• Lindsay (6/5): Ok for one night, great location - Location was brilliant. Right in the centre of Covent Garden will lots of amenities on the door step key code details were given late (after stated check in time) so left out in 28 degree heat with kids and luggage waiting. Wasn’t as nice as photos and reviews made out but it was ok for one night. There was a panel missing under the cooker and you could see a pot of mouse poison that had been left out underneath the cooker

Incrível irei repetir o mesmo alojamento se voltar a cidade

• EloyCL (3/5): - La ubicación buena Nos dificultaron el check in , la dirección no era la que indicaba, y nos costó una barbaridad poder contactar con ellos , las instalaciones muy desactualizadas y limpieza regular. No hay cafetera, por las noches, por lo menos el fin de semana imposible conciliar el sueño por la vida nocturna del lugar porque las ventanas no son nada insonorizadas.

• Rebecca (8/5): Home from home in a prime location - Excellent location. Lovely spacious and airy rooms. Living/kitchen area had everything you needed. Was especially pleased to find Yorkshire tea in the cupboard! Nicely presented. Comfortable, roomy bed. Good communications with the hosts. Some people may find the stairs tough (personally I think it did me good after all the indulgence!) Would have liked a mirror in the bedroom.
• Terrie (8/5): Great two bed flat conveniently located. - Spotlessly clean, perfectly positioned flat for Covent Garden and central London. The flat was well equipped with crisp bedding and fluffy towels. Lots of light from the windows and felt very safe. It was fine for us but the flat is up several narrow flights of stairs.

Was pointing us to a hotel a few doors down, but when I got connected to wifi I realised number of apt was sent about lunchtime on the day of check in. Self check in, so when we couldn't find apartment I was panicking that someone was waiting on us at 3pm the time we said we'd be there, but all worked out fine
• Suzan (10/5): Excellent location highly recommend, looking forward to returning - Excellent location! Clean accommodations, very comfortable beds! Close to theaters, many restaurants, public transportation. Highly recommend! Absolutely no complaints, as long as you can deal with no elevator (2+ flights of narrow stairs) I would not hesitate returning, our flat was an excellent place to stay.
• Amanda (7/5): Good location and comfortable stay - The flat is very well located in Covent Garden. It was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked and the towels and bed linen were good quality. Quite a few power points didn’t seem to be working so may need some attention. The communal stairwell was off putting, but once in the flat, all was clean and well presented.

• Violet (3/5): The host was great but the apartment was dirty. I was very disappointed about the cleanliness. - The area was perfect. It was conveniently located in beautiful convent gardens. The apartment was very dirty and gross! The pictures on the booking site show a stark white apartment with backsplash in the bathrooms and clean. The apartment shows the same furniture but the overall cleanliness was very poor. Our apartment had nailed down lino in the bathroom and the floors were squishy (not sure why) We had to look pass when we were in the bathroom. Behind the toilet was disgusting and dirty. I was disappointed because the photos are not true to what the apartment looks like. We were on the first floor and I am not sure if the other apartments looks like those in the photos. However, the host sent us details and pictures upon arrival. The check-in was smooth. Biggest suggestion would be to clean your apartment!

Era molto difficile trovare la temperatura giusta, l’acqua era o freddissima o estremamente calda. Un altro problema da segnalare sono gli infissi della casa, molto vecchi. Ciò non permette che la casa sia calda.

Le dijimos al propietario que no había cafetera ni nos contestó, tuvimos que tomar el café fuera coste 17 libras diarias, vasos para una familia de 5 no hay, escoba para barrer no había, líquidos para limpiar no había, mesa para comer rota y había que aguantarla para que no se cayera. Faltan cositas para que se pueda aprovechar bien el apartamento.

• Kellie (7/5): Perfect if your plans are in/around Covent Garden - Basic & clean. In the heart of covent garden and nearby theatre’s. Well connected to tubes & trains. Host was very quick to respond to queries. Great little coffee & breakfast options downstairs. The stairs were manageable but not ideal. The host sends the key code right after 3pm so you need to have internet access or pop into a local coffee shop with wifi so it comes through.

• Nilberk (10/5): The apartment is definitely worth the money. - The location was great! Walking distance to everything and there was a grocery store right down the street. The house was very clean, the staff was easy to reach and very helpful. There is no heating system in the house, it is heated with heaters. When we first arrived, the house was cold, but when we turn on the heater in every room, the house warms up immediately.

You can walk every central area and there is open market down of the apartment.land lord are very kind with the conversation Heating is terrible,there is no heating system there are only small fans.bathroom is so cold,there is no elevator and stairs are very very narrow.if you have big baggage it is very hard to carry. 11 am is check out time and she doesnt allow to leave baggages for 1 hour she offered to us keep inside of building but there is public area and she offered to us keep lock to your baggges.

• Sheji (3/5): Poor - just location and key collection except location everything was bad. no water, very bad stairs, difficulty to carry baggage, no water, uneven floors, poor walls -we can hear the noice of someone walking upstaires- no clean towels.. booked for 3 nights, bit stayed just two days and left
• Nisha (5/5): Not to picture expectation - I loved the location, the host was very accommodating that whatsapp me... she always responded to request or issues At first I called the accommodation as I could not find the location, the number you get on booking.com is not at all helpful especially the male guy who took my call was very arrogant and at that time my mobile data was not going through. I then tried to get on my data and seen the host had messaged me... I was not informed on the steps we had to walk up with our bags till I got there which was very strenuous as I traveled with my 15 year old daughter. The room was not properly cleaned and the room needs maintenance... the bathroom window doesn't open, the roof has a damp and the railing I. The bathroom needs to be fixed. There was allot of dust on the skirtings....
• Francesca (1/5): Expensive & uncomfortable - The location and size of the accommodation Nighttime noises don't allow you to rest. The windows do not close well, with thin and broken glass. Air comes in. The curtains are thin and do not create darkness at night. The beds creak and are not stable. The apartment is located above a pub from which voices come at night. And during the day the smell comes from the restaurant’s kitchens. The shower in the apartment has a water heater that is difficult for children to use, at risk of getting burned. The bedspreads are stained. The furnishings are basic, old and unhinged. Finally, the stairs of the building are narrow and smelly
• Xavier (6/5): Pleasant - The only advantage of this apartment is the location and at least the communication with the host was good. For the price the apartment is very cheap, the bed of my friend was broken, leaning back as she slept. There was only one key, even tho we can put it on the locker outside it's still not convenient. All furnitures are the cheapest you can find at Ikea. The windows were so old that we could hear anything and it was pretty cold inside that we had to use the heaters. We could also hear anything from the common areas like the stairs. No plug adapters for such a touristic apartment makes no sense.

The apartment was a lot smaller than it appeared in the photos and wasn’t very warm. By the time we were informed we could leave our bags we’d already spent money to put them in storage
