• Mtia (5/5): Wer nur zum schlafen ein Bett benötigt und keinen Anspruch hat, reicht es. - Frühstück nicht vorhanden. Ausstattung:Bett Kleiderschrank ohne Bügel, kein Mülleimer auf Zimmer oder WC, Heizung die war prima, Komfort eher sehr mager. Für den Preis angemessen, doch nochmal würden wir kein Zimmer mehr mieten! Auf dem Gang gab es 2 Toiletten, wobei die eine noch nie eine WC Bürste oder Reiniger gesehen hat, es roch auch nicht gut, Männer pinkeln halt im stehen! Duschstange war defekt, Dusche lies sich nicht aufhängen, unbequem zum duschen.

Even the common bathroom rooms are not much of a hassle if you are staying in a group. The owners/management were very accomodating of our every requests and we stayed here for a total of 10 days during agritechnica

• Markus (9/5): Für einen Messebesuch super. - Hatten eine bezahlbare Unterkunft in Messenähe gesucht. Zum Andrang der Agritechnica und den meist unverschämten Preisen, noch zu bezahlen. Lage hervorragend, Messe mit S-Bahn oder E-Scooter schnell zu erreichen. Glücklicherweise ein kostenloses Upgrade von Gemeinschaftsdusche auf ein Appartement mit eigener Dusche bekommen (vielen Dank hierfür). Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war in Ordnung, der Kontakt unkompliziert und Mega freundlich. Würde ich zum Messebesuch wieder buchen.

• Siu Long (2/5): Good room, but unreliable reception caused major issues - Good location. It is around a 7 minutes walk to Am Brabrinke tram station. There's a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. Room is clean with advertised facilities. We got a free upgrade to apartment room from standard double room too. We were asked to give a 10/10 review for the free upgrade, but unfortunately our experience didn't justify that score. When we arrived, nobody was at reception and we had to wait 45 minutes to check in. The apartment only had utensils for one person, even though it was meant for more. Facilities were also misrepresented. A washing machine was listed, but we were told we had to bring our own detergent, and there was no option to dry clothes. On our last day, we arranged to store luggage and confirmed our return time an hour in advance. We were told to leave our bags in the room and that we could collect them later at reception. When we came back, reception was empty again, and we were told to wait another hour. In the end, the bags had never been moved — they were still in the room. A simple phone call confirming that would have saved us a long and unnecessary wait, but instead the miscommunication caused us to miss our train. Throughout our stay, reception was rarely available without calling and waiting a long time, even during standard check-in and check-out hours. It felt more like staying at an Airbnb where you need to notify hosts exactly when you’ll arrive or leave, rather than a hotel with proper reception services. If your travel plans change (arriving or leaving earlier or later than expected), you should be prepared for significant delays. To make matters worse, after both long waits, we were told it was our responsibility for not providing a more accurate arrival time, and our responsibility to check whether the baggage is in the room, which was very disappointing. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the lack of reliable communication and reception support made the experience frustrating. Be prepared for delays and poor service in this regard.

Party mit lauter Musik bis tief in die Nacht (> 3 Uhr) im Saal nebenan, Besitzer war anwesend hat aber nichts dagegen unternommen (Party war wichtiger als die Hotelgäste). Zimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet (kaum Besteck/Geschirr). Was vorhanden ist, ist in schlechtem Zustand.

The head of the structure is one of a kind super reliable always available by phone and whenever you need it tries to provide it as its best

No garbage in the bathroom, No thermostat for heat, Floor is all tile and cold, No toilet paper holder, No hangers in the closet, Can hear everything echoing down the hall, paper thin walls, guy snoring next door, Nightstand looked as if it had been left out in the rain, top warping from moisture damage, Clean white towels had women's hairs, multiple colors, Dinette table was a plastic folding table, Dirty utensils in the kitchenette.

Payed for 2 nights, left after 1. - Filthy, risk of electrocution, shared WC with no lock, noisy all night from other guests and the railway right next to. Hostel not a hotel. They admitted to being used to guests shocked by the conditions.

• Roland (8/5): Fully satisfied and will be using this facility again. - While, at this price, obviously not a Hilton suit, it was a great location for the Hannover fairgrounds. Was clean, in a quite cul-de-sac and great value for money. The owner was exceptionally helpful and assisted me greatly when I had a damaged tire to find and get to a place on Saturday to get a replacement. He spend his time and money to do so and refused an offered cost contribution.

• Dinesh (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and safe place, rooms are big Old rooms, not clean, not value for the money charged (it could be that prices were high due to exhibition (Messe).
• Alfonso (1/5): a nightmare - Nothing, the place was really damp, dirty, uncofortable, gloom and doom, in an industrial zone of town. It gives the name "pension" a bad reputation in my opinion. I left in advance as i could not stand the misery of the place, and when I asked the owner if I could cancel my stay he did not even bother to reply to me. At check-in I was recepted by someone who had the manager on video call and was not given any towels. Severly overpriced for what it was, rooms did not even have a night stand light, the place was dirty and miserable looking in my opinion, there was hair in the bathroom on the sink, and a nasty odour of humidity. I would not want to sleep there again ever in my life.
