• Jeffri (7/5): Most electrical outlets were not working, the room was inadequately heated for winter, the television was outdated with - Clean 1. Electrical outlets – Most electrical outlets in the apartment were not functioning, which made it difficult to use basic appliances or charge devices. 2. Room temperature – The room was uncomfortably cold for winter conditions, and the heating was inadequate. 3. Television – The television provided was old and outdated, with no access to Netflix or other standard streaming applications, which is below current accommodation expectations. 4. Electrical safety – Based on the condition and reliability of the outlets, the apartment appears to require serious electrical wiring inspection and renovation to meet basic safety and usability standards.
• Daniele (3/5): - Inizialmente la posizione e la disposizione dell'appartamento stesso. Vicinato estremamente rumoroso e indaffarato di notte. Via vai di gente rumorosa per le scale. Musica ad altissimo volume, e conversazioni telefoniche quasi urlate. Tutte le notti da mezzanotte alle 5 del mattino. Dopo un primo tentativo di approccio con la signora in questione, veniamo aggrediti verbalmente e minacciati da lei. Informando il proprietario del nostro appartamento della spiacevole situazione di disagio notturno, veniamo denigrati e derisi. Esasperati e sfiniti, dopo 3 notti in cui la situazione precipita, decidiamo di cambiare struttura avvisando il servizio clienti booking dell'accaduto. Il proprietario dell'appartamento accusa noi del disagio arrecato alla vicina e non fa nulla per venirci incontro. Traete le vostre conclusioni. Tengo a specificare che in 15 anni non mi è mai accaduto alcun inconveniente né mai una tale incresciosa situazione di imbarazzato e presa in giro.

• Ana Belen (8/5): - La ubicación y el aislamiento acústico del apartamento. Le falta un aire acondicionado y el suelo no estaba muy limpio.
• Kathryn (6/5): Lovely and spacious but let down by the shower and TV. - Spacious and warm. Well situated near Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Double bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. Early check in was appreciated. Shower very small and took some witchcraft to get the temperature right and keep it there. Streaming services on TV didn’t work - think TV is too old to run them now - we alerted the staff via WhatsApp but did not receive a response. Our intro to the apartment by the host was very rushed.

• Emma (8/5): A good option for a couple with one child. - Excellent location and spacious. Single bed very squeaky. Shower tiny and bathroom door very noisy. You couldn’t have someone sleeping on the sofa bed if people were opening and closing the bathroom door at night as too noisy.

• Fityes1 (9/5): A great apartment in a perfect location. - The communication was great, the host was very kind and everything worked as expected. The apartment was great, large, clean and comfortable. The only issue was with the shower. It was quiet complicated to set the water to the expected temperature, or after a short time it went to very cold or too hot.
• Massimiliano (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious, and about as central as you can get. The kitchen was especially well furnished, including extras like oil, spices, and good coffee. The apartment is a bit dark, but that's not unusual in the narrow streets of central Rome.

• Kathryn (7/5): We had a great time in Rome staying so close to the Spanish Steps. - How spacious it was. Perfect for 3 people. There is no air conditioning and it was about 38C in Rome.
• Scott (6/5): Pleasant - Good location on a quiet street in Rome with a cafe on the street. Very spacious. The bathroom is very small and the toilet leaks from the tank when it is refilling. There is no air conditioning so it is very hot in the summer.
• Tom (10/5): Great location! Even better host! - Francisco was fantastic! This is the kind of host you want to rent from. Not only is he friendly, he also immediately worked to resolve a small issue we had. If I come back to Rome, I will most definitely stay in one of his rentals because of our positive experience with him and his staff. The location is great too. You are really paying for the location. It's walking distance to almost anything you'd want to see if you are comfortable walking up to 30-40 min or so.

Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Loved this place. Door lock to apartment was tricky and required contact with owners to resolve.

• Mary (8/5): Great location - This apartment was in an excellent locataion and spacious The main bedroom is a good size and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is well equiped. The stairs leading to the apartment are very high. I wouldn't recommend if you have knee issues. The single bed is not comfortable for an adult. We weren't able to use the wifi as it was inconsistent.

• Andres (8/5): Spacious apartment in the center of Rome - The location couldn’t be better. The apartment is really big, and allows you to have privacy spaces despite going in a group. As it doesn’t get direct sunshine, it’s not too hot in summer (only with a fan we were fine). The wifi in the kitchen didn’t working.
• David (10/5): Great launching pad, homely and easy stay - Very homely, secure and spacious apartment with all of the essentials. Perfect for our young family. Doors to close off ensured our youngest didn't roam freely through cupboards. A quiet and lazy street yet a short walk and central location to many attractions and awesome eateries. Staff were great with communication.
• Giovanni (5/5): Passable - We were greeted by the most lovely host, the room was clean and extremely spacious with all the amenities you would need apart from Air conditioning. Unfortunately the Ad does not specify any A/C, however does not mention it does not either. This was disappointing as Rome Is extremely hot and coming home to a hot home was not ideal especially with children. Aside from that it was a great spot and a great apartment. No Air conditioning.

• Marie-marthe (8/5): An excellent location in the heart of Rome. - The location is excellent, very central. The bathroom needs a deep clean and proper ventilation. There are mouldy patches and the shower needs replacing, it is old and dirty. There was a leak in the kitchen when we arrived and a number of lightbulbs needed replacing. The single bed is old , not comfortable, needs replacing.
