• Michaela (8/5): Good... - The apartment is very pleasant, the location is quite good, well equipped. The washing machine was important to us, the dryer and of course we used the outdoor seating area a lot, these things were important to us already when ordering. You can easily reach the sights and the center on foot. Public transport stops are not just around the corner. The owner certainly knows what would be good to fix. First, the couch that kept moving, the toilet seat that kept falling, the broken shower hose. The outdoor sitting area looks nice according to the photos, but it is shared with another apartment, which did not take care of its space at all. In addition, we were kicked out the first morning by a lady from the upper terrace who was watering the flowers by pouring out several tubs of water. We didn't have time to clean anything and everything was soaked, including the laptop. Furthermore, it would be nice if there was information about where something is nearby. We came from the side where there was no shop or restaurant. It took a couple of days to find a shop and we didn't come across the bar and restaurant district until the last night when we were rushing for accommodation. Everything is really close.

The appartment itself needs more attention to details and cleanliness There's an odd smell to the appartment We had to keep two ACs running nonstop for a decent appartment temperature, as we visited during the winter
• Jade (8/5): We enjoyed the comfortable and modern facilities and location was good. - The apartment was set out nicely with modern furniture and the bed was clean and comfortable. It was very helpful there was air conditioning. We were still able to use them, but the bathroom and kitchen areas are tighter than expected.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - A very clean apartment located in a great spot with most sights and amenities being a walk or short taxi ride away. Host was very responsive and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a modern, tidy and affordable place to stay in Athens.
