• CESARE (8/5): - Ottima la posizione, il centro si raggiunge a piedi facilmente. Comodi i letti, abbiamo dormito bene. La pulizia era soddisfacente. Buono il rapporto qualità / prezzo. E' un buon punto di appoggio per visitare la città Alcune attrezzature ed arredi un po' datati, migliorabile la dotazione dei bagni (sarebbe auspicabile un set di asciugamani per ospite) di cui uno molto piccolo. Qualche difficoltà con l'acqua calda e con l'insonorizzazione delle finestre, ma nel weekend la zona era silenziosa. Nel complesso niente di grave, il soggiorno è andato bene.

• laura (7/5): Mejorable - En general, la estancia fue agradable, pero con algunos aspectos a mejorar. Lo que más me gustó fue sin duda la ubicación del apartamento, muy cómoda y bien situada. Una de las habitaciones no cumplió las expectativas: el colchón era bastante incómodo, estaba hundido en el centro y resultaba difícil descansar bien. Además, las ventanas correderas no aíslan bien el ruido y, a pesar de estar en una quinta planta, se escuchaba muchísimo el ruido de la calle. En los baños echamos en falta toallas de cara, ya que solo había cuatro toallas de cuerpo. En cuanto a la limpieza, era correcta en general, pero habría sido de agradecer un poco más de atención al polvo, especialmente en el salón. Con algunos ajustes, la experiencia podría mejorar mucho.

• marie (5/5): il a fait très froid dans cet appartement on était à Noel....!! - l'espace et la clarté , l'emplacement géographique très positif néanmoins mauvaise isolation des menuiseries des chambres, équipement électro ménager complet mais avec des améliorations à effectuer au niveau de l'entretien. La localisation en étage élevé et l'ascenseur Bons commerces à proximité absence de chauffage dans les chambres, pas de radiateurs, il faisait froid en décembre pas d'anticipation sur ce sujet, pas de couettes ni couvertures suffisantes pour cette période de l'année Pas de bouilloire dans la cuisine manque de petit matériel d'entretien/ ménage très mal fait j'ai du dépanner le lave linge dont le filtre était bouché par une pièce de monnaie et beaucoup de détritus idem pour le lave vaisselle dont le filtre était plein

• ENRIQUE (2/5): No vengo mas - Nada Éramos dos parejas y les pedimos toallas de repuestos y juego de toallas de manos que no tenían para la estancia de diez días y nos dijeron que no, ya que no es un hotel. El parking no te lo Dan ya que dice que si no es pequeño el vehículo no caben y encontrar aparcamiento es una condena y el apartamento es sólo de un baño ya que el otro es súper minúsculo sin ducha y el agua sale con muy poca presión para ducharte de pena. No volvemos mas a este apartamento

• Steven (5/5): Would have been more reassuring to have a mains interlinked smoke and CO alarm. - Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Large bright living/dining room. There was no smoke alarm (or CO alarm). For a 5th floor flat with only 1 exit this worried me. Also stair lighting (there was none on dark side of the lift) was dangerous if had to use stairs to get out (even in daylight it was in darkness on first floor). The boiler flue installation did not inspire confidence and possibly leaked CO into property. The tiny en suite toilet seat was broken and the toilet was fitted facing the wrong way - with little space to actually use. Light switch for second bedroom outside the room.
