Host sehr nett; Bett super bequem, Zimmer sauber und schöner kleiner Balkon zum draussen sitzen. Plus: Leiser Kühlschrank und Kaffee war auch da. Top! N/a

Would definitely recommend. - I loved the location away from the center but on a wonderful street full of great restaurants and friendly local people enjoying life. Great vibe without all the tourist and yet not to far from the attractions.

• Maria (7/5): Comfortable interior, was expecting some more details for this price - Very modern interior, comfortable beds and nice showers. The 2 bathrooms were a nice surprise. Communication with the host was great. The apartment is on top of a bar and a restaurant, which can make it noisy. Even though it has triple glass and good window frames, it is a busy area on a saturday evening so it was not fully quiet. There seemed to be a small infestation with flies/insects around the bed area and the bathroom. The host ensured us they were not bed-bugs and he would take action to remove them for next guests. Still, for this price, I would expect to not have encountered this. Finally, there was no living room in our appartment. To be honest, we could have seen this in the photos, but we did not explicitly notice it during booking, so I cannot say the information was misleading.

Personnel très arrangeant, j'ai pu exceptionnellement prendre l'appartement un peu plus tôt pour déposer mes bagages. Emplacement formidable dans le quartier très agréable de Kypseli Merci Rien à dire!

Being on the ground floor meant we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. But that’s a typical Athens problem.

Quiet location but right around the corner, one way to all the fantastic, friendly restaurants, the other way, was right around the corner to bus stop to Otis, Santagma square & so neat the tram/train line to Athens Mall & the port of Pireaus. We loved it. Myself, my daughter & 14 year old granddaughter. We stayed 3 nights & 4 days. It was mega, I would recommend Athens Project Luxury Apts & give them 5 stars ***** ! Hate to say it, as such a tiny picky thing 😒 but could have had a waste paper bin in the living/kitchen room & a hanger behind the door to hang coats but we used the wardrobe for our coats (but were wet from a rainy Saturday) & used plastic shopping bags for a bin. No great big deal. Otherwise fantastic.

He also was quick to help us resolve some personal matters we encountered during our stay, and we were tremendously grateful for his kind assistance.

The rooms are very spacious and very well equipped. Tried 3 different types and all exceeded expectations. Location is amazing with the main pedestrian street of Kypseli at your doorstep.

• Jules (8/5): Very good - Really clean apartment, with plenty of extra blankets if one person found the aircon too cold. Shower was amazing. The washer was really handy too. Also handy being on the ground floor. Really handy having a few restaurants close by - just around the corner. Street was a bit rough, with lots of buildings covered in graffiti. I suspect that might just be an Athens thing.

• Vivian (10/5): One of the best places I’ve stayed in Europe. - The surrounding area was busy but once you went inside the property, all the noise from outside was barely audible. It was very clean and well maintained. Hard to find. Driver stopped us right by it and it took a few minutes to find the property. But property owner was kind enough to come down and get us to location quickly.
• Yoseph (10/5): Wonderful stay in a quiet area with a great restaurant just down the street - This was a cozy, wonderful, spotless room in a quiet neighborhood not in the center but easily accessible by bus or taxi. The contact and assistance of the host was perfect. The place is on a pedestrian street with lots of trees, it was great to be out of the tourist center. There is a 20% discount in several restaurants just downstairs, we really recommend Pame Tsipouro Pame Kafeneio where we had an authentic lunch and then dinner with live music. Nothing, all was fine

A big plus was a good wash machine and a balcony. It is not exactly in the centre, but the public transport is very good and cheap. 20 minutes from the centre. Can't think of anything.

• Kereti (10/5): The absolute best place to spend our time in Rome. We loved it and it was a pleasure. - We absolutely loved the accommodation and its proximity to the restaurants and shopping. The host was the best he was always available for any queries and attended to us whenever we needed something. We were very comfortable and loved our stay so much that we are coming back to Greece from New Zealand the same time next year and will book to stay again. There was nothing to dislike at all. It was wonderful.

We were family of 3 and we had a great stay further more I have made a mistake and book one night less but the representative was so kind and understanding and he fix the problem immediately!!! • Elizabeth (9/5): Cute apartment in Athens - The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is a great place to stay for 1-2 nights. The host was very responsive and easy to reach. We had an incident with one of the air conditioners and he was very quick to respond and to rectify the situation. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. There was a strange smell in the hallway of the building, but that is not the problem of the host. The smell may have been from the restaurant next door

• Laura (9/5): Wonderful stay - Was lovely and clean, with all that you would need for a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful and even supplied a discount card for a few local restaurants. Area was lovely, safe and lots of friendly locals. One of the bedrooms was quite noisy and could hear other people talking and playing music…this could have been noisy neighbours and luckily could not hear them in the other bedroom as quite noisy until quite late into the night.

• Tiago (9/5): Great apartment! - The aspect and feeling of this apartment is at the level mention on its name: Luxury! Everything new and good quality! If I need to say something... Then I would say that the bathrooms are small, but really not important for us! And not close to a metro, but very close to bus! Not an issue!
• Hope (10/5): Enjoyed the local charm of area and facility .. - Don’t think would like the red cabinets but we loved them .. beds were comfortable and air conditioning works!! Used the washer and easily dried clothes outside. We never felt unsafe and area was more local. Front door was a little hard to open and elevator was small for our group. Getting to downtown Athens was a bit of a treck to get to Victoria station

Light in entrance hallway came on automatically so no fumbling with torches or phone lights. Very well laid out room which was clean and tidy. Good size bathroom.
