Guest Reviews
- Anton (8/5): Nice climbing up&down from 1st to 3rd floor - Well equipped 3-floors house. Tiny and cozy. Nice grill for a toasts - kids love it ;) provided WiFi password was not correct, spend several hours trying to figure out. May be the rent agency did it on purpose - WiFi is by SIM card router. Toilet is on the 1st, stairs may be narrow for a night visit ;)
- Liew (7/5): Pleasant place - The facilities especially the living room, kitchen and washing machine. The room layout. And the wifi was not available for the first 2 days, despite informing the landlord.

- Dan (8/5): Very good - Relatively new and clean on a quiet residential place near two stations. Owner is responsive to questions. I wish that there may be an iron and ironing board, if not clothes steamer. Sometimes, the first underpass going to the nearest station is closed due to construction.
- Ying (10/5): Very clean and well-maintained house - Very clean and spacious living room, kitchen, shower room, balcony and bedrooms (x2). Kitchen well stocked with utensils and cutleries, with easy access to convenient stores nearby. There is very little noise from the railway track despite the short distance. Easy access to Asakusa, Nippori and Ueno. There is a 10-minute walk from either Tateishi or Aoto stations; however this is a flat road and easy enough to do so.
- Awee8121 (8/5): Very good - Owner was very responsive to our queries, especially when we discovered that the Internet wasn't connecting. It turns out the password was missing one character.
It was a very quiet neighbourhood, with the train station, grocery shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from us. Just don't believe the googlemap route, the routing algorithm doesn't recognise the underpass underneath the train tracks that significantly cuts down the walking time. Even though the train tracks was close by, the sound proofing of the unit is very good that we didn't hear anything in the daytime. Cleanliness was good, however there were some ants underneath the living room table when we moved it.
Going up and down the staircase was a bit of a pain, as the staircase is quite narrow. The top level bedroom is rather warm during the summer daytime, so we spent most of our time in the living room area.
In order to get to the Keisei-Tateishi station, we need to transfer to the Keisei Oshiage line from the Toei Asakusa line. So we found out that our 3 day Tokyo Subway ticket can get us into the line for Toei Asakusa, but when we got out at Keisei Tateishi, we have to top up 170 yen. AND the subway ticket didn't allow us to get into the station, so if you're planning to get the Tokyo Subway ticket, bear in mind that it can't get you into the Keisei-Tateishi station using the subway pass. PASSMO is okay.
Googlemap also sucks when trying to find the apartment. It's the second lane from the train underpass, not the first.
