- Pauline (10/5): - Amazing staff, great activities planned everyday (pop quizz, pub crawl, walking tour,...) all for free! And the included breakfast was amazing, with pancakes, fruit, eggs, coffee, .. - perfect! You can also get help to plan your next trip/ tour at reception, with the best prices! (I compared). The beds had curtains and a lamp and a charging station, very nice. Only one bathroom (toilet in the shower room) per room for 8 people was a bit tough.
- Liliane Ribeiro (10/5): Super indico - Superou minha expectativa. Quarto individual limpo, ar condicionado e ventilador, sem cheiro de mofo, elevador, com janelas e muito bem localizado. Super indico. Café da manhã bom com frutas, ovos, sanduíches, tudo que você precisa pra começar o dia com bastante energia. O Hostel tem várias atividades no rooftop e até cerveja de graça . Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado.

- Fikree (7/5): - Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean. Location is good. The volunteers are very rude. I do not appreciate how they spoke to us, and the "manager" of the restaurant literally snatched my paper out of my hand and was very aggressive over a GAME. Him and the volunteer were very weird and made what was a great experience unpleasant for the rest of the stay. My friend & I stayed for a week. The owner should be more thorough on who they allow to volunteer there. You never know who is passing through and I happen to have a great influence on social media, and yes I will be sharing it bc I do not like the disrespect that I recieved. Those people are a reflection of your business, please keep in mind. Other than that the actual staff were kind & accommodating.
- Duncan (8/5): Great place, comfy and very affordable - Perfect location to get around old town close to everything, beds were very comfy ! Free beer every evening , staff were friendly and helpful! Room always had a shit smell to it… unsure if it was the toilet in the room/drain. Only thing is if they had toilets and shower rooms outside the rooms would be perfect stay (but this is just a personal preference of mine)
- Larissa (4/5): - It's just a bunch of 18-21 drunk kids staying there and a few couples. I couldn't fall asleep as the room was too hot and the fan was too noisy. The bathroom is gross and the smell horrendous. I also booked this room because the pictures showed a room with a window and I never got that. Those pictures are very misleading and should be changed. There were also 2 people having loud sex in the dorm, and the other 2 people decided to have sex in the bathroom. the only bathroom you have access to is the one in the room, so I had to go to the ground floor just to use the toilet and couldn't sleep at all. the whole place is just weird. it's definitely not built to be a party hostel even though they do it because you know the europeans kids couldn't go by without having it and they will pay for any type of shit that gives you a free beer and say pubcrawl. I never brought this up to reception because I was there for only 1 night and didn't have the energy to deal with anything

- Dameon (10/5): Might be the best hostel in hanoi - It's hard to find a bad thing to say, the rooms got very well cleaned and the bathroom never felt dirty even with 6 people using it. The staff is so helpful and friendly plus the rooftop bar and restaurant is just exactly what you want. It's social and they make sure to include everyone in the games. And it's so cheap I have no idea how they make money honestly. 1000/10 must try!

- Melina (9/5): Für den Preis mehr als zu empfehlen! - - gute Lage, direkt in Zentrum - gutes Frühstück (Toast, Pancake, Obst, Eier) - Möglichkeit Wasser aufzufüllen - Vorhänge am Bett - Schließfächer im Zimmer - netter Personal - das Bad ... Klein, Dusche direkt bei der Toilette = alles nass. Ein Bad ist auch manchmal zu wenig für 6 Leute.

- Vrithika Rachel (10/5): The best hostel in Hanoi!! - I had the absolute best time at this hostel. They even checked me in an hour earlier, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and the breakfast was spendid!! The location is also perfect for finding food, shops and everything is walkable. The lake is also closeby. i loved how kind the staff were and how social this hostel was! I had some of my best days in vietnam here. They are doing great with the events, pub crawls and socials. Even people from other hostels came storming into our rooftop to join our pub crawl and loved how social our scene was.I think it was my best overall hostel experience in all my travels so far! Thankyou Nothing really.

- Katherine Anna (9/5): Good but little struggle as digital nomad - Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lots of toilet paper in the bathroom, I was in female dorm. Helpful with tours and transfer. Yes I sometimes had to wait for the toilet a bit but it was a good quiet room I slept really well, no bugs at all. Easy to store bag when I checked out. The music to be lowered in the rooftop from morning until 5pm. For us digital nomads who need to take Zoom calls, it's our only spot to work, and music is way too loud middle of the day.

Huone oli todella ahdas ja sänky surkea koska oli liian pieni. Sängyn pituus myös oli liian lyhyt minulle koska olen suhteellisen pitkä.

Also one of the rep's was pretending to care and protect about a friend (girl) of mine who stayed there a month later. Just so he could ask her, alone in the elevator at 4 a.m., if he could come to her bed. Wtf bro.

- Sabrina (3/5): Nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt da alles ein bisschen ungepflegt wirkt. - Nette und hilfsbereite Rezeption Im Bad riecht es modrig und die Decke schimmelt. Morgens nach dem Aufstehen riecht es im Bad nach Essen, sobald gekocht wird, wahrscheinlich weil die Lüftungsschächte miteinander verbunden sind. Abends beim Duschen roch es nach Fisch. Man fühlt sich unwohl. Es gab keinen Tee zum Frühstück , auf Nachfrage war dieser gerade aus.
