• Marc (2/5): Atención Nula, muy descontento... - La ubicación es muy buena y la cama es cómoda. La atención por parte del apartamento es Nula, no solucionan nada... la caldera no se encendía y estuve 5/6 días sin agua caliente, la televisión no se escucha. Está capada a 25 de volumen pero se escucha más el extractor de la cocina que la televisión. Sin ninguna solución por parte del apartamento
• Chiara (6/5): - La posizione ottima! Casa dotata di tutti i confort! Check in veloce e online La struttura non era pulita, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non erano del tutto puliti. La strada sotto è stata abbastanza rumorosa.. forse perché era sabato! Se siete in più di tre, il divano letto non lo consigliamo. Cambierei il video di spiegazione per l'apertura della porta e occhio se ti si scarica il cellulare rimani fregato!!

• Mohamed (2/5): Awful stay - Location was good and flexible check in. Apartment was dirty when we arrived. The bed linen was covered with dirt and hair (the very first night). When we complained about this the host accused us of causing the mess. The bathroom was also dirty and had issues with cockroaches. The photos on booking.com are not a true reflection of the state of the property. It is more worn down and not of a high standard. The kitchen appliances are old and generally everything is done to a low standard. The AC barely works and the key had a padlock to it so you cannot leave the AC on if you leave the property. We struggled with the temperature at night. We tried to get a refund so we can find another place but the host refused this and dismissed all our concerns. We travel quite a lot and this has been the worst apartment we have stayed in, never again!
• Ivan (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment. Clean, bright in a well-maintained house in the old city center. Noisy street as it is both a pedestrian and a driveway for those who are not used to it can be uncomfortable. In order to pick up the keys you need to be in touch with Triana. The settlement is a real headache. I drove the car and had to stop several times at the request of the host to fill out the details on the link. The website did not upload some of the data, so I had to send the photos to the manager. I recommend that you change something in the process of settling.
• Ahmed (8/5): Wonderful stay. - Perfect size for two. Lovely area with many restaurants and supermarkets. Owner very responsive and helpful Rather noisy at night. Lack of recycling advice and/or facilities.

It was a little bit noise during the night but this did not disturb us. The contact person, Triana, was very nice and helpful. During our stay, the owner requested access to the property to perform some electrical reparation.
