• Paul (8/5): Good value modern apartment with everything you need - The apartment is in a great location in the Rincon d'Loix area of Benidorm which is on the western edge of the city near Playa Levante. This is about a 30 min walk to Benidorm centre and Old Town. The apartment is modern with all the facilities you'd need, good wifi, generally well specced kitchen, modern bathroom, large TV. It's on the 20th floor facing the sea so you have a great view of the area, the apartment faces south so you get sun all day which is good in the cooler months. There is no balcony as it has been closed in but the windows can be opened across like a sunroom. There is aircon in the lounge and bedroom for cooling and heating. For a Benidorm apartment it is in very good condition and good value when I stayed. The floor was a bit dirty, I had to vacuum a bit so floor cleaning could have been better. The kitchen is a bit small, not much space to make anything if you want to cook meals but there is everything you need. There were a couple of useful things missing in the kitchen and it took trying 4 different numbers to get a response! But eventually what i needed was dropped off. Not much storage in the bathroom either, basically everything has to go on top of the washing machine. The worst part of the apartment is the soundproofing between the bedroom and the apartment next door. It seems the bedroom is next to the lounge and the wall is paper thin (typical in Spanish construction). As soon as the neighbours were up talking in the morning it woke me up every day, I thought they were in my apartment! Fortunately I had ear plugs.

Esta bien localizado, cerca de la playa, de paradas de autobuses, de zona de marcha pero a la vez es una calle tranquila. Por cierto, el tema de la cantidad de luz que entraba por la cristalera está resuelto, pusieron cortinas La cocina algo pequeña e incomoda para cocinar

• Rita (7/5): - Locatie De ovenplaat kan je niet uithalen ( de deur kan je wel openen) . De koelkast staat voor de oven. Je moet heel groot zijn om de drinkglazen uit de kast te halen ( er is geen opstapje). Er zijn weinig glazen en tassen. (Als je in een warm land bent drink je vaker water of iets anders). We kregen ook nog 2 berichten dat we de 2de sleutelbos moesten inleveren. Heb direct geschreven dat we er maar 1 kregen , bij het 2de bericht heb ik persoonlijk gebeld om dit te zeggen .

We purposely booked this apartment for the pool as wanted the option of pool days before heading to Alicante. The pool shut for the winter a few days before we arrived which was not mentioned on booking. Very small kitchen. Fine for what we needed but you would stuggle if you wanted to cook alot.

• Albert (8/5): - Great location, lot's of supermarket's shops bar and restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely big pool with lot's of surrounding terrace to relax.. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and appliances were all modern. The staff were quick to tespond to messages. This apartment was on the 20th floor so brilliant views.

• Wioletta (9/5): Great stay. - beautiful clean apartament, so close to the beach and to the the aqua park which was literally 2 km away. Cool views from the balcony. Great stay and would recommend to everyone. There was only minor things like the couch is not very comfy to sleep on but you hey use to it🤪 and the air conditioning is bit loud.

Good air-conditioning. Entry process was smooth. Clear communication from the host regarding keys etc Windows in the main area need blinds. Hard to sleep on the sofa bed with all the light getting in.

Perfect location for the beach and main areas of Benidorm. Didn't bother me, but the apartment is on the 20th floor, so it is very high up and not for the faint hearted
