• Anna Sonne (9/5): - Sehr saubere Wohnung, alles vorhanden! Auch die Anbindung mit der Metro in die Stadt ist easy.Ca.1 km zum Strand.....easy zu Fuß zu erreichen Das Apartment liegt ebenerdig, Auto's parken direkt davor, bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig!

• Biljana (10/5): - The place is quite modern, cosy, clean and has a good connection to the rest of the city. It is also near the beach and about half an hour from Oceanografic so you can go on foot.

• Davide (10/5): Ottimo loft - Casa arredata con gusto e ben tenuta. Presenza di molti confort, frullatore, tostapane microonde, spremiagrumi,piastrw ad induzione. Soffitto molto alto. Sinceramente niente, l'unica cosa che è giusto comunicare che il divano letto è adatto a bambini, diciamo che si dorme bene fino al 1.50/ 1.60 . Per me non è stato un problema avendo figli di 12 e 8 anni. Per chi ha ragazzi alti potrebbe essere un problema in soggiorni di più giorni. Anche la mancanza di una finestra per alcuni potrebbe essere un problema, ma anche in questo caso per me non lo è stato, visto il soffitto alto credo 3.2 metri circa. Inoltre con il condizionatore c'è un buon ricircolo d'aria...

• Olga (5/5): - La stanza era pulita e ben arredata. Il quartiere è ben collegato con il centro della città ed è a 15 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'alloggio dà direttamente sulla strada con macchine parcheggiate proprio davanti all'ingresso. C'è una sola finestrella molto piccola che non consente un adeguato ricambio dell'aria.

• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Great location 5 minute walk to the metro, 10/15 mins walk to the beach. Clean apartment & easy to collect keys. Lovely apartment. Only slight negative is that there’s no bathroom door.
• Ian (5/5): Passable - Propety location, size no nets, no bleach to clean toliet, for the money o paid I would expect some tea , coffeesticks amd some milk portions. Mosquitos during the night small flies in the shower.
• Erica (7/5): Good apartement and location, horrible staff - The place looks just like the pictures. It’s cute and cozy, not far from the port, and many cute restaurants nearby. There was a green light in the bedroom that illuminated the entire room. The light is way too high up to try to cover it with anything. There was a strange smell that would come and go from the heating. The worst part was the staff. Sergio did not make explanations clear when I called him trying to find the place, and for a 9 day stay he left 2 rolls of toilet paper and no spare linens or towels. When I spoke to him about it he told me it was our responsibility. The thing is we paid to stay at his place, I wasn’t moving in to a new UNFURNISHED apartment. It was a shame because just a tiny bit of effort and understanding on his part would have made this an outstanding stay.
