• Nicholas (8/5): Very clean, recently renovated apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Very recently renovated. Very clean. Apartment has everything you need. We were totally comfortable here. The owner brought us a second set of keys when we requested, which was kind. A little bit tricky to collect the keys upon arrival, but it was fine.

• Guest (1/5): APARTAMENTO BIEN PERO NO RECOMIENDO - Una estancia muy buena, El piso está recién reformado y tiene todo lo necesario La ubicación esta muy bien cerca de todo, el anfitrión ha siso muy atento desde el primer momento, amable y siempre dispuesto a adaptarse a nuestras necesidades. RECTIFICO RESEÑA: NOS COACCIONÓ PONER LA RESEÑA DE 10 PARA LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE LA FIANZA Y EL RESUMEN FUE: El apartamento estaba "bien", la zona pésima. Hubo un incendio en el edificio a media noche, con bomberos, desalojo del edificio, y todavía estamos esperando una pregunta de como estamos. Tuvimos una experiencia muy decepcionante con el propietario. Desde el inicio, nos pidió que, para devolver la fianza, dejáramos una reseña positiva y realizáramos una limpieza completa antes de irnos, incluyendo lavar sábanas y toallas. Aceptamos su propuesta, porque nos permitía retrasar la salida el último día, que le habíamos solicitado. Cumplimos exactamente con TODO lo solicitado: limpiamos a fondo, lavamos y tendimos sábanas y toallas (estas últimas aún húmedas por falta de tiempo de secado, pero bien limpias) y dejamos el apartamento tal y como se nos indicó. Sin embargo, el propietario se niega a devolver la fianza sin un motivo justificado. Considero este comportamiento poco profesional y carente de seriedad, ya que se cumplieron todas las condiciones acordadas. No es ya por el importe (50 €), sino por la falta de palabra, la sensación de abuso de confianza y el tono inadecuado de varios mensajes recibidos posteriormente. Por todo ello, no repetiríamos la experiencia y no podemos recomendar este alojamiento.

I arrived late and Jose arranged to have me picked up from the airport, brought to the apartment and given the keys. Thanks Raquel! Legend! I thought that was really sound. Everything was easy, the apartment and location are perfect, and it all made for an unbelievable stay. Perfect for relaxation. All for an insanely great price too! Thanks a million for everything
• Mary (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the inside the apartment & it was very clean & fresh.The owner was very helpful & kind . The bed needs a proper size duvet to fit the duvet cover & the bed , also proper sized pillows . I didn’t really like the location.

• Monica (10/5): Highly recommended! - Perfect location in Torremolinos in the middle of a very centric area with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Everything is a short walking distance away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the air condition works perfect and enough and brand new kitchen appliances, no noise from neighbors were heard. Jose the host is very nice and approachable. I would definitely come back again. I liked everything.
