• Gillian (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location - Location is excellent for Guggenheim. Plenty of restaurants locally too. Some of the furniture is a little tired but did not spoil our enjoyment.

• Alberto (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Buena ubicación Alojamiento muy amplio. Biek amueblado, bonito y limpio. En la cocina no había cuchillos y tenedores, o servilletas. Hay lavadora, pero no había detergente. Una simple capsula para un lavado da funcionalidad a la lavadora existente.

• Anne (8/5): Spacious apartment in excellent location - The apartment was clean, spacious, in a great location for visiting the main attractions in Bilbao. A good supermarket next door and lots of bars and restaurants nearby was also an advantage. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Beds comfortable. Very good WiFi. The entry system took time to understand but the apartment felt very secure with the locking mechanisms. We felt the apartment was lacking small things. In most of the apartments we rent we find condiments like salt and pepper, items like kitchen foil and dishwasher tablets readily available but that was not the case with this rental. Also some cleaning products for the bathroom would have been appreciated.

• Patricia (10/5): Amplio y muy buen precio. - Piso amplio y ubicación…el trato con el anfitrión , nos resolvió enseguida la llegada y la apertura de puertas.amable y correcto. Por poner una pega el portón del portal se escucha golpear demasiado por las mañanas desde la habitación doble…pero eso no es culpa del propietario si no de la comunidad.

• Paloma (9/5): - el espacio de todo el apartamento, lo moderno que era y sobre todo la ubicacion. el internet no aparecia, estuvimos con datos y la cobertura era malisima, pero mala mala. Había muchas veces que me salia el aviso SOS por si me habia perdido en zona sin cobertura jajaja

• adraiana (8/5): Control de calidad baños. - Ubicacion El flexible de la ducha del baño principal estaba roto y se quebró. Quedamos sin rociador. Se sale el agua de la ducha.
• Amelia (6/5): I wouldn’t deal with this host again - The location was fantastic!!! Large nice flat The check in was ridiculous! For the guy in charge no to spend 30 minutes….we the guests (the ones that pay…..) have to spend hours….too many emails….too cumbersome if you are travelling you do not want to spend hours with follow up emails. The friends that we were meeting have a car that couldn’t enter the city….The host couldn’t get them a courtesy entrance…..Was he legal? . They only left towels for 2 at the place (3 bedrooms place…..) we had to pay another €20 for towels for 2 more people. Really tacky!😖😖😖😖

• Sijing (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, place was very clean and spotless. There was no air-conditioning in the apartment. As the apartment is on level one, we did not open the windows else people outside can look in and it's super awkward. In fact, the bathroom window opened to a common yard(?) where people were milling around doing work. The window was frosted but without any shades, so we could see very clearly the outline of the people outside and it felt really uncomfortable especially when showering. Another issue was the lift. We needed to climb a short flight of stairs in order to access the lift (super tiny). This wasn't made clear in the description too.
• Catrina (8/5): Perfect location for seeing Bilbao and a comfortable, attractive and well equipped apartment. - The apartment was very conveniently located, had a good layout of bedrooms, kitchen and living space. It was clean, well furnished and had all the equipment you should need on holiday. We think the instruction for opening the doors on arrival could be clearer and we found opening of the door to get out of the apartment very difficult and slow. We had asked permission to arrive early, but the apartment was still being cleaned, were able to leave cases. The building was having renovations so we had no view, and a bit noisy in the morning.

• Robert (8/5): Everything was adequate. Pricing was a little high for the value. - The location was perfect, right by the Guggenheim in the Bilbao city centre. The rooms and layout met our needs and everything was as advertised. Room entry was a hassle and required several phone calls.

• Fran (8/5): Great location and comfortable for 5/6people - We loved the location, the spacious, clean apartment. The blind wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms and so we couldn’t open the window or blind at all. There was no possibility of fixing it over the weekend, which was a pity.

• Erica (2/5): Disappointing. Booking.com provided 10% return as good will gesture but host was unsympathetix and unempathetic. Stay no - A beautiful apartment, nicely located to all amenities but sadly located a doorway away to an apartment under demolition. Noise and dust were horrendous. The noise from the next door was awful. Drilling and heavy construction 830 am to 5. If planning on staying here over next few weeks BEWARE.
• Anonymous (10/5): loved it here, any minor problems the owner was quick to respond. - lovely apartment, well spaced out, nicely decorated it is on a busy street so you need to factor in some noise, and no view as such, but it is lovely. kitchen is small but as it’s not for living in full time it’s perfect.

• Elizabeth (6/5): great place but wouldn’t stay again - the apartments itself was very clean and comfortable We arrived at 8.30 am and couldn’t leave our bags at the property so redirected to a locker storage, the same on check out, it took an hour for someone to answer me by WhatsApp. no information given on wifi and heating, such a shame as the property itself is great.

• Naiade (4/5): Disappointing standards - Location is good, close to the Guggenheim Museum. There's no one to welcome you to the apartment and present or explain anything to you about your stay or the apartment itself. To access the building entrance and the apartment there is only a link sent by email. It's early December and it's cold. We were unable to get the heating system operating. The managing team came to check on the heating after we insisted, otherwise they would have only come on the second day. There were only two bath towels for four people. After insisting on having four bath towels, we were told those little baby towels were the average size. One of them was dirty. After the initial struggle, all went according to the booking. There's NO view at this first floor apartment. There are just other buildings across the street. Our best advice is: do not book this apartment for winter. Perhaps it works for summer.
