• Yvon (1/5): Slecht - Niks, nooit binnen geweest werd geannuleerd op de dag dat we aankwamen Alternatief wat werd aangeboden was vreselijk slecht.
• Ploopie (8/5): Good location and space for groups, though cleanliness fell below expectations. - Large, spacious apartment in the centre of Antwerp, close to everything you might need. Public transport was only a short walk away, and supermarkets, corner shops, restaurants, and 24/7 vending machines were right around the corner. The apartment comfortably accommodated 6 adults with proper beds and enough table seating for everyone to eat together. The kitchen was well equipped with a full-size fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, spices, cooking oil, and other useful essentials. Having a washing machine for a week-long stay was excellent, with detergent provided for both the washing machine and dishwasher. Towels, shampoo, and bed linen were also provided, which was appreciated. The lift was very convenient, the apartment was quiet and felt secure, and the gas boiler meant there was always plenty of hot water. The en-suite bedroom had a walk-in shower, the second bathroom had a bathtub, and having 3 toilets was a big plus. Large smart TV and a balcony for those who wanted to smoke. Cleaning did not meet the standard we expected. Bedsheets did not seem freshly changed, had been sprayed with a strong perfume, and we found long black hairs in one of the beds, so we washed all bedding ourselves. Floors had areas were it was visibly dirty. Both showers had black/reddish mould, heavy limescale on the glass, and partially blocked drains. The kitchen also needed more attention—especially around the stove, where there was oil splatter, some cupboards were dirty inside, and the dishwasher filter had clearly not been cleaned so it was not working properly until we fixed it. There were also not enough drinkware for 6 people. The bin was broken, too small, and not enough garbage bags were provided for a week-long stay. The sofa was too small for 6 adults to sit together comfortably. The Wi-Fi listed for the apartment didn't work, although we found another network from the building that worked fine. The key locker being placed in an open mailbox at the building front door did not feel ideal, and the doorbell did not appear to work. Neighbours occasionally smoked cannabis on their balcony, and the smell sometimes came into the apartment.

• Deborah (4/5): Disappointing and very overpriced - The space of the apartment - light and airy The cleanliness was not up to standard, floor dirty, mirrors smeary, windows unclean to inside and out - many items did not work inside - fan in wc broken - light on balcony not working - the rainfall showerhead broken did not work - glass on floor cut my partners foot - sofa stained and not acceptable - sewage smell from main bathroom - single bed base torn to bottoms, dining room table and coffee table damaged - generally furniture could do with updating - for the amount of money paid the property was very disappointing and I would have expected to pay half of what we did for the condition of the property. - when I informed the owner he apologised and said he would look into it but when I then went through the reviews these are complaints that have already been raised since 2023 and nothing has been rectified - I would seriously not recommend this property - this is the first time I have ever had to leave negative feedback on booking.com - I never leave negative feedback but felt I had to in this instance as for what is being charged this property is day light robbery
• Ruth (6/5): Schön, zentral, aber verbesserungsfähig. - Die Wohnung liegt in Klein-Antwerpen, das Zentrum ist ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schön ist auch die Helligkeit der Wohnung aufgrund der sehr großen Fenster. In der Küche stand nur wenig Geschirr zur Verfügung, der Esstisch war übersät von kleinen Löchern und die Stühle um den Esstisch waren sehr unbequem. Im Bad roch es schlecht, beim Duschen lief das Wasser aus der Dusche heraus und die Handtücher waren teilweise alt. Trotz Topper waren die Betten hart. Insgesamt hätte die Wohnung, die an sich sehr schön und groß ist, eine Renovierung verdient.

• Diana (2/5): - The only positive thing about this place was its location The place looked nice at first glance. But: - the temperature is 26 degree and you cannot control it. - the floors are dirty (better keep your shoes on even right after taking a shower). - the sofa is broken apart and the seats are covered in blankets (I didn’t dare to look what is underneath). - no double bed but two single ones and they squeaked out when you move. Also pretty uncomfortable even though they both have (totally worn-out) top mattresses. Additionally: - the check in procedure requires extra time and communication. - parking is not guaranteed but available based on occupancy (and paid separately).

Bij gebruik van de douche cabine loopt het water de badkamer in waardoor de vloer nat wordt. Misschien een verstopte afvoer. Verder werden we niet echt wijs uit de televisiezenders, we konden geen reguliere Belgische of Nederlandse zenders vinden.

• Katharina (10/5): Nur zum empfehlen. - Tolle Wohnung mit allem drum und dran, es waren auch Geschirrspühltabs und Tabs für die Waschmaschine vorhanden sowie Spülmittel und Kaffe, Tee und Zucker. Tolle Aussicht von 3 Balkonen. Das Bett und die Sofas waren sehr bequem. Und toll gab es eine gute Garage zum parken. Und wenn man Fragen hatte war hatte man auch eine Antwort innerhalb 5 Minuten :)
• Anouk (7/5): Prima - Ontzettend ruim appartement. Over het algemeen schoon. Goede ligging. Ontvangen van sleutel verliep makkelijk. Het was schoon, maar de vaatwasser stonk heel erg. En ook de bank zag er heel vies uit. Hier ligt nu een fleecedeken over. Zit ook oncomfortabel en is echt aan vervanging toe. Op 1 van de slaapkamers hangen geen gordijnen. Heel vreemd, want het is een groot raam. We hadden nog veel last van muggen in het appartement. Enkele bedden waren te zacht.

About a 20-minute walk to the main attractions (Stadspark, Zoo, Diamond District, river Esсo etc.). A small Jumbo Market is nearby. There are two alco-markets near the property. As result at the evening you have a drinking people around your entrance and a lot of rubbish. It is neither good nor bad, just fact. The rest is ok.

Curieusement, pas de torchon fourni (heureusement, nous en avions apporté un) et la vaisselle est toute juste suffisante pour deux personnes. Pas évident si vous êtes plus nombreux ou si vous comptez recevoir. De même, le "canapé convertible" annoncé est en réalité une banquette à déplier, moins confortable. • Ferda (8/5): Comfortable stay - The apartment was clean, modernly furnished, spacious, and located close to the city center. Everything I needed for my stay was available. If I return to Antwerp, I would definitely choose this apartment again. The only inconvenience was that the check-in information was not provided until the city tax was paid. During my trip, arranging the payment was quite challenging, and the €35 tax ended up costing €59 with bank fees. I understand this is not the hotel’s fault, but it would be much more convenient if this tax could be paid at the time of booking.

• Anette (6/5): Preiswertes Appartement für Leute die keine Angst vor Datenklau haben - Modernes Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Sauber. Alles vorhanden in einfacher Qualität. Nicht teuer. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber schlecht. Fragen werden nicht verstanden und die früheren Mails sind nicht bekannt. Entweder eine dumme KI oder eine Firma, bei der jedes Mal ein anderer antwortet. Wir wurden aufgefordert, online einzuchecken: Dazu sollte man einen Ausweis beidseitig als Foto zuschicken, dazu ein SELFIE und die Unterschrift. All dies könnte übel missbraucht werden. Wozu bitte eine Ausweiskopie und ein Selfie???? Dafür gibt es keine Rechtsgrundlage!!! Wir boten an,unseren Ausweis vor Ort vorzuzeigen. Dem wurde zwar zugestimmt, jedoch war vor Ort niemand. Da gibt es keine Rezeption oder Ansprechperson. Das wusste der, der die Mail beantwortet hat, aber wohl nicht. Die Mail mit Zugangsdaten hätte man uns zuschicken müssen, hat man aber nicht. Wir standen vor der Tür und kamen nicht rein, das NERVT. Noch mehr Kommunikation usw. Zuvor musste man auch noch die City tax überweisen und den Banknachweis denen zusenden. Das taten wir 3 Tage vor Anreise, wurden aber noch 2 Mal aufgefordert das nachzuweisen, obwohl es schon erfolgt war… Da vergeht Urlaubsfreude. Keine Möbel auf Terrasse. Im Sommer heizt sich das Apartment sehr auf. Matratzen fleckig. Eine Nacht laute Technomusik von 0.30 bis 6.30 Uhr von einem Nachbarn (was sind das für Leute?)
• Miroslav (8/5): Ocenili jsme obývací pokoj, kde jsme se mohli sejít a povídat, a přesto měl každý i možnost soukromí - Lokalita byla vyhovující, zajímavá a zároveň klidná, do centra blízko. Apartmán byl prostorný, pohodlný a čistý. 1 Nejsem si jist, zda je nutné platit městský poplatek zvlášť přímo ubytovateli, což podmiňovalo spolu se zasláním skenů našich ID!!! (pochopitelně upravených) zaslání přístupových informací tj. kódu k hlavním dveřím a kódu ke schránce s klíčem od apartmánu, navíc teprve 24 hodin před naším ubytováním. V té době jsme již byli na cestě vlakem bez wifi. Nebyla to příjemná situace. Městská taxa se běžně platí zároveň s poplatkem za ubytování přes Booking.com. 2 Kdykoliv si hosté ze sousedního apartmánu zašli zakouřit na balkon (zejména večer a v noci), kouř rychle vnikl do našich ložnic.
• Marinko (1/5): Aufpassen!!! Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bilder und der Anschrift täuschen. Wir haben das nicht nicht bekommen. - Nichts! Wir haben es NiE zu sehen bekommen!!! Wir haben nicht das Apartment erhalten was wir gebucht haben. Wir wurden arglistig getäuscht und unser Geld wollen Sie uns auch nicht zurück erstatten. Sie haben uns in ein ganz anderes Apartment von Anfang an unter bringen wollen, was verdreckt und nach Schimmel roch. Wir mussten die Reise nach Antwerpen dadurch abbrechen.

• Muriel (3/5): Poor - Responsiveness The manager of the building informed us to pay city tax, I paid, then they asked for proof of payment which I sent, but then I received again the message to pay city tax. It was so stressful and no one wants to send multiple emails prior to their trip. Once this was sorted out about 24h before our stay I received the information about how to access the place that's when I discovered we were booked in a different location than booked !!! They are managing 3 buildings and the one advertised was fully booked so they relocated us to a different address nearby. I can't believe booking.com allows this kind of practice! I have been a customer for many years and this was a surprise. The apartment we stayed in had the same amenities but was darker and right on the passing street of the tramway. This was practical for our stroller as there was no elevator but the backyard was very noisy and we could hear the moving chairs from the apartment above us. We also had to pay for Parking cash which I found strange but thanks to Imed for helping us carry our luggage. When we arrived at the apartment the keys were not in the box and luckily Imed was with us and found them which avoided unnecessary stress.
• Chomphel (5/5): Passable - Staff are friendly and thanks for the parking spot at extra cost of 10euros per night as it is not so easy to find parking around and it isn't safe. I booked the room seeing the profile beautiful picture of the room. Be careful, in the end it is non refundable and they will propose you any room in the building. I asked to confirm if it is the appartment on the profile picture i booked but they never confirmed. they just replied, it has lot of sunlight. You can't ask for refund once paid. so better confirm them and ask pictures of your appartment before paying the entire price. It is bit dissappointing. I wanted to surprise my wife with the beautiful profile picture of the appartment but what i got was completely difference with the main door handle broken. Something is fishy and smelly. be careful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The couch's armrest have lots of accrued hand grease. The couch seats are covered with two acrylic blankets. The tabletop has splintered. The mattresses have no mattress covers. They are not horrible but also not super comfortable. The apartment is in the Othodox Jewish neighborhood. It is quite poor and there no local shops. The building is new. All in all, acceptable but nothing to rave about. Oh, and there is no Tina any longer. None of the given phone numbers work.

Good soundproofing. Clean, fresh looking apartment with everything a tourist may need. Comfortable shower. No unpleasant/unusual smells. Beautiful terrace. Highly recommended! Sofa could use a washable remouvable cover (imho)

Sparkling clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you needed for a comfy stay., even with laundry and dishwasher tablets. Supermarket and bus station were only 2 mins walk from apartment so it was really convenient.
• Margarita (7/5): Nice new apartments, some facilities should be fixed - New building, newly renovated apartments. Staff was very responsive. Especially, Gaurav helped a lot with changing the reservation, very grateful for that. The apartment would be great if the following features could be fixed: - ⁠Furniture on the terrace was falling apart - ⁠Microwave/oven doesn’t work - Wifi kept disconnecting - ⁠Floor wasn’t very clean, had to wear shoes - ⁠Pay attention to the description: there is no AC (or rather it doesn’t work) and it was really hot

• Niamh (9/5): Lovely apartment in a nice location - The property was as described, in a nice neighbourhood. Communication could have been a little better on arrival. We wanted to store our luggage prior to check in as we arrived at 10am but check in was 3pm. Despite various messages in the days ahead of arrival, we were told to just contact them on arrival to sort this out. But it then took over an hour to reply after we arrived. We gave up waiting and left our luggage at the train station. No big deal but it could have been avoided . Apartment was really nice, lots of space, comfy beds, lovely terraces. Felt secure, in a nice neighbourhood and easy commute by tram or by foot into the Grote Market. Would definately stay again. It would be helpful if there were some more "basics" available at the property for our stay. For example, kitchen cleaner (we stayed for five days - it would be nice to be able to wipe down the countertops after cooking etc), toilet roll, coffee pods. These are the "little things" people remember. The shower off the main bedroom leaked quite a lot onto the floor which needs to be looked at. Again, no big deal but I would prefer not to have to go to the supermarket for simple things like disinfectant when I am away for a few days. Apartment is good value for money for a family of four We paid close to €1,000 for five days. But for an extra €4 it would be great if you supplied a few extras like kitchen cleaner, more toilet roll etc to save travellers the bother of finding a supermarket.

• Mariya (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement is really big. Good facilities, nice location. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pets friendly. Max temperature for water heating was about 30 degrees. Several things need renovation. It would be nice to have more plates and cups
• Shane (6/5): Pleasant but not perfect - The apartment is spacious, light and well equipped. The host, whom we never actually met, responded to queries quickly. No possibility to book parking in advance. This is most inconvenient as street parking is expensive, and difficult to find at night. The double bed has two single mattresses, not comfortable. Only one key offered. Not convenient for a family. Not close to the centre of the city.

• Menachem (10/5): Beautiful spacious one- bedroom in Diamond District - The whole apartment was perfectly clean and everything was in perfect working order. It is newly painted with wallpaper in neat and clean minimalistic patterns. The living area was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully supplied. The best feature is the huge balcony overlooking the city. The only problem was that for the first night and day the apartment was unbelievably hot and unventilated. However, after we contacted the hosts they supplied us with a fan, and later with an additional one, and that provided significant relief.
• Moses (9/5): Excellent nice stay - Nice, clean, spacious There is no A/C in the apartment, I overlooked it, assuming that by 2023 every new dwelling has the minimum A/C
