• Ute (8/5): 4Tage Städte-Trip Mailand - Schlüsselcode für Schliessbox wurde am Vortag mit guten Detail-Informationen (Bildern) gesendet; allerdings erhielten wird den WIFI Code erst auf Nachfrage später in der Unterkunft. Apartment gut ausgestattet, alle 3 Zimmer (Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche) mit Fenster nach aussen zum öffnen (s. Bilder). Nur im Schlafzimmer 1 Klima- bzw. Heizungsgerät. Bad: Duschkabine klein, aber ausreichend, Wasserdruck gut. Bis zum Apartment geht man 3 schmale Treppen hoch (15+9+8 Stufen). Ausblick von Wohnküche sehr schön. Fenster (wenn geschlossen) ziemlich schalldicht. Kommunikation mit Vermieter gut und schnell. Man kann es nicht ändern: Navigli ist ein Vergnügungs-Viertel. Unterhalb vom Apartment sind Kneipen und Restaurants, die Kneipen einen haben bis 5 Uhr (5 a.m.) morgens regen Betrieb mit allen Personen auf der Straße 4m unter dem Fenster und die anderen öffnen ab 8 Uhr (8 a.m.) wieder mit Frühstück (und Musik) für Gäste. Wenn man mit offenen Fenster schlafen will (muss) ist der Lärm sehr sehr Laut. (-> Ohrenstöpsel). Und es wäre schön, eine Informations-Mappe in dem Apartment zu finden, z.B. mit Informationen zum WiFi Code.

• Lynne (7/5): Good - Amazing view and position on the canel but the cafes below the apartment were very loud and stayed open open until 4.00am one night! No plugs available in kitchen sink or bathroom. No mattress cover on the bed.

Property was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. Everything was perfect for us. The only thing we would have liked was a toaster. Shower was small but adequate.

• Maja (7/5): I loved the location but at the same time hated it cause of the noise. - It had a nice view and it was the perfect size. Also it actually had Netflix on tv. Which I never saw anywhere I hated how loud the bars were at night. We were tired from traveling but it was really hard to sleep because of the noise and the lights.

• Carrie (2/5): Disappointing - The location was ideal The key instructions were wrong when we arrived and we had to wait for new instructions. The aircon broke so we got very little sleep and the beds/linen were very uncomfortable. Tiny shower. Not good value for money.

It was a good size for 2-3 people and was located on a street with lots of options for food (the cafe downstairs has great croissant!) I would definitely recommend it for stop in Milan just keep in mind the few points I made below. The AC was very loud and kept us up at night so we had leave it off most of the time so the room was hot. The apartment is on the second floor with a very narrow staircase (three flights of stairs) and this was not in the description. It made it difficult to carry our suitcases up. The shower was also very small so if you’re claustrophobic you probably wouldn’t be able to use it.
