- Ewen (8/5): Excellent, cosy & well appointed house. - Excellent, cosy & well appointed house. Very helpful host. The sunroom (AKA 4th bedroom) off the living/dining area could be considered a bedroom in any season other than winter. The sliding windows on the sunroom didn't create a seal to stop cold draughts coming through. No onsite parking but plenty of parking spaces on the street within 10-15 metres.

- Burman (7/5): Great location, spacious for the 4 of us. Some small tweaks and would be excellent. - It was warm and although the lounge had aircon, the bedrooms did not. Fans would be really good in the bedrooms. Also, the doors should be oiled as they squeeked fairly badly.
- Michelle (5/5): Great location, lovely owners, not clean enough. - Location Owners are very nice Able to spend time with family Well stocked with plates, cleaning products, and toilet paper. Had to clean the place, very dusty. Sweep patio, wiped furniture, and vacuumed floors. There was a pot in the cupboard, which still had liquid inside and food in it. I woke to a spider crawling down my arm. There was a beehive outside the sunroom window. It was very hot, no air con in bedrooms. Only fly screens on some windows. In some bedrooms, there were huge spider webs on the outside of the windows, so you wouldn't open the windows. The sunroom had no block out curtains, only sheer for the guests who slept there. They had DVDs, which was great, but no player or remote to play them. The stove very hard to turn off as knobs are warn, so when you turn some to the 0, they are still on. The furniture was uncomfortable to sit on inside.

- Leanne (8/5): FRIENDS 2 NIGHT GET AWAY - Easy to shopping centre and town. 2 min drive or approx 10min walk if you are a walker. Heaps room for group (We had 8) Lots of spaces to seperate not on top of each other Kitchen was very good size. At least 2 / 3 people in there at once . Living area really genorous size. Not over top of each other Great out door area when weather is fine. Grass area if you need it for kids to play. Spent most of the time at the kitchen table playing games when we where there. Didnt use lounges at all So cant say if comfy or not. Host where great with communacation when needed. Just a phone call. The sunroom with 3 beds had a nice little patio which would have got used if wasnt raining for sure. Other rooms very good sizes as well. My friends and I had a great 2 night stay.. Thank you House could been a little bit cleaner than what it was. But HAVE LEFT FEED BACK AT THE ACCOMMADATION ... Hope they take some of our ideas for a 1st timer on bookings property. They can only learn to improve by feedback. Other than A VERY FEW MINOR Suggestions Our stay was great.
