• Guest (5/5): Die gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung lässt mich über die Mängel hinwegsehen - Die Lage war sehr günstig in Anbindung an den Kudamm Wir hatten kein WLAN, obwohl dies als Inklusivleistung ausgewiesen war. Der Ort, am dem der Schlüssel versteckt war, wurde uns sehr kurzfristig über booking mitgeteilt, ich hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt keinen Zugriff über die App. Es gab kein Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa. Über die angegebene Telefonnummer konnte ich niemand erreichen.

• Nina (4/5): Długi czas oczekiwania na klucz - Wygląda tak jak na zdjęciu Po przyjechaniu w czasie zameldowania, czekaliśmy około pół godziny na obsługę żeby dostać kluczyk do pokoju. Po czym okazało się że musieliśmy czekać jeszcze dodatkowe dwie godziny ponieważ pokój nie był jeszcze gotowy. Naczynia były też nie do końca umyte po poprzednich lokatorach.
• Abid (2/5): It was not a good totally bad - The location was good They said we have wifi but they lied to me there was no wifi nothing many times I sent an sms to the owner but he never replied and always ignored me

• Jonathan (1/5): My experience with booking.com was good and unfortunately after this accommodation will change to nt - cleaning was very bad , no iternet , bad communication ,furniture was bad and old , bathroom's tape not functioning well
• Kristina (6/5): Pleasant - Location was 5 minutes walk to train station and bus outside front door. WiFi and TV did not work. There were no cups in the kitchen.

Good price - Cleaning was not properly before us as there were glass pieces that went two times into our feet - Boiler has to turn on manually before every shower, instructions were not provided also to ignite the boiler with lighter, we had to buy it the next day - It is a multi complex apartment, which is in not so good shape - The hallway door did not had glass in the middle, my kid almost fell across - Bathroom was super dirty, red stains on the shower curtain
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Good apartment for the price. We didn’t expect luxury but we were pleasantly surprised. Good location. I would book again. More cups would be nice. Water pressure isn’t great but it did the trick.
• Anil (1/5): Bad - Location is fine, near to trains & bus stations. The rooms were clean. We had working wifi. Key collection was simple. Host hasn't provided bath towels in spite of getting getting confirmation that they are available. Even after reaching, we requested and then too he provided some sort of hand towels and finally we didn't bother to ask again. The building feels & looks quite untidy but fortunately, the apartment rooms were fine. The kitchen facilities were average. All plates and utensils were cleaned by us before use. The bathroom condition was below average. Wash basin is extremely small, even for kids standard, it would be considered too small. Worst of all, we had a broken toilet throughout the stay and the host hasn't bother to even check the situation in spite of repeated requests. The host will communicate only for things which he wants to respond. Otherwise no response at all.

• Sarah (2/5): Would not recommend - Good location. Bed wasn’t comfortable and there was no AC or fan. Washing machine flooded the kitchen so we had to leave 2 days early and find another location.
