• Barbacil Vicario (10/5): Daba gusto estar en el apartamento💛 - Nos encantó! Dormimos de maravilla, muy bien equipado, había de todo, no hubo ruido y el acceso al apartamento muy fácil y cómodo! La ubicación inmejorable🫶🏻 para quienes llevan coche, teneis el parking del arenal a 5 mins caminando del apartamento, nos hicieron un pequeño descuento y nos salió por 24h 20€ ( el propio apartamento no tiene parking está en el casco antiguo) pero esta opción está muy bien. Nada. No tiene ascensor pero es un primero muy poca escalones.

• Adaia (9/5): Apartament genial al centre de Bilbao - L'amabilitat de les persones responsales. També ens ha encantat la ubicació de l'apartament, està a plè Casc antic. Les recomanacions que ens van fer ens van encantar. Possiblement el millor llit d'apartament que hem provat mai! Tot i que estava molt net, feia una mica de mala olor l'armari de les escombraries. Les escales per accedir a l'apartament són bastant empinades i no hi ha ascensor, és un primer pis, si vas carregat amb les maletes es fa una mica feixuc.

A big stain on the floor, a stain in the bedding, and the kitchen was dusty & greasy. The shower was still dripping when we arrived. The smell: the house is way too perfumed. It’s off putting. Cleaning process needs to be changed.

• Ricardo Vicente (9/5): CÓMODO Y AMPLIO DEPARTAMENTO EN PLENO CASCO ANTIGUO DE BILBAO - Llegamos a Bilbao luego de varios vuelos que comenzaron en Tromsø, luego Oslo, Amsterdam y por útimo Bilbao. El apartamento está ubicado pleno casco antiguo de la ciudad a metros de la Catedral de Santiago de Bilbao. Es una zona turística 100% por lo cual desde el apartamento que está en un primer piso se escucha el bullicio de la calle. Pero tiene una buena aislación acústica con solo cerrar sus ventanas. El apartamento estaba muy prolijo y totalmente equipado. La cocina tiene todos los implementos para cocinar. El baño limpio y moderno. La habitación cómoda y la cama y colchón en muy buen estado. Cumplió muy bien con nuestras expectativas!!! Todo estuvo bien. Lo único que se podría mejorar seria que tuviese una caja con código para retirar las llaves sin tener que ir a retirarlas de un sitio distinto al apartamento. Igualmente es muy cerca.

• CheeryT (7/5): Fantastic locale, stylish pad, a pity about the shower. - The location couldn't have been better - we could almost have reached out and touched the cathedral! However, it was very quiet in the bedroom at the back and the cathedral itself seems to only chime from 9am until 8 or 9pm. Also, the interior of the flat was very stylish. The water was cold. The host offered to send maintenance on our last day but it was too late for us. It wasn't absolutely freezing but too uncomfortable to have an enjoyable shower... I washed my hair by using water heated on the hob. It's a shame because the shower itself was super-stylish with toiletries and towels provided. There was a lack of kitchen basics e.g. a sponge and a tea towel. Of course we bought our own, but it just makes life easier if these are there from the beginning. A draining board would have been good as would a kettle (but the latter may be just a British thing).

Gelukkig ook maar op 1 hoog, dus maar 1 trap, als je thuiskomt na een hele dag lopen in de stad. De inrichting is functioneel, een goed bed en een prettige badkamer. Alhoewel er een paar restaurantjes zijn schuin tegenover het appartement is het al vroeg rustig en snachts is het heerlijk stil. Het appartement heeft heel goede wifi. We raden aan een waterkoker neer te zetten, bij voorkeur ook een theepotje oid, een afwaskwast oid en wat keukenhanddoeken/theedoeken en wat extra koffiekopjes (er staat er nu maar één).

• Jokin (8/5): Inspiración en el corazón de Bilbao. - Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación y que está completamente equipado. Menaje amplio, con Buenos cuchillos y batidora. Dispone de todas las comodidades. Frigorífico, lavadora, tele con Netflix. Las luces del techo del salón, hay unas que no encienden y otras quedan medio encendidas.

Muy insonorizado cosa que es un puntazo porque está en el centro El autocheck in me parece peligroso ya que aunque fue sencillo había varía llaves a las que teníamos acceso diferentes personas de diferentes alojamientos si alguien se equivocaba te podías quedar en la calle ( como le pasó a otras personas que llegaron más tarde que nosotros ) recomiendo hacer check in presencial dentro de lo posible
• Catalina (7/5): Dissapointed - The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Bilbao, perfect for those who want to be close to attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The décor is pleasant and gives a nice first impression. However, our stay was affected by several issues. The area is very noisy at night, the bedroom has no air conditioning, and its window opens onto a dirty internal ventilation shaft with no real light or fresh air. We also faced maintenance and cleanliness problems: the stove did not work, one lightbulb flickered constantly, the toilet brush was in an extremely unhygienic condition (soiled and very worn), and the storage space for cleaning supplies is literally a large hole in the wall. Upon arrival, the toilet itself was really dirty, and it took about two hours to get a response and for someone to come and clean. Additionally, there was a persistent burnt smell in the hallway, as if something had recently been burning. We appreciate Sorin, who was very kind, resolved the issue, and even left some sweets on the table — a thoughtful gesture. Still, the unpleasant smell and neglected details remained. I believe this apartment is better suited for young people who enjoy nightlife and are not bothered by noise or lack of natural light. I would recommend the owner to invest in a few key improvements: install an air conditioning unit for the bedroom, repair the stove, replace worn or unhygienic items (such as the toilet brush), organize and clean storage spaces, and check light fixtures before guests arrive. And most importantly, hire good stuff for cleaning! In hospitality, location is important, but so is the guest experience. I hope this feedback is received constructively and helps improve the quality of the stay.

Ground floor entrance into building and staircase didn't give the best impression, but once inside the apartment it was great.

• Claire (8/5): Nice apartment right in the old town. - Great apartment in the old town, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Everything we needed for one night’s stay and more. Easy to check in with keys in a lock box and good communication from property hosts. I chose the apartment because it had a sofa bed, but there was no spare bedding for that bed. To be fair, I didn’t request extra bedding, so maybe I shouldn’t have expected it. We made do with the bedding we had. The stairway to the apartment is a bit grim, but perhaps to be expected in an old building.

We were only there for one night and enjoyed ourselves. A very clean apartment, comfortable beds, ample shower. All the amenities. Really great for a holiday. The apartment is located above an alley, so bar sounds and cigarette smoke can trickle up into the space if you leave the balcony doors open. Though once closed, it's very quiet. The stairs leading up to the apartment are a little falling apart, but once you're in the apartment, you don't think about it.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable It was expensive, but I think the prices had been hiked up because it was the Womens European cup final which we didn't realise when we booked.

• Andrew (10/5): A great apartment for seeing the delights that Bilbao has to offer. - Location was great. The front lounge was nice and light and the kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was great and the beds comfortable. We loved coming back here at the end of the day. The tram was a couple of minutes away and the metro a little further. Cafes and bars nearby and the Plaza Nueva (town sq) a short walk which had a lovely atmosphere with lots of bars and restaurants with outside seating. Contacting the owners was easy with a quick response. Nothing!

The stairs up to the flat were quite uneven and rickety, ok normally but not great if you have any mobility issues. The bedding was very thin and poor quality. There was nowhere to leave baggage prior to check in or after check out, I found a left luggage nearby but they didn’t even respond to my request. Whilst the flat was fine I thought it was expensive for what we got compared to other places we stayed.

• Peacock (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, by Cathederal and a 2 minute walk from the market. Dozens of excellent Pintxos bars on your doorstep. Great public transport links locally. We requsted an extra pillow each which was sorted without issue. Cannot praise the staff highy enough.
