- Andrew (8/5): Great location - The apartment is in a great location for catching trains and buses, with Akihabara Station and Asakusabashi station each about a 10 minute walk. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around, and its a 10 minute walk to the busy parts of Akihabara, to check out all the text and games in Akihabara Electric Town The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we had in Japan. The kitchen is a good size and the couch/sofa was large enough for four of us to sit on it. It's quite noisy - we got used to the sound of the trains but the walls are very thin so we heard other residents slidiing their internal doors open and closed.

Woke up to Cockroaches just walking through the apartment. Not accomodating if you need to store luggage prior to check in. Not accomodating. Cockroaches Sofa bed is so outdated and broken I wouldn’t even list that as an extra bed option. Hot water took awhile to get hot. We stayed at around 6 different locations on our trip and all places were amazing so it was a dumb end to our trip here

- Olivia Chee Yen (5/5): - The apartment was quite large for Tokyo standards, with 2 bedrooms and a living area/kitchen. It's located between two very handy train stations (Akihabara and Asakusabashi), There is also a laundromat about a 3 minute walk away, and Family-Mart right opposite. What I didn't expect was how noisy this apartment is. You can hear the traffic outside and trains going past very loudly all through the night. They do provide ear-plugs though! It's about a 10-15 min walk to either stations (which is a touch too far for my liking).

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room felt unclean and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Some reviews I read said that the street outside was noisy, but I didn't think so- it was very normal city noise and we were not disturbed. I don't think there was conditioner in the conditioner bottle- maybe it was accidentally refilled with shampoo and/or mixed? I'm not sure, but it was strange to me.

- zeer_germany (8/5): Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage - Eine ganze Ferienwohnung im 3. Stockwerk, nur 11 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Akihabara entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Shops und Restaurants. Wir haben oft leckere Sachen einfach im Supermarkt gekauft und dort zubereitet. Für 4 Personen gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und der Platz ist ausreichend. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, daher auch etwas Verkehrslärm.

- Kamil (1/5): Old and noisy apartment with cockroach infestation—an overall disappointing experience - Encouraged by the good location and reviews (unfortunately not read thoroughly), we booked the apartment for the end of our stay in Tokyo. We hoped to have a nice time close to Akihabara and other interesting places. The building turned out to be quite old, the elevator neglected, and upon entering the apartment we noticed signs of worn-out furniture, flooring, and bathroom, along with a quite unpleasant smell. Within a few hours of arrival, it became clear that there were cockroaches in the apartment. After contacting the owner, we were advised to buy insect spray and handle the issue ourselves. Disappointed by this response and the continuous presence of cockroaches, we contacted booking.com, and with the help of an assistant, the owner offered a different apartment. Since it was in the same building, we didn’t want to risk a similar situation, and after one night, we moved out. That night was also marked by the noise of trucks passing all night long (earplugs were even provided for guests in the street-facing room). We received a refund for the remaining nights and a small compensation for the inconvenience, but the overall impression left was truly unpleasant. After the fact, we found individual reviews describing a cockroach problem dating back to November 2024.

- Tomasz (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very good, with comfortable beds, and the owner provided several things I didn’t expect, like new toothbrushes. My apartment had three rooms, and each one had air conditioning, which was a big plus. The apartment also had a router, so if someone wanted to connect their laptop to the internet via cable, that option was available. The neighborhood was quiet, with a grocery store nearby, and the metro station was about 800 meters away. Overall, I can recommend it. There was a strange smell in the apartment, hard to describe, but it wasn’t particularly pleasant. However, it was something you could get used to. The owner provided a detailed, picture-based guide on how to get to the property, although I’m not sure why, since nowadays it’s very easy to use navigation, which leads you step by step to the destination. I don’t mind the guide, even though I think it's unnecessary, but what’s really bizarre is that they provided this completely redundant guide while failing to include instructions for using the appliances in the apartment. This was especially inconvenient for people who don’t know Japanese. As a result, I had to figure out on my own how to turn on the hot water and what the various buttons in the toilet were for. Additionally, the check-in instructions weren’t particularly clear. Although I managed to enter the room, during my stay I encountered several people who asked for my help with the check-in process because they didn’t know what to do. he fridge didn’t cool well at all. Drinks brought from the store were much colder than the ones from the fridge in the apartment.

Location is perfect if you love Japanese manga and games, plenty of eateries and walking distance to JR & metro As it is closed to the road, can be noisy at night. If you're sensitive to noise, not recommend.

- Irene (7/5): Good - The plus point of this property is that the location is only 400 m from Akihabara Station. Additionally, there is a Family Mart opposite the apartment, and the hosts are good. The lift to the top floor is very small, and the carpet is very dirty. When we arrived, the apartment room was dusty, and there was lots of hair on the toilet and floor. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable to use and had to be replaced. The wardrobe in the bed room near the living room couldn't be used because it was very dirty and dusty. Additionally, they put the sheets and pillowcases very untidily and messily.

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Akihabara and Asakusabashi station. The apartment was very easy to locate. The inside of the apartment is very clean. Sheets and towels felt fresh and laundered. There is a designated area for shoes and the slippers were provided. The bedrooms are big. There is enough space to open up the luggage between the two beds in each room. The living room is also very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (pots, knives, silverware, bowls, plates). Both the shower and toilet are clean and spacious. All the remote controls are well-labeled. Overall very pleasant apartment. The elevator leading to the apartment is pretty small. Maybe only enough room for 4 people. It can be a bit noisy at night due to the proximity to the train, but the owner provides earplugs.

- Daniel (9/5): Underrated location with a spacious apartment - The location of this apartment is extremely underrated. I love Akihabara, the streets in this area are quiet with a lively night life. Great restaurants and bars following the train line. The apartment is spacious, which is a luxury in Tokyo. This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. More than one key per apartment would be tremendous to allow larger groups to manage them more freely.
- Jeffrey (2/5): worste hotel!! - location and everything for cooking is complete. they gave as a hard time to get the key. and no body mesg or meet us for cleaning, no one came to change the towels. no instruction. no mesg. worst hotel ever!!! and indicate capacity of 8. but the bed are only 4 single bed. pillows are not enough.

- Chengwei (8/5): Totally it’s a great experience for our family trip. - Big space for whole family, Great bedding provides good sleep, Traffic noise from the street. Walking distance from the station.
- Siti (9/5): Akihabara Family Stay - The location was convenient for a big van to send and pick us up. The house can comfortably fit 8 adults to sleep but space wise, if you need to eat together it would be a bit tricky. I had 3 kids with me so it was manageable. The house is fully equipped for cooking and washing, with complete utensils, toiletries and cookingwares. Theres a family mart literally infront of the place. And the nearest train station is only 10 minutes walk . Overall we were quite content.
- Tomasz (7/5): Good location, good price for 7 ppl. - It had everything we needed, the equipment wasn’t new, but everything (except for the couch) was clean and worked fine. The gas toaster made making breakfast for kids fast and easy. Good location between Akihabara and Asakusabashi. 24h convenience store 2 minutes away and lots of restaurants. Too much formalities. Had to send passport images and fill a ton of forms to get instructions how to sheet inside. It caused a bit of stress
