• Sofiia (7/5): - Overall, the apartment was decent for a short stay, mainly just to spend the night. The location is great — very close to the metro, which was a big plus. There are some things that can’t really be changed, like the lack of a view (the windows are up near the ceiling) and the limited space around the kitchen table. However, there are areas that could definitely be improved. There were no mosquito nets, the pillows were old, very firm, and uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was the biggest issue. The dishes were dirty, the floor wasn’t clean, there were stains on the sofa, and an odd smell in the apartment. With some attention to cleanliness and small upgrades, this place could be much more comfortable.

• Marica (5/5): Siamo stati solo un weekend ma non avremmo potuto soggiornare oltre. Va bene per pochi giorni e per ragazzi, non consigl - Buona posizione, con l’ascensore, personale gentile, va bene per brevi soggiorni. -Come si lamentano in molti, la doccia invivibile, si trova sotto il tetto spiovente e se sei poco più alto della media non puoi stare alzato, si è costretti a fare il bagno. -Zero privacy: le mura sono di carta pesta e il fatto che il bagno si trova subito dietro la cucina non aiuta. Inoltre i due letti sono separati dal nulla, va bene se si è in famiglia ma non lo consiglierei alle coppie. -Non ci sono le cose di prima necessità: scopa, paletta, pezza per pulire, le confezioni monouso di shampoo e balsamo, cambio buste dell’immondizia, c’é la macchinetta del caffè a capsule ma non ne offre nemmeno una, sale, pepe, zucchero, nulla. -Il water assolutamente da cambiare, inguardabile. -Pulizia delle stoviglie lascia a desiderare. Ho trovato la tovaglietta per la colazione sporca ancora di briciole. Non c’è nemmeno una tovaglia. -Si sentono tutti i rumori degli inquilini a fianco: il regolamento esige niente rumori dopo le 22, ma il sabato sera non siamo riusciti a dormire prima dell’1:00 in quanto sentivamo tutte le conversazioni e i rumori di fianco. -320€ due notti lo trovo esagerato anche per i prezzi di Milano, considerato anche che non è nemmeno in una zona centrale nonostante i mezzi funzionino bene. Inoltre ho richiesto un piccolo sconto che non mi hanno voluto concedere in quanto una persona è venuta meno; certo, non era dovuto, ma ho avuto esperienze del genere con altri host che non si sono fatti il problema. Nel complesso mediocre.

Locație murdară, când ajungi acolo te obligă să mai plătești bani suplimentar, pe care nu primești nici un bon fiscal, și ajungi să te rogi de ei să vină să-ți faci check in….evitati această locație, această agenție este neserioasă din toate punctele de vedere…..
• Alexandra Probst (8/5): - Posizione ottima. Ristrutturazione svolta bene. Accesso facile, gestori gentili e disponibili. Il bagno, andrà rivista la posizione della doccia. E davvero scomoda e si allarga tutto il bagno.

• Federica (10/5): - Appartamento piccino ma confortevole, con tutto ciò che può servire durante un soggiorno. La posizione abbastanza buona perché passava il tram e a 5 minuti c’era la metro. Era pulito e luminoso. La tavoletta del wc non è della giusta misura, pertanto a volte risulta un po scomoda. Nelle altre recensioni avevamo letto del “”problema”” della doccia che si trova sotto al tetto basso, ma sinceramente NON è stato un grande disagio. Ti potevi lavare senza problemi.

• Audrey (8/5): - Un logement avec le nécessaire, le gros plus : la climatisation. Pas si loin que ça du centre : 20-25 minutes à pied. Nous étions 4, pour 2 nuits c'était bien 👍🏻 logement calme. L'ascenseur qui est très lent, et attention à la mansarde pour les personnes de grande taille.

• Syed (6/5): Pleasant - Location, air conditioner. Both tram and underground stations are at walking distance. Pam and sigma grocery stores are close by. Poor electrical sockets. Facial plates are coming off. The shower was in an awkward position as everyone mentioned. The bath tub needs to be moved at least 6 inches to the right. There was only one converter for microwave and stove means you can connect only one at a time and have to keep changing the converter.

• Julia (7/5): Bad Staff Service - The apartment itself is nice for group stays. We weren’t able to access the property since some of the pictures shared by the staff didn’t actually help us get in. I tried contacting the staff on booking and by phone. By phone they never picked up on any of my calls and they were quite rude via the booking message center.

• Ivan (4/5): It was great except personal. We were very upset. - Nice view, good furniture, cute house The personal and management are bad. We left two clothes at apartment and wanted to pick them up on the next day, but they responded us that the clothes weren’t there after cleaning, but we are 100% sure that they were there, so they just disappeared? Then we asked them to take a closer look, after that they didn’t respond us. Very poor service.
