- Yuliya (3/5): - Location We had a terrible experience at this hotel, and would recommend to avoid it. The room we got was a located at very end of the hall, so it took 2 minutes to get there from an elevator. The room itself had bad ventilation, no natural light at all, and it was small even though it was a superior room. Some buttons were missing, and the shower was leaking after usage for quite some time. When we complained to the manager, they said they could not do anything, however after we notified we would move to a competitor chain hotel, they immediately offered upgrade, and free meal. Even though we stood for one night, we moved and are happy we did so. We have no intention to return to this hotel in the future, due to poor attitude we got and overall disappointing experience. Only upside we can point out it location.

- Hourani (1/5): Disgusting - I wished so many things were different than this; I expected much better and it was a complete waste of mon - Nothing - it was terrible, deceiving, and very different than pictures online. It was so embarrassing to my guests. Terrible experience and not recommended at all! The staff are extremely rude - even though in the hospitality you have only 1 job: which is to be hospitable and accommodating. The pictures they put are fake, because we paid so much more money to get a sea view, and it showed that there is sea view based on the description and pictures. But lo and behold, when we arrived, there was no sea view even from the highest floor, as there is a building obstructing the view. Also we came for the pool, steam, and sauna, but it turns out the facilities were out of order / not working, and the indoor pool was very cold and unheated. The maintenance person was supposed to come but he/she never came. Also there was no parking available so we had to pay a lot of parking. In addition, there were issues with the booking, and the reservation department staff were not helpful at all, and actually very rude and mean. There are so many better places to go instead in Istanbul.

Очень удобно ходить гулять , все в пешей доступности к центру Стамбула. Особенно хочу выделить персонал отеля , на ресепшен культурный, доброжелательный , вежливый , позитивный персонал! Мне досрочно подготовили и засели в двухкомнатный люкс с видом Босфор ! Сервис , чистота на высшем уровне!

A large variety at breakfast, beautiful views from the terrace. The rooms are spacious and well thought through. The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and even when asked to fix it was fixed for one day and then broken again. So it was awfully hot and stuffy in the room. The free water bottles were small and insufficient considering tap isn't drinkable. The gym is tiny and stuffy, feels like an afterthought, though with motivation you can get a workout in. The location, while beautiful, means you'll be stuck in traffic to get out of the city.

There isn’t much to dislike but it’s worth noting that not all rooms have good views, and some rooms face an inner courtyard, so make sure you select a room with a view of its important to you.

Hopefully we will be ba - It was very conveniently positioned, very close to the river & yet perfectly positioned for a bit of retail therapy 🤑 Breakfast on the rooftop is an absolute must! Can’t think of anything, except patio windows would not open fully, which was a shame as the view was amazing. It was probably some kind of health and safety reason behind it. But it did seem a waste of a good view, not being able to open the windows fully.

- Hakan (8/5): - Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Besonders beeindruckend ist der atemberaubende Ausblick vom Restaurant. An einem Abend haben wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant Murver gegessen – ein echtes Highlight. Die Küche bietet Fine Dining auf türkische Art und war einfach köstlich. Unsere Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

- Afraa (5/5): يالرجاء ايجاد حلل للإزعاج - موقعهم المميز مقابل غلاطه بورت و لكن في الدور الخامس الغرفة المطلة على البسفور إزعاج شديد ليلاً نهاراً وذلك بسبب وجود المطعم في الدور العلوي و قد تم ابلاغ الريسبشن بالانزعاج بلا جدوى

- Lena (4/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. Es fehlt für fünf Sterne an den Details, zum Beispiel nur löslicher Kaffee auf den Zimmern, Sekt am Frühstücksbuffet kostet extra, Swimmingpool klein und kalt, Sauna ebenfalls zu kalt (60 Grad). Zimmer dünstet chemisch, Verwendung billiger Materialien- verkleidetes Sperrholz. Gym klein und von allen Seiten durch Glaswände ungemütlich einsehbar, am Frühstücksbuffett kommt niemand an den Tisch und fragt nach Eierwunsch, am Buffet insgesamt viel, aber nicht so hochwertige Auswahl- zum Beispiel keine Beerenfrüchte oder guter Käse. Architektur erinnert an Hotelbunker. Insgesamt vergleichbar mit Motel One, aber keinesfalls 200 Euro/Nacht. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Идеальный для меня вариант: расположение рядом с портом Галата, тихие и чистые номера, очень дружелюбный персонал, прекрасный Ресторан со звездой Мишлен на последнем этаже с панорамным видом на Босфор!Хороший завтрак- в том же ресторане.
