• Alice (8/5): - La doccia avrebbe bisogno di una tenda per non allagare il bagno, e il pavimento un po più pulito. Ad ogni modo è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole
• adriana (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - Si trova in una posizione abbastanza vicina al centro, circa 35 minuti a piedi. É a piano rialzato, infatti noi abbiamo tenuto sempre la finestra chiusa, non solo di notte ma anche durante il giorno sia che eravamo in casa e non. Si dorme molto tranquillamente, e la sera non abbiamo avuto problemi a tornare a piedi, zona abbastanza tranquilla, solo un breve tratto quasi vicino al l’appartamento un po’ al ‘buio’. Abbiamo trovato una buona scorta di asciugami, bagno schiuma/shampo ed il phon per essere piccolo fa davvero bene la sua funzione. L’host davvero molto disponibile, noi siamo arrivati di notte molto assettati, e abbiamo trovate acqua in frigo ben fredda e ovviamente sigillata. Per una sola sera abbiamo cenato a casa e abbiamo trovato sale,zucchero, olio, etc… Aria condizionata funzionate, camera abbastanza ampia, nel complesso un bel appartamento. Presenza anche di wi-fi, utile per chi magari ha un limite di Giga da poter utilizzare fuori italia. Purtroppo devo dare una nota negativa sul bagno, c’era assolutamente l’essenziale ma era estremamente piccolo, inoltre a causa di una via d’aria per il primo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi con dei moscerini forse dovuti dall’umidità ma ovviamente nulla di preoccupante. Il box doccia non é chiuso quindi l’acqua fuoriesce bagnando il pavimento ma con un po’ di accortezza si può tranquillamente risolvere mettendo uno degli asciugamani forniti dalla struttura per non rischiare di scivolare. Per l’acqua calda nessun problema basta abbassare la leva come indicato dalle istruzioni lasciate nell’appartamento dall’host. Ergo fate attenzione a ciò che buttate nel water, ci sarà un cartello apposito che indicherà di gettare solo carta igienica, magari consiglio di scaricare gradualmente e non cercare intasi.

• Eszter (9/5): - Modern. A hálószobában az ágy kényelmes, a nappaliban a kanapé emeletes ággyá alakítható. A metró 10 perc gyalog, A közelben bolt, kávézók, bárok találhatók. Volt bekészítve víz, kávé. Minden instrukciót a bejutáshoz üzenetben kaptunk. Kicsit nehezen találtuk meg, de végül sikerült. Egy éjszakára tökéletes volt. A fürdőszoba nagyon pici. A nappali sötét, a hálószoba ablakán nincs függöny, ezért belátnak az utcáról. Csak 2db szék van a lakásban, pedig 4 főnek is kényelmes az apartman.

• Panos (10/5): Κεντρικό, λειτουργικό, βολικό διαμέρισμα. - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κεντρικά, αναλυτικές οδηγίες πρόσβασης κι εισόδου, όμορφη διαρρύθμιση, λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, βολικό για όποιον θέλει να συνδυάσει διαμονή στο κέντρο με δουλειές του. Το wifi δεν λειτουργούσε, ήταν το extender εκτός λειτουργίας. Δεν εμφανιζόταν καν το δίκτυο στις επιλογές wifi, θα πρότεινα την προτίμηση σε εγκατάσταση συσκευών Deco.

• Renata (10/5): - I liked the lively yet residential area of Athens with walkable distance to the very centre as well as to my favourite Mt. Lykavitos. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. It would be a great place for a couple for weeks even years to live in. For our group of 5 it was just perfect for two nights. Very modern and Cody, spotless clean. There was a slight misunderstanding about finding the actual place, yet quickly resolved over the phone.

• Mary (1/5): Bad - Location The toilet seat, sofa bed, and freezer were all broken. On our second night, the door handle fell off in my husband's hand. When we brought these issues up, the most the property management did was ask the cleaner to put new linens on the sofa bed, which made no sense. Avoid if at all possible.
• Rūta (3/5): Poor - Apartment is quite big and comfortable. When we came first thing is the huge cockroaches on the floor. They were already dead. Because of this everything looks suspicious and unsanitary. I’m very disappointed.
• Berta (2/5): Cockroaches… - It was at a good place, around 10 minutes walk to the metro, and next to a park. The flat itself was okay. The owner tried to help with complaints but did not really have a permanent solution. There were cockroaches! On my second day I’ve seen one run in the bathroom. Notified the owner, he sent the cleaner to remove it. A few hours later I went back, there were 2 more running there. This time I waited for the cleaner to remove them. The next 2 days I saw 1/day, at least those were dead. The owner sent the cleaner to clean them up every time and he tried to compensate with a bottle of wine, but after the the first 3 I was terrified there would be more and could barely sleep… The owner said he thinks they came from above as there was an apartment being renovated, but this did not help the problem… Other than this some smaller problems: the shower didn’t have curtains or similar so it was impossible not to make the whole bathroom wet when showering. There was natural light only in the bedroom and as there was only blinds you could only have light when you didn’t care people would be able to see in (from the street).

• Nilly (8/5): Clean and cozy but not very quiet - Clean, loved the wall colour,, owner was very helpful, the apartment is small but convenient, with good A/c in every room. Internet was quite slow, and there was lots of car engine and ppl speaking noises at night as we were at street level, right next to a parking lot, and could hear everything hapenning outside. Maybe better soumd-proofing would help. Or earplugs.

• John (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay including a plentiful supply of coffee pods. It's true what others have mentioned, the shower area is small, but it functions very well. It felt very secure and spacious for two. When we arrived the sofas were set up as beds too which could cater for 5 all together comfortably but the space would have been much more restricted. All the beds were very high quality. This is difficult because actually we were very happy at the apartment but I can also understand other people's comments about the area. There is some tension rising in Athens regarding areas being bought up for short term rentals and this is definitely one of those. If you are someone that wants to walk straight out of your door into the more touristy sites then this is not for you. If however you like more real life experiences with better value authentic eateries then won't go wrong here. There was some noise from the neighbours but not outside of the 'quiet hours'. Given the price it was well worth it.

• Grgur (10/5): Excellent place - So the location is excellent, you can walk to all the major sights and the train statiom is close. There is a shop very close to it. The apartamanet is quite big, you have two air conditioning units, one in the living room one in the bedroom, the toilet has a washing machine and all other amenities are provided. Very comfirtable bed Kitchen was a bit dark, didnt see a lightswitch in there
• Bina (8/5): Very good - Pretty, comfortable apartment. The bed was great, the street was quiet, enjoyed the 2 TVs w Netflix etc, kitchen was stocked well. Communication w the landlord was good. The bathroom could have been bigger, there was a slight not nice smell from the kitchen window.

Excellent fully automatic deadlock apartment door 🙂 Only one gripe : the plug next to the washing machine was not working ( but there was a power board elsewhere which I was able to use with the washing machine.)

• Dunja (10/5): Amazing experience - The appartment has everything you could think of and need. The washing machine and capsules are great for people traveling to multiple places. The location is great, 20 minute walk/public transport ride to the city centre. The host is always available and very helpful.
• Zuzanna (9/5): Generally everything fine. The Wi-Fi was the surprise as the advert says there is no Wi-Fi. - I really liked the decor and space. It was cozy, clean and there was nothing to complain about. The horrible humidity in the bathroom which caused the awful smell.

• Crenguta (1/5): Coackroaches everywhere and no hot water - The flat is very well equiped, in a quiet area and not very far away from Acropole (3 km walking). Flat was clean, comfortable bed, tv's were you can watch Netflix and many more. Coackroaches everywhere ...first night in the shower running all over the house to catch it, went under the kitchen furniture, later I catch it. Second night, I heard a strong noise like something scratching on the wall. When I found out where the noise is coming from, I saw the coackroach legs dig in between the wall and the plastic border. In the flat was some spray and I empty half of the tub. I let know the host about this situation but he send me the desinsection report from almost 1 year ago but that was not the point. Bed sheets I had were dirty, with big yellow spots. Towels need to be change, they look old. No hot water during my stay and I had to wash myself with cold water. The shower it's quite small and water is splashing everywhere(no curtains or something similar). Also I was told that cold water not working and coackroaches everywhere only to me happend, but again that was not the point.
• Gemma (9/5): Will come back! - The apartment you get is what you seen on the pics. Newly refurbished, one decent size room with a double bed and a living room with a little but well equipped kitchen. You have two TVs with the extra of being able to use the owner's Netflix, which is a plus! More than comfortable. Very good price for being almost in the city centre of Athens. The flat is located 30min walk from the city centre, you can go anywhere walking. You are well located without all the tourist bustle, which I loved. The area is not the best, might be a bit dodgy. Nevertheless, not once I felt insecure. The area is fairly crowded at night time, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

This has nothing to do with the apartment the apartment was good. but Athens is a dump I had no idea before I booked here it’s dirty it’s pretty much a big city dirty downtown

• Mark (10/5): Cosy, warm and well equipped for fun in the city - All brand new appliances and furniture which means everything just worked. It's a nice cosy, safe feeling space with great A/C & heating. It's in an interesting area of town on a quiet street but close to two lovely parks (Pedion Tou Ares and Strefi Hill) with shops and cafes close by. I got an almost instant reply from the staff if I ever had a question. I'd definitely stay again. Nothing really.
