• Yorick (10/5): A charming and very Roman experience in the heart of a beautiful area of Rome, slightly removed from the tourist areas, - The apartment was immaculately clean , bright and sunny with two full terraces to soak up the Roman sun. It was nicely furnished with an extremely comfortable king-size bed, fully fitted kitchen and good sized bathroom. Being on the top floor is was accessible by an elevator and offered panoramic views of the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is charming and very Roman, with a good selection of local stores and restaurants. Food shopping was a breeze as it was adjacent to a Carrefour super market and there was another large supermarket only 150metres across the road. Proximity to to Ponte Milvio and the buzzing and charming selection of cafes and bars made for a very pleasant lunch , evening aperitivo or dinner. The agents managing the property were superb, with timely and informative information and communication and very responsive, so although the experience is autonomous , everything ran very smoothly. • Edwin (9/5): Parfait emplacement j’y reviendrai à coup sûr - Appartement lumineux spacieux et bien situé pour la cité de la musique juste à côté Problèmes résolus immédiatement avec une équipe très efficace (petite fuite du ballon d’eau chaude sans gravité) Système de clef pas très convaincant pour l’arrivée car le modem qui assure son fonctionnement électronique était HS… résultat arrivée compliquée Aussi la cuisine est super mais les poêles à frire sont toute rayées et il n’y a pas de couteaux de cuisine ni de torchons… mais c’est un détail à améliorer rien qui a gâché mon séjour

• Olivia (9/5): - Quiet, lovely little neighbourhood, a bus stop just outside the door that took us to main attractions within half an hour. Away from the bustle and hectic city centre. Lovely air conditioning and we cooked in the kitchen! Beautiful large, private terrace. A perfect start to our honeymoon - we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing it come alive in the evenings!! Great value for the price

• Elena (10/5): Bellissimo! - Appartamento bellissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, situato in posizione comoda con i mezzi di trasporto. Un plus: una magnifica terrazza dotata con tavolo e sedie e poltroncine. Un posto incantevole in una zona tranquilla di Roma. Torneremo sicuramente!
• Sophie (9/5): Moderne et confortable pour decouvrir Rome. - L'appartement est moderne, propre et très confortable. Un grand balcon offre une jolie vue sur la ville. Proche du parco Olimpico pour les match ou concerts et du centre historique. A quelques arrêts de bus ou tramway, nous avons pu laisser notre voiture sur un des parkings payant dans le quartier et visiter sans problèmes Le personnel de conciergerie est à l'écoute et est intervenu rapidement pour régler un.leger problème.

• Yoana (6/5): Very good overall, with a few serious comments which need attention. - Spacious place, luxurious and well equipped, great views of the terraces. New furniture and all the amenities you need, cozy vibe. Bus and tram stops are 2/5 min away, coffee, food and groceries - 2 min away. Quiet neighbourhood. I would've put rate "9" if there weren't a few situations which were the least we wanted upon arrival or in the evening, at the end of exhausting days. First, it was freezing cold because AC's are not turned on before the guest arrive (something which the cleaning staff can easily do and it would be even energy saving). There are 2 AC's and 2 convectors but when we entered we were freezed to death till 3 in the night (February nights). In order to warm up the place, we turned them on and the electricity switch immediately stopped/fell. It repeated a few times until we left only 1 heating appliance working for the whole space. You can imagine the cold and no sleep after travelling. Additionally, the device for opening/closing the door is almost broken and it was very hard entering the house every time. Instructions were very clear and simple but the handle "misses" a turn, it' s loose so you can stay up to 15 min until you enter successfully. And with a few scratches on your hand. The terrace was very dirty with full ashtray when we arrived. The hairdryer is "burned", smelled smokey and you can hear a sound - but.this is something the owner probably doesn't know about if nobody telled them. So not their fault. To sum up, a few negative comments only - but enough for ruining your night/experience. If fixed, it would be the most proper place :)

• Line (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, just 10-20 minutes with bus from the city centre. Some lovely local bistros and bars in the neighbourhood.
• Danka (10/5): Thanks for everything it was great. :) - Apartment was cosy, on the rooftop, with 2 large balconies and spectacular view of the city. Sea gals that are flying above were adorable. City center is not far away, Piazza del Popolo is 30 mins by foot. Internet was super fast and bed was super comfy. Water preasure could be better. Considering that we are in Italy it would be nice to have newer appliance for coffee making, since we had really old moka pot coffee maker. Wine glasses should be also included. Everything else was perfect.
