• karine (10/5): - L'appartamento di Nico è in una posizione ottimale per andare a piedi visitare il centro di Madrid. È un luogo pulitissimo, nuovo, molto funzionale. Nico è un super host , risponde velocemente a tutte le tue domande, dà suggerimenti, ti senti veramente bene accolto. Lo consiglio vivamente

• Martina (9/5): - La ubicación es espectacular, puedes llegar al centro andando y la zona tiene de todo: supermercados, farmacias, bares, cafeterías...
• Ricardo (10/5): Madrid férias - Da localização, limpeza, a simpatia dos anfitriões, bairro calmo, ao descer a rua ter um magnífico parque , comércio e transporte públicos. Do chuveiro que não escoa água em tempo útil.

• Irina (9/5): - Прекрасные апартаменты, всё было чисто и подготовлено к комфортному проживанию, удобная кровать, кухня имеет абсолютно всё👍 Удобное расположение, автобусная остановка, супермаркет, овощной базар всё в шаговой доступности))) Отдельно хочу отметить владельца, написал мне заранее на wa отправил всю необходимую информацию, отвечал на любые вопросы мгновенно, браво!👍

• Irene (8/5): - La ubicación no podría ser mejor. Está super bien comunicado y la atención de Nico fue de 10. Tuvimos problemas porque la luz salto varias veces, alguna de ellas en medio de la noche. Se encendieron las luces de emergencia, que iluminan tanto que parecía de día y nos despertamos todas. Es verdad que con bajar y subir los fusibles, se arregló.
• Michelle (10/5): Súper bien! - Súper bien equipado para corta y larga estancia, además de muy limpio cuando llegamos! Los anfitriones disponibles en todo momento y amables.
• Maria (10/5): - Well-equipped, lovely apartment. It is close to the city center, situated in a quiet neighborhood with several stores nearby (supermarket, cafes, etc.). The owner was very hospitable, replying instantly to any questions and being very kind. Highly recommend! Nothing I can think of. Everything was great!

• Dragana (10/5): - The location is close to Palacio Real de Madrid. Even though we never met the host, communication was easy and they were very accommodating. There were three of us, so we used the couch and the extra bedding and it was comfortable. The shower was spacious. At first it was a bit strange getting in directly from the street, but we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and the locking mechanism seemed safe. There are plenty of grocery stores around. If I could change anything about the apartment, I would add a full length mirror.
• Jesus (9/5): Perfect for couples willing to explore Madrid - Fully renovated and sparkling clean apartment in a good location close to Plaza de España and Palacio Real. Responsive host to all needs and requests. It was great to have a washer and dryer. There were food markets and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, Apartment is located in the ground floor which made uncomfortable to raise the shades because anyone passing by the sidewallk could see inside the apartment. It felt like an interior apartment.
• Rzayev (8/5): It was the very good stay. Definitely worth for money spent. - Clear instructions on arrival. The response time by the apartment Owner in case of questions. Availability of consumables for the first period in the apartment. Walking distance to the city centre. Living on the ground floor was a new experience for us :).

• Dominique (8/5): - Logement accueillant et équipement neuf, propriétaire sympathique et réactif à nos demandes L'agencement rationnel du coin cuisine et du placard de chambre pose des problèmes d'accès aux ustensiles et porte manteaux disposés en hauteur.
• Linara (10/5): Рекомендую - Поодаль от центра. Чистая квартира. Предусмотрено все для безопасности. Рядом есть где купить продукты и есть в чем их приготовить. Убер до центра около 15€. До аэропорта 30€. Прекрасный, учтивый хозяин жилья. В квартире есть все необходимое. -
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Nico has a 6th sense in anticipating a guest's needs and is unrelentingly solution-focused. A true blessing!
• Francheska (2/5): Good, but be ware of overcharges not planned for. - The property was clean and comfortable. The owner or property manager tried to over charge for bedding. This was not listed anywhere. He was very insistent on having me pay outside of the booking.com network. Other amenities did list the additional price like the parking for example. Now although the property is listed as having 2 beds. The bedding charge of €50 in cash is not stated on the listing at all.
