• Annette (10/5): Stunning cottage in the beach! - This was my favourite accommodation throughout our whole trip to Tasmania! The location was unbeatable, the cottage was absolutely perfect, neat, clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed! An oven would have been handy as there aren't many food options around, we considered getting frozen pizzas to cook but realised there wasn't an oven. Not alot of bench space in the kitchen but we made it work!

• Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfortable sofa for relaxing after hiking. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area is stunning...right on the water yet very private. A bit of a windy road to reach the location but we'll worth the drive. Know that there are no restaurants nearby....worked for us we made a home cooked meal!

A better fry pan would have been good as the one there was dented underneath, some paper towel and a chux also. A kitchen light was out and one of the kitchen chairs was wobbly.

The beautiful king size bed, comfy lounge and perfect kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. I love the heat lamps in the bathroom and the shower was larger than most. I would highly recommend this place. Not to mention the location, just a few steps and you’re on the beach. Perfect! Nothing.

• Patrick (10/5): A gem of a place with its own beachfront - A perfect spot for our night stop. The proximity to the beach is a real gem with enough facilities for a short stay. We stayed only one night and this didn’t give us time to explore too much other than walks along the beach which is a private track of 30 secs walk.

• Andrea (10/5): Fabulous hidden gem with an incredible beach location - The location of the studio was fabulous….just a few steps and we were on a magical white sandy beach with turquoise water. The studio was immaculate, well equipped with a very comfy king sized bed. Based 15 minutes from Port Arthur,it was a great stop over which we would thoroughly recommend. There was nothing not to love
• Christopher (9/5): Glad I picked this place - The beach was really nice and although it was a holiday weekend, there were not that many people on it. Although you can’t see it from the unit itself, it is literally a 30 second walk. Another nice bonus is that it faces west so you get beautiful sunsets. The unit itself I was very clean and comfortable and I was definitely a fan of the town of Nubeena. If you want a good local, down to earth dining/drinking experience, check out the Ex Services bar nearby. The food was great and the beer was fresh. I did not meet the owners of the unit. I dealt with Laura, the manager. She was incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with.

• Keith (10/5): We love love loved this place. I wish we could have stayed here for a week :) - We absolutely loved everything about the property. The location is spectacular and felt like our own little beachside home. We loved the way it was furnished. The king bed was really comfortable and lovely bathroom and kitchen. When we arrived and went out on own little garden deck we could hear the ocean. Of course we had to walk down to the beach and found that it was totally deserted except for us. Loved loved loved this place We liked everything:)

• Gregory (9/5): an excellent studio apartment very comfy and close to historical sites, a comfort to come to. - great location, a very well appointed studio apartment, undercover parking as it was raining, good info book and details in apartment easy to find, we felt comfortable and welcome, would definitely stay again on next visit and recommend to friends could use an iron and ironing board as travelling from suit case leaves clothes looking ragged. key safe was stiff and difficult to open needs a little adjustment step out of shower is a little daunting when feet are slippery, this could be a safety concern for host as may prove a problem in the future directions to restaurants like "on the bay" would be great in unit as google was useless.

It was cold, hence appreciate the heater function via the air conditioning unit. So glad there is available Netflix on TV. The sliding toilet door was spoilt and hard to pull and close properly. Injured my arm while doing so. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed the accommodation.

• Hayden (9/5): Wonderfully Serene Holiday Escape - Collecting the keys was simple enough. The room was comfortable, and the studio was pretty ideal for a short stay. Being honest it was a the nicest place we stayed in during out entire 12 day trip. I am hoping to build such a studio style flat myself in the future. Kudos to the owners, it was brilliant. Honestly there wasn't anything to dislike.
• Marjolein (10/5): Amazing stay and best bed on the peninsula! - We loved the studio and felt home straigh away. It was warm and cozy when we arrived. The couch is supercomfy and the bed is amazing! There is a little kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It's literally 30 secs walk to the beach and we had a morning swim after waking up. Definitly recommend.

• Annie (10/5): Can’t wait to go back! - We had an amazing stay with no worries. The property is secure and literally right on an amazing and calm beach. They have a few rentals on the same property, which was not a problem at all, we didn’t see or hear the other guests and we felt safer. Nothing, this rental exceeded our expectations.
• Natalie (8/5): Very comfortable and well priced for the location and facilities. - We like the location and how easy it was to acess the beach. Beach line and views are stunning. Couch in the room and the bed are super comfortable and the shower is fantastic too. The deck seating area and the kitchenette. Space in the kitchen is a real issue as we cooked both nights and bench space is simply not enough, we moved kettle and coffee machine to make space to prep and cook. The items supplied to cook with were great and sufficient though. Only feedback for the deck would be a roof or parasol. If too sunny or wet it was a little unuasable. Very nice garden though over all.
