• Theresa (7/5): Abseits des Stadt Lärms eine kleine Oase der Ruhe! - Das Haus, der Garten und die Wohnung an sich sind wunderschön. Die Kommunikation bei Fragen war super lieb und hilfsbereit! Leider war die Sauberkeit absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Hier ist definitiv noch Verbesserungsbedarf!

• Patric (5/5): - Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sie hat viel Potential nach oben. Sie ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Eine riesige Terrasse und ein großes Grundstück lassen einen weiträumigen Blick zu. Sie liegt leise in einer Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung am Stadtrand. Das verklinkerte Holzhaus wirkt sehr modern und verspricht exquisiten Komfort. Allgemein: - Die Unterscheidung zwischen Bamboo Garden und Finca Berlin war nicht gegeben. (Schlüssel für Schranke?, falscher Schloss-Code usw.) - Die Wohnung war zu warm und ließ sich nicht herunter regeln. - Filter der Lüftungsanlage nicht sauber. - Ich habe mir erlaubt, den nicht funktionierenden Staubsauger zu reinigen. Er funktioniert jetzt wieder. Der Luftfilter muss gereinigt werden. Bad: - Spiegel defekt - Ablauf Dusche zugesetzt - Aufgequollene Zargen - Dreckige Lüftungsanlage Wohnzimmer/Küche: - Wasserflecken auf Tischen - Durchgesessene Couch - Flecken auf Esstischstühlen - Gefrierschrank vereist - Unklare Bedienung der Fernbedienungen - keine Lappen zum sauber machen - Mehr Tassen wären gut - Ich hätte mich über einen Filterkaffee gefreut. Leider nur Kapseln Schlafzimmer: - Super Betten - Nachttisch an Einzelbett wäre nett - Matratzen und Inlets sehr unsauber mit riesigen Urinflecken und anderen Körperflüssigkeiten. Ekelhaft. Fazit: Manche Dinge sind stark gebraucht, defekt oder so dreckig, dass sie nicht mehr zu reinigen sind. Es sollte ein kompletter Checkup und Austausch gemacht werden. Es ist nie zu spät, zu lernen.

• Maria Isabel (8/5): - La propreté, la décoration et la grandeur des pièces. Le cadre est calme et beau, avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. À 30 minutes en voiture du centre et des différents endroits touristiques. La place de parking devant la maison est un réel atout. Lits fait à notre arrivée, le logement était chauffé. Tres bon rapport qualité prix Nous étions 5, il y avait une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Mais l'autre lit est en fait le canapé, donc pas de réel espace de détente. Nous nous sommes adapté et ce n'est pas un réel "probleme" mais difficile de passer un moment ensemble à part sur les chaises de la cuisine.

• Krisztina (10/5): Highly recommended! - Close to Berlin, nice area, silent. Very well equipped and warm. The parking was a little uncertain in the front of the house for 2 cars, but it was OK.
• Allison (10/5): Great oasis at the end of a busy day in Berlin! - This is outside Berlin in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s a minutes walk to a bus, a quick bus ride to train station and you are in Berlin in 20 minutes! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
• Dirk (9/5): Eine spontane Städtereise ohne große Vorbereitung, die zum Erlebnis wurde. - Auch wenn der Abstand von der "Finca" zum Olympiastadion mit 8 Kilometern Luftlinie nicht nah war, so würden wir diese Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung und Ruhe jederzeit wieder buchen. Praktisch Landleben in der Metropole, ohne deren Vorzüge zu vermissen. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war zudem der inbegriffene Parkplatz. Ansonsten eine geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Gästewohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Ein fehlender Nachttisch mit Beleuchtung am Einzelbett und dass bei der Küche die Tür vom oberen Stauraum über dem Kühlschrank lose war. Aber das ist abstellbar.

• Damian (8/5): - Wyposażenie mieszkania jest zadowalające, tak samo jak czystość. Piękny i w miarę zadbany teren wokół domu dają uczucie ciszy i spokoju. Niestety drzwi łazienki mocno szorują po płytkach. Jedna z szafek nad lodówką ma poluzowane lub uszkodzone drzwiczki.

• Martina (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön, gut aufgeteilt und schön eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft waren Kaffeekapseln, Salz, Pfeffer usw vorhanden. Die Informationen, die man vorab vom Vermieter bekommt sind auch sehr gut. Auf den zweiten Blick ist die Wohnung und der Garten nicht sehr gepflegt, es gibt viele kleine Mängel (Badtüre, Steckdosen kommen zum Teil aus der Wand, Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab, Duschbrause und Toilettenpapierhalter sind locker, Klappe in der Küche defekt, usw ) . In der Küche fehlen Arbeitsfläche (zugestellt von Nespressomaschine und Mikrowelle), Eierbecher, Espressotassen, Rührlöffel usw... Beim 3.Bett im Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen Nachttisch/Lampe. Die Terasse mit dem vielen Unkraut und den vertrockneten Pflanzen lädt leider nicht zum draussen Sitzen ein. Eigentlich schade, denn im Grunde ist das eine tolle Wohnung, nur stimmt derzeit das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
• Christian (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento moderno - Bellissimo appartamento, moderno e ristrutturato, ampio e spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Davvero ben arredato, comodo e all'avanguardia, anche lo spazio esterno è bellissimo, inoltre è disponibile un parcheggio coperto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, area tranquilla. Forse un po' distante dal centro ma in 40/45 minuti coi mezzi ci si arriva tranquillamente.

• Heiko (10/5): - Die Immobilie befindet sich in einer ruhigen, ansprechenden Lage. In der näheren Umgebung sind alle notwendigen Einrichtungen für Selbstversorger vorhanden. Es gibt keine Punkte, die Anlass zur Beanstandung geben.

Coffeemaker but no coffee and filter. No salt, pepper. Very few kitchen staff. No showergel. For a short stay, these details may be important for many people.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Big kitchen and dining table, terrace and garden outside, covered parking spot, cleanliness, comfort and quiet environment. The shower without glass walls is a bit impractical (splashing water all over the bathroom), it would be great to have a washing machine, clothes rack drier and more shelves in the bathroom to store things.
• Amina (10/5): Perfect place to sit back and relax. - The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The blinds kept the rooms fully dark. Very modern house, beautiful interior. Kitchen had everything needed. Disco lights were a fun addition. Kitchen dining and sitting room is in one room where it connects to an outdoor sitting area through a door. Shower is amazing, best I’ve ever seen. Needs a desk in the bedroom for the ladies.

The sofa bed was unfortunately a bit too small for two larger people, but the main bed was big and very comfortable.
