• TERESA (9/5): Inmejorable ubicación - La ubicación en pleno centro histórico. Se puede ir andando a todos los monumentos principales. Que fuera un tercer piso sin ascensor y el ruido de la calle. Ventanas no insonorizadas.

• Giovanni (10/5): - Posizione eccellente, situata vicino a Piazza di Spagna dalla quale era possibile raggiungere tutti i luoghi più importanti a piedi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole; c'era tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno durante un viaggio. Anche l'host era molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Lo consiglio vivamente. Niente, tutto perfetto.

• Carmen (7/5): Muy céntrico - La ubicación es perfecta y muy cerca de restaurantes y lugares de interés. El apartamento está muy bien reformado y muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba regular. Deberían avisar que es un tercero sin ascensor, para personas mayores no es muy apropiado.
• mon (9/5): - We loved it! The location is excellent and it is extremely clean.. I wanted to give it a 10 but it doesn't have a lift and it is on the 3rd floor and the Aircon in the second room is in a corridor and it is not enough

• Katherine (10/5): Thank you for a fabulous stay in Rome. - Fabulous location, large apartment, spotlessly clean. Close to everything yet in a quieter location next to the parliament. We were delayed checking in but communication was good and we were met at the apartment within a few minutes of arriving. The bed was very comfortable and my son used the large sofa bed. Very thankful for the air con! Modern shower room. WiFi signal was a bit hit and miss but we were fine using our data instead. All in all, a really great stay and we can’t wait to return to Rome.
• Jack (8/5): Great Value for Money - Great location, just in the center close to all public transport and just a few minutes walk to pantheon. There are great cafes and restaurants around. The person who helpe me in the flat was very nice and friendly. The house have all the required materials and facilities. I would definetely stay here again. The check out time was very early and there was no place to leave my luggage at least I was not informed on this. The bedroom faces the street so in the morning it is quite noisy, I had ear plugs so not much of a problem. There could have been more coffee capsules. When window is open flies enter the room, but that seemed like a general problem in Rome and they did not bite or anything.

• Paul (9/5): Great place, great location, clean and fully stocked! - We stayed one night on May 2025. Very spacious clean and fully stocked. Location is amazing. Owner very responsive and provided early check in! Edward met us and carried some luggage up and showed us the place and explained everything! Bed was very comfy and space was very updated. If you have mobility issues, it is the top floor 3 floors up. Not the most quiet, but I’m not sure you’ll find anything better given the prime location.
• Charmaine (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location 10mins walk from Piazza di Spagna. Very clean and modern apartment. Super comfortable bed. Highly recommend. It is top floor with no lift so there are a few flight of steps to go up. Its a traditional building therefore expected.
