• Vlada K (8/5): Comfortable apartment in the very centre - Very good, stylish and clean apartment in the very centre of Sevillha. Literally 3 minutes by foot from the cathedral and 7 minutes from Alcazar. Well-equipped kitchen. Calm and not noisy. Getting access to the apartment could be impossible if we didn't encounter a local resident and he didn't let us enter the building. The bed was a bit too soft for my friend. Also, we couldn't access the WiFi, so used our own net. Finally, we had some problems with a shower since we lacked the hot water in the boiler.

• Frank (3/5): Dringende Warnung hier zu buchen. Es gibt viele schöne Alternativen. - Unkomplizierter Checkin, elektronisches Schloss ist praktisch. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage direkt im Zentrum. Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad. Beim Checkin war dieser durch Chlorgeruch überdeckt, ist aber deutlich her hervor getreten nach der ersten Nacht. Unsere Anfragen beim Vermieter per WhatsApp wurden immer sofort per AI / KI automatisch beantwortet und später von einem Mitarbeiter ergänzt. Nach einigen Tagen ist jemand in der Wohnung gewesen und hat festgestellt, dass angeblich kein Problem existiert. Matratze total durch gelegen. Beim besten willen nicht als Schlafgelegenheit zu bezeichnen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aber nicht hilfreich.

• Suzanne (10/5): I know exactly where I will be staying on my next trip to Sevilla! - The location was central to EVERYTHING within walking distance! There was nothing I did not like. My only suggestion would be better direction on check out. Because you leave the keys inside the apartment, you don't have a way to unlock the exterior gate to let yourself out. I had to wake up a very nice neighbor at 6am to let me out.
• Emanuela (8/5): Ottima soluzione ma per 2 persone, non per famiglie - Posizione eccellente. Tutte le principali attrazioni di Siviglia raggiungibili a piedi. Ottime le dotazioni in cucina (lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè e lavatrice) e quanto messo a disposizione dalla proprietà (olio, sale, zucchero, cialde per il caffè, phon e carta igienica in bagno) Non adatto ad un soggiorno per 4 persone, nonostante i letti in dotazione. Materasso del letto matrimoniale scomodissimo. Solo due sgabelli in cucina, alla richiesta di averne altri due per poterci sedere in 4 per i pasti ci hanno risposto che non ce n'erano altri in dotazione. Boiler per l'acqua calda decisamente sottodimensionato per 4 persone, l'acqua calda bastava a malapena per la doccia per 2 persone. La comunicazione con la proprietà era via WhatsApp e tramite un risponditore automatico con intelligenza artificiale, quindi si faticava ad ottenere soluzioni reali per eventuali problemi che si presentavano durante il soggiorno.
• Luka (6/5): Big apartment in need of deep cleaning - The apartment is in the city centre and you can reach main attractions on foot. It is really big and very well equipped with everything you need. Self check-in was really easy. The sofa, carpet and bed could really use some deep cleaning. There was an odd smell in the bedroom and the mattress should be replaced. We tried opening the windows to get rid of the smell, bit it didn’t go away so we think the problem is in the mattress. There were also some stains on our bedsheets and the bed cover was really dirty. There are too many cushions in the living room on the sofa whose pillow cases aren’t washed after each guest in the apartment. You can tell that because they are visibly stained. Also, you have to go through the bedroom to enter the bathroom which is a bit inconvenient when your child is sleeping.

Posizione spettacolare. - Appartamento molto bello, con tutto il necessario e in una posizione strategica, vicino a tutto. Arredamento nuovo e molto pulito. Accesso alla casa senza chiavi molto comodo anche se l'ingresso all'appartamento un pò "difficile" da individuare senza nessuna scritta all'esterno. Il materasso non era molto comodo e non funzionava il riscaldamento e nonostante siano intervenuti non è stato sistemato. Mancava anche il telecomando della tv che ci hanno prontamente portato la mattina successiva al nostro arrivo.

• Amelia (8/5): Charming Spanish stay in central Seville - Location was right by Cathedral. Apartment opened out onto the central courtyard - so quiet but could hear the peel of cathedral bells. Apartment was comfortable for 2 people. Entering and exciting the building was no problem as exit button by lift for internal door when you vacate apartment. External door is always open from the inside. No air conditioning unit in bedroom only in living area so had to leave bedroom door open and air conditioning on high to have an affect on the 25 degree night temperature. It was okay for a couple of nights as only 2 people in apartment but if people sleeping in the lounge, then they would have frozen.

• Helen (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very well located, easy walking distance to everything, even the train station Gaining entrance to the property required quite a bit of back and forth with the managers, including being asked to call when we landed. Unfortunately the tel no given was incorrect (2 digits were repeated) so we spent some time on the street waiting for the key. Thankfully it wasn't raining at that particular time

Power cut eventually dealt with by moving us to another more comfortable property. Comfortable but basic. Power cut to the building which meant no electricity all day - not fault of the owners.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great location, and great for us for a few days - Fantastic location, lovely, modern and clean (apart from a few hairs on the mattress that I could see under the flat sheet). Coffee pods left for us, laundry derwent available to use if we needed to as well as other basics like sugar and olive oil. The shower was great! And we had everything we needed. The pillows were so comfortable! And we slept well in the bed. The host was great, and very helpful. She came to meet is at the apartment on a Sunday evening. It was a little cold in the apartment, however there was a stand alone heater in the bedroom and aircon in the living room. A couple of hairs stuck to the mattress fabric what showed through the sheets but that was very minor, I just noticed it because it was on my side of the bed! The upstairs neighbour was actually quite noisy in the evening and into the night, I don't know if they were also tourists so it may not be an issue for others if they were. The key for the gated door has a bit of a knack to it, so was a bit difficult to open when we were coming in.

We really loved it You have to get the key in person. There was some misunderstanding about what time we can get the keys. There is luggage storage on the same street and it would have been helpful to know.

Needed to have phone coverage to be able to notify the agent when we arrived. The agent was also slow responding to requests -all worked out in the end

• Gerry (10/5): A great gem brilliantly located in Seville - The apartment was beautifully furnished, neat and clean. All feels fresh, well-maintained and in good conditions. The apartment is greatly located in the middle of the action yet once in there is peaceful and quiet.
• Elaine (10/5): Lovely Place To Stay - It was an absolutely gorgeous apartment. The location was excellent, right by Plaza Salvador. The manager was lovely to deal with. I struggled a bit with the locks and keys on the gates and had to ask for help by people passing by.
