• laavism (9/5): Nice stay! - Very cosy place, the owner and staff were friendly and very helpful. It is a nice place to stay, not very long from the center. And free parking! Only the thing that very strong scent was in the house. A nice one, but too much. Also would be nice to have some shampoo/shower gel
• Nathalie (7/5): - Sehr praktisch, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu haben. In 15-20 min ist man in der Innenstadt. Der kleine Innenhof ist sehr schön, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr hart und leider hat es ein bisschen nach verschmorter Technik gerochen.

• Elma (10/5): Comfortabel appartement met ideale ligging en privéparking - Appartemento Morquil is een compleet en comfortabel appartement vlak bij het centrum van de stad. Het Alhambra is goed bereikbaar, zowel te voet als met de bus. Het is fijn dat er een klein buitenterras bij zit om even te ontspannen. De douche is heerlijk, en het was ook erg prettig dat we de auto konden parkeren in een privégarage.

• Hartmut (9/5): Nahe der Alhambra - Gute und ruhige Lage am Rande der Altstadt, dennoch recht zentral. Die Gaststätte an der Ecke ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Ansonsten kann man von hier aus alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstückskaffee an der Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Leider haben niemanden vom Personal angetroffen. Deshalb die obige Beurteilung.

Estuvimos super comodos los dias que nos alojamos aqui. La ubicacion es muy conveniente. Cerca de Recogidas, del palacio de Congresos. Super cerca del "cogollo" pero sin llegar a estar metidos en el bullicio de este. Y el plus de tener parking y patio. Los aperitivos en el patio fueron la guinda del pastel Honestamente no soy capaz de enumerar nada que no me gustase. Tanto la limpieza como la comididad como la ubicacion, y lo serviciales que fueron los anfitriones fue digno de reseñar

• Sophie (10/5): - Un accueil parfait : tout est pensé pour le bien-être des hôtes et les petites attentions comme boisson de bienvenue ou café/thé sont très appréciables. L'appartement est décoré avec goût. Tout est propre. Enfin le parking est un vrai plus pour parcourir Grenade à pied.

En deels overdekte patio met lekker zitje. Heerlijk. Ik vond het niet prettig dat de twee slaapkussens in 1 lang sloop zaten. Prettiger is elk kussen een rigen sloop.

• Anna (10/5): Fantastyczny apartament z bezpłatnym miejscem parkingowym. - Fantastyczny apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji. Jest w nim wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt, ręczniki, pościel, odpowiednia ilość wieszaków na ubrania. W łazience próbki kosmetyków, w kuchni saszetki z kawą, herbata. Niby drobiazgi, ale bardzo przydatne. Dodatkowo właściciel zostawił nam w lodówce 2 małe piwa, co było przemiłym gestem. W odległości 200m od apartamentu znajduje się parking podziemny w cenie apartamentu. Biorąc pod uwagę, że uliczki są bardzo wąskie, a auta zaparkowane na zderzaki, jest to fantastyczna opcją dla osób korzystających z auta. Nic

El apartamento es muy agradable en todo los sentidos. No le falta de nada. Los detalles de dejarnos te, cafe e infusiones se agradece muchísimo. El sistema de abrir y cerrar puertas es muy cómodo.

Avantage majeur : une place de parking à quelques minutes qui permet de se passer de la voiture durant tout le séjour Pas grand’chose sauf un déficit d’eau chaude …mais ce devait être exceptionnel

Nejdříve však musíte navštívit ubytování, kde si vyzvednete klíče od podzemní garaže, která je asi 3 min chůze. Krásný velký byt pro 2 osoby, dobře vybavená kuchyně. Skvělé patio ve vnitrobloku. Klidné místo. V okolí spoustu obchodů i restaurací.

Encontramos aparcamiento en la calle de al lado y no fue necesario usar el parking. El dueño nos atendió genial avisándonos y dejándonos entrar antes de la hora. Lo recomiendo. Por poner un pero el colchón de la cama es algo duro para nosotros pero por lo demás todo genial

• ian (9/5): Great stay in a lovely apartment in a fine City - Superb apartment perfectly placed for local shops, restaurants and tapas bars. Not too far to walk into town. Very well equipped, though with such good value and excellent food nearby we didn’t really need to self cater. Bedroom comfortable and clean functioning kitchen and bathroom. A nice quiet location Thoroughly recommend and would stay again Parking was a bit difficult if you’re not used to steep ramp underground parking. You need two people to make exit is clear before driving up the ramp. We had a Seat Ibiza and wouldn’t have wanted to have anything bigger

Schłodzone piwo w lodówce czekające na gości było bardzo miłym akcentem :) Kontakt z osobą wynajmującą był bardzo dobry. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze i zdecydowanie polecamy.

• Friederike (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und war sehr sauber. Besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Parkplatz in einer Garage. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Trotz zentraler Lage liegt die Alhambra 45 Minuten zu Fuß auf einer relativ steilen Anhöhe entfernt. Ich empfehle, den Bus zu nehmen, was total unkompliziert war (Linie 30 oder 32, 1,60€ pro Fahrt und Person). Der Parkplatz könnte für größere Autos etwas eng sein, wir hatten einen Fiat 500 und somit absolut keine Probleme.

• Liang (10/5): A warm experience that's worth recommending. - The entire house is warm and tastefully decorated, with every detail handled beautifully. What's particularly nice is the courtyard—sitting there with a cup of coffee, looking up at the sky, is pleasant and relaxing. Parking nearby is also convenient; it's just a 3-minute walk from the garage. There's an Asian supermarket right next door, making shopping very convenient too. It would be more convenient if the garage door could be opened via a mobile app or code, without the need for a remote control.

The apartment is close to the city center, everything is easily accessible on foot, because after the parking maze you simply won't want to move your car anymore :) A well-equipped kitchen. Good access to the apartment with codes, when the host does not have to wait with the keys to hand them over. Nice hosts, quick to respond, help solve problems (for example, after contacting them, they explained how to set the heating function on the air conditioner). The biggest problem was the parking. Despite the fact that it is in a completely different block, which you need to walk a few minutes from the apartments, the instructions on how to get to the right place are very complicated, you feel like you are in a labyrinth. Finding a place, going down narrow turns and leaving the parking lot will take you at least 20 minutes. at least. Moreover, you will not be able to get there on foot to pick up the car, because you will not have a key that would allow you to press the parking floor in the elevator. The owners either did not provide any information in the parking instructions on how to get to the parking lot to pick up the car, or we did not see them, so you will repeat the same path as when parking the car with the instructions every time on foot. In addition, the turns in the parking lot are very narrow, we traveled with a Peugeot 208, but it was complicated, the parking space is also narrow, you cannot block the doors, so a long station wagon simply will not fit there. If you travel with a larger jeep, I doubt that you will be able to get around. We also traveled in March, when it rained constantly and the apartment was cold (I think this is a big plus in the summer when it is hot), there is no information on how to set the air conditioner in the living room to blow hot air, and it also switches off periodically, the heat does not reach the bedroom. The hot water in the shower also works pulsatingly. Only in other apartments in Seville did the hosts explain to us that this is normal in Andalusia, and after a few minutes the hot water comes back on, because we thought it had just run out. Also, be careful with electrical appliances - if the air conditioner and the kettle are turned on at the same time, turning on the third appliance will blow the fuses and the power will go out. If you want to cook something, turn off the air conditioner.
• Simon (10/5): Great location on a quiet street. - Well equipped apartment with everything we wanted. Location was good and not too far from the cathedral, the street itself was very quiet. The patio at the rear is a lovely place to sit and relax. Miguel the owner was very helpful and a great communicator. The parking garage was a bit of a rabbit warren and only really suitable for small cars, though Miguel is going to rent a space in a larger garage from April 2025. The only thing to keep in mind is that this when the Low Emissions Zone comes into force in Granada and the apartment is within this so you need to make sure your vehicle meets requirements (this would also apply to most city centre accommodations). Miguel was eager to please and we would stay here again.
• Ellen (9/5): Great location, great host - What I liked best about this apartment was the host. I had a few issues that were not the hosts problem, but he was extremely accommodating and responsive. For example, the electricity went out, and after I reset the circuit breaker the cooktop would not work. The host answered my message immediately, and when I could not get it started again he immediately came over and fixed it. Things can go wrong, it’s how the host reacts to make things get better. The apartment itself was very nice and quite comfortable. The terrace off the bedroom was a wonderful space. The apartment is also very well located and a quick walk to anywhere in the historic center. There are restaurants and tapas bars nearby as well as very convenient markets. It was also a very quiet space. A nice bonus was that there were some coffee and tea, packets, salt and pepper, and a few other basics, including paper towel and toilet paper. I was very glad the apartment comes with parking, however, be aware that the available space in the parking garage is minuscule. I was in an economy sized car and had a lot of trouble getting around the corners in the garage. It was also impossible to park the car in a way that did not block either the storage unit in front of the parking spot or the closed garage behind the parking spot. If you plan to use the parking you must get a subcompact or something at least a foot or two shorter than a Peugeot 408. The only other things that were slightly bothersome. Is that while the kitchen had the basics for cooking, it was a bit sparse. For example, there was one small frying pan and no spatula. I was able to make do. Having now been in four rentals in Spain I will say that sparingly equipped kitchens seem to be the norm.
• Ramunė (8/5): Very good - Good central location, clearly communicating owner, I cannot give a 10 for this apartment as most people did for these reasons. There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom which is not welcoming. The apartment is on the first floor in a very narrow street so in winter time in never gets the sun and it is dark. Maybe in summer it can be a plus. At the same time it is cold and air conditioner/heater is not able to heat it up to comfortable temperature. Then again maybe in hot summer it turns out to be a plus. We prefer white sheets and towels in rented apartments, so that is evident that they are really clean, this apartment has all colors. Parking is in another building than the apartment and when you are not local, it is complicated to find car parking spot even with the 10 pages of guidelines.
