenas vistas, además con parking para guardar el coche. La nevera muy pequeñita, en el congelador casi no entraban ni unos helados y no tiene horno.

• Carla (10/5): I would stay here again loved the place and the host was excellent with communication made the process simple. - Loved the apartment it was modern in decor and spotlessly clean. Great view of Beach and sould park and mountains. Nothing not to like however it should be noted if there are more than a couple staying as there is a sofa bed in the living room you have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom but this wasn’t an issue for us.

The room was nice on the 14th floor with a city view and a partial sea/beach view. The apartments were very secure. To access you need a key for the external gates the common front door/reception area. The price was competitive. The host managed to get the room ready for our group earlier than advertised on the first day which was helpful. Nothing in particular .All good.

• Nicoleta (10/5): Grateful - The apartment is very nice, well maintained and clean. You also have everything you need in the kitchen of the apartment. The apartment is right by the sea, very close to the beach, Playa del Mal Pas, where we really enjoyed it. I would gladly repeat the experience at this apartment, and last but not least, the owner of the apartment was very helpful, he answered my messages very quickly (which were not exactly few🙈) I arrived very early in Alicante, long before the check-in time and he allowed us to enter the apartment earlier, after all this we asked him to leave our luggage until later because we had a flight in the evening, he helped us by giving us another apartment in the same area where we could leave our luggage , for us it was a great help, especially since we also had a 5-year-old child. I highly recommend.😊 It's not something we didn't like

This apartment is perfect in every way 👌🏽 - This property was fantastic, a well equipped apartment in a great location, sofa bed super comfortable, beautiful chic interior, so close to all amenities in Benidorm, if staying with children even better as it has a fair and arcades right next to the apartment. The views are great and it’s located on the beach front! We hired a car and the property has gated parking facilities also 👌🏽 We cannot recommend this property enough, great hosts so well organised, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you so much. No faults 👌🏽
