• Francisco (8/5): - El apartamento está bien equipado, la terraza es amplia y soleada. Dispone de garaje y trastero en la misma urbanización. El complemento del parking de Pradollano es muy útil. Los anfitriones están disponibles en todo momento para cualquier eventualidad. El altillo habilitado como dormitorio complementario es un poco angosto.

• Marialuz (10/5): - This apartment is more spacious than average in Pradollano. It is a bright space. The balcony is a plus as there are a table six chairs, gas fire and a lounge chair. The views of Sierra Nevada are breathtaking. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment. The carpark and extra storage is also very helpful as it makes everything much easier. The location is at the high part of Pradollano, there is a local bus. We were lucky and were gifted with parking in Pradollano which made it much easier. I love the pellets fire. But we found it very noisy.

• Artsiom (1/5): I stay stressed all the time because of tone messages from apartment holder. - I can not take a bath - there are no enough hot water to fill it. Also the stream is really weak even to take a shower. The fire place doesn’t work - your colleague told me that is because strong wind. But I suppose it is because you have some problem with chimney. About the dog - I only can find info that you are pets friendly. There are no info about 100 eur. I am ok to pay for the dog - it is common practice but a reasonable price, 100 eur is not reasonable. About checkout - I read carefully all policy of your apartment on booking. There are nothing bout cleaning the dish or pick up the trash. Also checkout time is 12:00 without any extra conditions like helping with cleaning. Also owner keep sending me a tone of messages with extra conditions and so on - so instead of having a rest I need to argue with him

• Marcia (10/5): Apartamento com vista para as pistas - A Mónica foi fantástica, sempre disponível e cheia de boas sugestões. Apartamento simpático, com ótimas condições. É bastante distante do centro mas tem minibus e perto também existem as telecanines.

• Zitelli (1/5): Unfortunately it was a terrible stay and would like a refund. - The location The host was rude, my husband was yelled at in an audio message for asking for the missing baby mattress. It was freezing, the beds were uncomfortable and without suitable layerings appropriate to the weather. It was not a suitable space for babies or young children and we were under the impression that we would have suitable sleeping arrangements for our baby upon arrival. We came to the conclusion to leave after the first night due to the conditions. The floors were also stained with dirt. Not a good experience. We were also instructed to go to a janitorial closet in a parking garage to get an infant mattress for our baby to sleep on and it was 10pm :/
