• Przemysław Kołodziej (2/5): - Lokalizacja, przestrzeń w mieszkaniu, duży taras, sprzęt grający , wyposażenie- pralka, toster, piekarnik, przyjemnie sąsiedzi - osoby śpiące w sypialni zostały bardzo mocno pogryzione, prawdopodobnie przez pluskwy. Z każdą nocą dochodziły nowe pogryzienia - śmieci za łóżkiem - paczka od chipsów , na balkonie pusta butelka po winie, - krzesła zniszczone, jedno zupełnie połamane, z którego spadło dziecko, na tarasie nieczynna markiza, i tylko trzy stare krzesła. Wielka szkoda, bo przyjamnie byłoby korzystać z pięknego tarasu. - światła w kuchni nie działają, jedynie lampa podłogowa, - byliśmy grupą przyjaciół, do przykrycia było tylko jedno prześcieradło na każde łóżko. Poprosiłam o dodatkowe, żeby każda osoba mogła spać pod osobnym, osoba do kontaktu powiedziała, że zostaną dostarczone kolejnego dnia, jednak tak się nie stało, nie dostałam tej już żadnej odpowiedzi, dopiero trzeciego dnia prześcieradła zostały dostarczone. - brak ręczników papierowych, ścierki do naczyń, bardzo mała ilość papieru toaletowego, brak mydła, żelu pod prysznic

El piso hermoso, tiene una terraza espectacular, la cocina súper equipada, las habitaciones muy confortables, para 5 personas estuvo súper bien!!! La verdad que disfrutamos de todos los espacios, está a 10 min de la estación andando lo cual es un puntazo sobre todo cuando llegas tarde y cansada y no tener que cruzar toda Venecia andando.
• Maxwell (7/5): Excellent location and value, but make sure your group can manage the bedroom situation. - The great location, close to train station and the water buses etc. The cost was very good as we were on a tight budget. It’s advertised as 3 bedrooms with double beds. In reality there is one double bedroom with double beds. The 2nd bedroom has only a sofa bed. The 3rd bedroom is in the attic and is inaccessible if you are of a certain age, as the stair is steep, narrow and twisting. The double bed in the attic is very low to the floor and the head height is restricted.

• Daniel (9/5): Einzigartiges Apartment in Bestlage Venedigs - Ein tolles Apartment in unschlagbarer Lage – unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof, ruhige Gasse direkt an einem Park. Nicht überlaufen, aber nah genug am Trubel. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genug Raum für Privatsphäre und gute Ausstattung. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super. 100% Empfehlung!
• Tara (7/5): Nice apartment, very close to train station - Nice apartment, very convenient location for the train station. Terrace that would be lovely in the summer. Wifi had been turned off which meant we couldn't access apartment building without ringing other people's buzzers off. Apartment was freezing on arrival.and took a day to warm up so we were cold the first night and not enough spare blankets. No tea towels or kitchen cloths provided.

• Avraham (8/5): Had a great time - Was very clean and nice. The air conditioning in the living room could have been better but in all fairness it was 40 degrees outside. The ones in the bedrooms worked great.

Took the walk down to the water and it was a good hike back up - The host was amazing and invited us to join his family at the Chuch bar in the plaza out front. What a local vibe with genuine people. Map directions were rough to navigate to the property. The host did try to communicate with us, but we were struggling with international data and ended up on the wrong street trying to speak to locals where we could name our host. They redirected down the hill and up the next entrance.
• Ian (9/5): A great base away from the chaos. - This is a home from home amid the crowded tourist chaos that now infects Venice. Obviously it has been someone's home and is all the more pleasant for that. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the terrace, on a good day, is great. The location, close to the station and vaporetto stops, is ideal. The terrace, the apartment's great selling point, has evidently been a flowery delight in the past. Unfortunately only a couple of plants have survived - a little more care could make this a true delight.

• Rishi (10/5): Very nice stay near the Venice station - 1. Location - The apartment is very near the train station, but in a quiet area. So, while you are very close to the main street, but there is not much noise - which was the perfect combination for us 2. Rooms - The rooms are quite nice with lot of place to sleep. There is also a terrace which is really nice if you want to relax. All the rooms were air conditioned, which was so comfortable as the temperature was quite high when we were there 3. Elevator - There is an elevator which is very helpful since the apartment is in the top floor 4. Host - The host is very helpful and responsive Nothing I can think of

• Cecile (8/5): Very good - Spacious appartment with terrace in quiet area next to a nice park. Close to train station and Vaporetto stops. Clean and light - There are Indeed three sleeping rooms but only one with a proper bed. Second room has a sofa bed which is not very comfortable for two adults. Third space is an attic with bed on the floor, quite hot in the summer. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Would have appreciated to have a correct description of the situation. - There is a lovely terrace but only two old chairs to sit on, nothing else. - Clumsy and small shower - Would have been nice to have the basics: a tea towel, a soap for at least one wash, a soap in the shower, a bottle of water. - Picture doesn’t fully represent the atmosphere, bit more old fashioned but ok😊
