• Anna (8/5): - Super Lage und wunderbarer Ausblick Wenig Staumöglichkeiten im Schrank. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer hat keine Fächer, nur zwei bodennahe Schubladen, die jedoch wegen der sehr überschaubaren Raumgröße des Schlafzimmers nur schwer zugänglich sind. In der an sich gut ausgestatteten Küche fehlten ein Backblech und Auflaufformen.

• Norbert (8/5): - Check in ohne Personal sehr gut und leicht verständlich. Tiefgaragenparklatz nutzbar. Leicht zu bedienende Sauna. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, wertige Einrichtung. Toller Ausblick. Vernünftiges Bett. Keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Kamin sowie kein Kaminholz. Nicht alle Räume waren nutzbar. Keine Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer, gerade im Duschbereich. Schrankgrösse für längeren Aufenthalt (ab einer Woche) nicht angemessen.
• Frances0 (10/5): - Wir haben eine Auszeit gesucht und sie dort definitiv gefunden. 👍😊 Die Wohnung war super, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Sauna war das Sahnehäubchen 🤗 Ist wirklich zu empfehlen . LG 😊
• Lars (9/5): Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer schicken Wohnung mit viel Komfort und klasse Ausblick. - Eine außerordentlich gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Bilder im Booking-Inserat sprechen für sich. Um das Kaminholz musste man sich selbst bemühen.
• Celine (7/5): Beautiful flat with stunning views, but challenges with the neighbors impacted our experience. - Beautiful and very spacious flat with the most incredible views over Bayrischzell. The flat is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The modern design is lovely and we found the bed very comfortable. Especially in winter, we were glad to have a parking spot in the garage. We had very unpleasant encounter with the downstairs neighbor, who is frustrated about having a rental flat above theirs. By mistake, we used their washing machine in the basement, and they responded by hiding our laundry. After yelling at us for 10 minutes, they returned the clothes. Despite our calm apologies and offers to compensate, they continued shouting and accused us of flushing the toilet too often and walking too loudly. They even falsely reported to the management company that we had extra guests staying, which could have led to penalties. Thankfully, the management company supported us, but the neighbor ruined our stay.
• Carsten (8/5): Stylisch, aber teilweise etwas unpraktisch - Ausblick, Balkon, Sauna sehr gut Tiefgaragenplätze mit Zugang per Aufzug zur Wohnung ruhige Ortsrandlage und dennoch kurze Wege ins Zentrum Kulanz fehlende Betreuung vor Ort, Agentur lediglich telefonisch präsent. War hinderlich bei der Behebung kleinerer Mängel Einrichtung zwar hochwertig, aber nicht immer praktisch zu wenig Deckenlicht über dem Esstisch, Akku-Stehlampe kompensiert nicht ausreichend Kaminnutzung nicht klar geregelt (u.a keine Reinigungsmittel, fehlende Anleitung)
