We took her advice and went to spillthebeans for a ferrero roucher coffee was amazing. We loved this rustic, attention to detail and homely environment. Its made us fall in love with the area, from kangaroos and possums to birds joining you for coffee on the patio. Many thanks for a magical stay Nothing we did NOT like

• Martin (9/5): Beautifully presented home in a great location with welcoming hosts. - A beautiful little house that is in a perfect location as it is an easy walk to town while in a very quiet street. The whole experience was easy. The furniture was comfortable and the beautiful bathroom was squeaky clean. Lots of excellent local information is provided in the welcome pack. The hosts were very warm and helpful and provided everything to make our stay a great experience - right down to the chocolate cupcakes waiting for us on arrival.

• Michelle (10/5): Stay here its beautiful you will not regret it. - Great hosts very friendly and always there to help make your stay a good one. Front garden was beautiful. flowers, birds and kangaroos every morning. Arrived to freshly made muffins which was a bonus. I didn't read that it was a homestay not a fully equiped kitchen with cooking faciliites air bnb type of accomodation. This did not matter as I found out very quickly. Microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge were all we required. Bed in front room was better than any hotel room bed I have slept in just so comfortable. Not one complaint do yourself a favour and stay here such a quaint town Pomona. Only thing we didnt like was our stay was not long enough! Maybe a small coffee table in front of the lounge to rest coffee, tea or wine on but thats not a complaint just a suggestion.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - Great location. Quite street but a short walk from town centre. Limited/no cooking facilities but I understand this is a local council requirement. The hosts provided as much as they could in terms of food preparation facilities.
• Jane (10/5): We had a great stay, only overnight but very comfortable and quiet. Thank you for your hospitality. - A lovely quaint cottage style property. Very clean with all the facilities you need. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for personal belongings. We were welcomed by Leigh, she was lovely and friendly, offering any help if required. The garden was lovely with outdoor seating, lots of birds and kangaroos to see. We would stay there again if in the area. The bathroom door was terribly squeaky, but this is a very petty comment in hindsight! The property is clean, tidy and very comfortable.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Our stay was restful. Clean, Private & quiet Homestay. Veranda overlooking lovely well kept garden. - Although situated in Pomona suburbia amongst other well kept homes and gardens, the street and the accommodation was private, quiet, relaxing, exceptionally clean and tidy. This is a 2 bedroom self contained unit. The 2 bedrooms are large and comfortable; bathroom was modern, clean with quality products provided (just bring your toothbrush & paste); the lounge dining has all the comforts of home - table to eat at; roomy sofa, smart TV, library and board games. Ducted aircon throughout but we did not need to use. Coffee including plunger coffee and tea making and real milk available plus yummy welcome muffins. A toaster and small fridge plus cutlery, plates and wine glasses. As this is a home-stay there is no cooking but just walking distance to town with a good choice of "foodie" cafes run by friendly people. Several heritage museums to explore. Welcoming hosts who met us when we arrived live onsite and have their own quarters, respect your privacy. Loved the private outside balcony overlooking the garden especially for that early morning coffee and an afternoon relax, with the possibility of an afternoon visit from the local kangaroos. Definitely a place to revisit. A very comfortable stay and awesome hosts.

Leigh was a great host and it was central to everything. Close to Noosa, Kenilworth and Gympie for some beautiful drives then back to the peace and comfort of Pomona. The property has all coffee facilities, a small fridge and microwave. Leigh has put together a very good information book you need to read.
