• Kerstin (10/5): - Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Apartement und empfehlen es von ganzen Herzen. Gaia ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell, unterstützt vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut. Das Apartement ist mega gemütlich, bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Dusche und Toilette funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben, vorgefunden. Tolle Lage mit vielen Restaurants vor der Haustüre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Michele (7/5): - Très bien situé. Literie de qualité dans la chambre Canapé lit du séjour avec mauvais couchage. Eau chaude dans la douche très irrégulière. Il n’y a aucune lampe de chevet dans la chambre, impossible de lire avant de dormir. Communication moyenne avec la conciergerie
• Trine (10/5): Veldig koselig opphold, kommer gjerne tilbake 😍 - Leiligheten ligger i den historiske delen av Roma omgitt av koselige spisesteder og butikker. Stille og rolig område, ikke noe bråk natterstid. Ren og fin leilighet med det vi trengte de 4 dagene vi var der 😊 Vår hyggelige vert Gaia sendte oss info og fulgte oss opp under oppholdet. Leiligheten ligger et stykke fra togstasjonen Termini men det går busser hele tiden og det er busstopp ikke langt unna leiligheten.

• Samia (7/5): - Bon emplacement. Appartement calme et literie confortable. L appartement est aveugle, j ai été déçue du manque de luminosité, la photo du salon ne reflète pas la lumière réelle. Les fenêtres donnent sur un mur à quelque mètres.. peu de lumière naturelle. La table du salon n est pas pratique, lourde et difficilement depliable. Si vous ne comptez pas prendre de repas c est ok. Par ailleurs la présence de quelques produits d hygiène ( gel wc et autre) serait appréciable tout comme quelque condiment ( sel poivre et autre) pour la cuisine. Par ailleurs attention au personne au mobilité réduite, l appartement est accessible par escalier uniquement et il y a des marche ds tous l appartement , nous avons manqué de trébucher à plusieurs reprises. Sinon le séjour était agréable, des petits axes d améliorations permettraient de gagner quelques points en plus 😉

• Jeremy (9/5): A clean, comfortable apartment in a perfectly central yet peaceful location. - The location was ideal – right in the centre but pleasantly quiet, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. I found it a bit tricky to disassemble and put away the couch bed, which could be made a little easier.
• Kypros (8/5): Other than the air-conditioning unit issue, perfect. - Perfect location for someone who wants to visit the city. Quiet location with few neighbours makes you feel safe. Inside the apartment you can find all the necessities. The air-conditioning unit in the living room (which served as extra bedroom) even though installed, didnt work. In hot summer weather it is a must. Owner said that they are in the process of making the unit operable by adding the compressor part. Make sure whether this is done, before booking.
• Guillaume (9/5): A beautiful and comfortable apartment in the historic center - The location was superb, and the building itself was very quiet. The windows face the interior courtyard, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There’s also a handy kitchenette where you can make tea, coffee, or even cook some pasta 😀. Communication with the host was excellent after the booking was completed, especially when it came to sending the necessary documents (such as the entry card, etc.). The host was also very responsive and helpful when I had trouble locating the flat in the building—I got a bit lost! The sofa bed is fine for a few nights, but since the apartment can accommodate up to four people, it might be worth upgrading to a more comfortable model. Also, there are a few steps inside the flat, so elderly guests should be cautious to avoid tripping.

• Agata (7/5): Good - The location and the size of the apartment were great. However we could not call it luxurious - rather spartan. the bed quite hard, the windows did not close well hence it was quite loud. The kitchen was very small with the flidge which was a litle wobbly. A lot of steps inside the apartment - between the bedroom and the living room, the bathroom was not comfortable. A little bizzare was that the steps to the apartment blocked half of the doorway. Also, the walls need a little bit of a refreshment. The closet was quite run down.

• Cristian (10/5): Very cosy appartment with extraordinary position, quiet and welcoming. - The position of the property is extraordinary. You are few minutes walking to every Rome attraction. The street is also very quiet. Take into account that you have one bed room and one living room. This could be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. This could not be generalised but in one day when we weren’t at the apartment someone entered into the apartment. Seems that cleaning guys did this by accident and I wasn’t informed about this. I am leaving this fact here only for the owner to choose carefully people in the team.
• Shannon (9/5): Very enjoyable - Hello. I originally booked a different apartment but due to maintenance issues we were given this apartment instead. The bed is comfy and the living room is very roomy for Europe. The location is right in the center of everything so very convenient. Nothing really.
• Christopher (8/5): Great location of a nice, modern design apartment. - This modern styled property has a well equipped bathroom, nice kitchen with mini fridge, stovetop and all the necessary utensils and cooking equipment. Conveniently located to numerous landmarks, restaurants and shopping. Quiet area at night to ensure a good nights sleep. AC unit is only in main bedroom. Other room with sofa bed is cooled by rotating fan or opening windows.
