• John (10/5): We were well looked after by the staff being picked up from the airport and moving in to the apartment all very seamless - The property was in a very good location with excellent views over the river and park. Property was very spacious and clean. The master bedroom had an excellent view, especially from the bathtub overlooking the river. We are unfortunately has some problems with a flickering light and the Aircon leaking in the lounge room. The Apartment could have done with some furniture on the balcony, but otherwise a very nice apartment in a great location.

• Mykhailo (3/5): The location is great, but that is the only advantage - Location While it is advertised as luxury residence, it is far from luxury. The aircon barely work, the ac remotes are like 30 years old you mostly cannot read anything on screens. The TV doesn’t have netflix, and the TV itself barely work - the screen is very blue like it is dying. Water keeps dropping from the air conditioner in the middle of the master bedroom ceiling! The Kitchen had open wire 220V (attaching photos), i was taking a knife and got ELECTRIC SHOCK! You cannot use swimming pool by yourself - have to contact property manager and arrange to get to the pool so they come and open it for ya. Very upset with the residence. Michael

• Dean (9/5): Great location as it is out of the hustle and Bustle of the city centre, but it is very noisey - The area The area is located next to Landmark 81 which is fantastic and great if you have kids. If you don't have kids it can be a bit much as it gets very loud in the mall with kids screaming. The food hall is great, with many different dishes and central park is a great spot to relax.

If you don't like your room, you can cancel your reservation now 🤣 only after a long discussion they allowed me to sign up for a swim once, but I didn't want to anymore.

Then had to track an across the road and up the street to reach our building. then we got into our apartment which was gross. Then locked out as we access card didn’t work ,waited in lobby for someone to help. Trying to go for a swim in the pool was a joke,again waited in lobby after notifying them 15 mins in advance that we would like to know where the pool was. They take us across the road and it was like they were sneaking us into another complex to use there pool. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced. Good luck staying in this hell. Everything!

The floor was lifting in the hall, The table shows has 6 chairs and central room position the appartment was that small didn't have a table and one chair. It was an ok appartment but it was definitely not the own shown in the pictures which is definitely misleading to people renting.

We had to go get cleaning supplies to clean before we felt comfortable. Check in was okay but the person we dealt with seemed pretty indifferent and not welcoming. Shower is in a bathtub with no curtain so water goes all over. Crappy bath towels. We went and bought some towels for our use while here. Kitchen had a disgusting sponge that was well used.

However, the air conditioner in the master bedroom was broken and not cooling. The management team sent a technician to check, but it couldn’t be fixed. They resolved the issue by providing a fan instead.

The staff being very friendly, easy to communicate with in both English and Vietnamese, and they tried their best to accommodate our needs. The access to the pool is quite a hassle, and there is no sauna facility in the building at all. The host should untick that box in the facility description. If this problem fixed, I would give this service 10/10.

• Hug (3/5): Nice view, but.... - The view, we were on the 33 Floor A Nice View, but all the rest was horrible. We were advised in the reviews on Google maps and Booking.com, but we decided to ignore it because the pictures looked nice, but in the end was exactly the way they described it in the comments. 0 support from the staff, they request you a quite high deposit for any damages in the appartement. Additionally, the taxes and service fee is not calculated on the price that booking shows you, so be careful with the price you think you'll pay. In the end it is quite high according to the service that they provide. You don't have access by yourself to the pool, you always have to wait for someone to open it for you. Most of the time they'll take 30min to show up and open the pool for you. One day we wanted to go to the pool at 12.00h and they said they were cleaning it between 12.00h and 14.00h 🤦🏻‍♂️ instead of cleaning it at night, they close the pool 2h during the warmest time of the day. The room was full of dust, and hair in the toilet especially in the bathtub. There was an alarm testing for emergencies during the whole morning on the second day, and nobody told us anything, we found out casually because we had to go to the grocery store, which has quite high prices as well. You'd better go somewhere and have a nice breakfast rather than preparing your own. The lifts were quite slow and they stopped in every single floor to collect people. So every time you want to get down to go somewhere you have to count with 7/8 min to reach the ground floor. They did not provide us any additional towels for the pool. So either you take your shower towel, your own or none and then have to walk back completely wet throught the lobby, elevator and corridor... The room will only have towels for showering, no hand towel, nor floor towel. The windows of the building are disgusting, if you try to take a picture, it'll look totally disgraceful due to the lack of cleaning.. All of this for a very high price.

• Michael (7/5): Good customer service and location. Just not what was exactly pictured. - So this suite gave us a free shuttle from the airport and the communication was very good from them. There were towels everyday and if I needed anything there was someone to reply fairly quickly. The suite had 3 good separate rooms and the ac was decent. The washer works as well and there was waters in the fridge. The location was nice as well. The photos from the booking.com website weren’t really like what the suite actually looked like so if you’re expecting kind of a lavish suite on arrival. Better luck next time. The suite wasn’t really cleaned well before we arrived and wasn’t cleaned during housekeeping if there had been any.

Kitchenette, Amenities, service from the staff. Hassle free Check-out. Bed metress of a one room was not that comfortable. But was manageable.

The view from the apartment is perfect! Elevators are fast and no need to wait for a long time. Apartment on 42 floor. The kitchen is empty. Not enough cutlery, cups, and plates, even for a family of 3. The apartment was dirty, only the floor was washed, nobody cleared rubbish bins, a lot of dust, and mold. All the furniture feels very used. But the price is still similar to new apartments. Someone came to the apartment while we were not at home. Without notice. Mattresses one is ok, another is too strong.

Also, you need assistance to access the pool. I like to be able to move freely. The beds are very hard but I still had a good nights sleep. Interesting decor.
• Shane (8/5): Very nice stay, nice apartment in a great location surrounded by great food and sights to see. - Great location. Always enjoy this area of Saigon. The staff couldn’t manage to get me access to the pool even after many requests. Also I left my fire stick tv remote in the apartment and the staff refuse to send it to me at my home in Thailand. Both to me seem like very simple requests.

• Neil (6/5): Good - Landmark Area very good, shops everywhere Vin homes ( Kays Homes ) changed the location of our apartment stay in Saigon without informing us, they took us to riverside apartments away from Landmark where we booked to stay. Had other family at staying at Landmark. Riverside was nice but not what a booked in the first place. Apparently A/C broke down in the apartment we were assigned, they asked us to stay at the riverside apartments, but we would have paid a lot of money in taxi / grab fares . Kay Homes moved us back to Landmark 4 the following day after I requested it. We had to leave Vietnam early by one date, Kays homes rep met us at the apartment at 15.45Pm to return the 1 Million Dong Bond, He the stayed in the room until we left approx half hour later, thought this was quite rude. Be wary with Kays Homes they want full payment in Dong when you arrive at the apartment, also they want an additional 1 Million Dong for a Bond. Would I stay at Vin Homes again, Yes but not with Kays Homes. Probably need to look at their cleaning of the bathroom, lots of mould in the shower cubicle.

• Amit (9/5): One of the best apartments to stay in high-class area in Ho Chi Minh City. - What did I like? Like everything. I stayed at 44th floor from which I got to see the good view of city skylines, the sunset was amazing from there. The room was very clean, everything is in its place. I can't say anything about what I didn't like. There are no negatives.
