Aracely (8/5): - Gostei da localização e do espaço do apartamento. Eu não gostei do wi-fi, era muito ruim, mal pegava na cozinha, e no quarto também não pegava e nem a tv deu pra usar, não pegava nenhum canal.
Maira (7/5): - Propriedade próxima à praia e algumas lojas e mercados. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. O contato com proprietário foi rápido e fácil. Para usar os eletrodomésticos do local como microondas e máquina de café é preciso levar um adaptador, pq as tomadas são diferentes, procurei e não encontrei nenhum, a sorte que havíamos levado. Limpeza deixou a desejar. Lençol da cama de casal sujo de café(?) Pia do banheiro suja de pasta de dente e com cabelo no chão. Teia de aranha no teto do quarto e os ventiladores cheios de pó.
Ww (10/5): Excepcional - O prédio é super organizado, quarto entregue impecávelmente limpo. Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionam e em estado de novos. A anfitriã e nota 1000. Super recomendo e voltarei ainda este ano. Praia de faço acesso e trânsito super tranquilo. Um nível superior a todas as praias do sudeste. Ar condicionado ótimo e ventiladores a disposição. Pedi uma panela de pressão e me foi entregue em uma hora pela anfitriã.... Show de ⚽ A barraca que fica mais próxima não é a melhor da região. Vale andar um pouco e visitar outras. Mesmo assim muito boa.

Walder (8/5): Avaliação positiva - Apartamento bem localizado, anfitriã atenciosa, atendeu prontamente as requisições e repôs o material que faltava, sugiro que melhore o sinal de wi-fi do prédio, sinal fraco e quase nunca conecta, percebi que o roteador fica no quarto andar, sugiro que coloquem um repetidor de sinal por andar para melhorar a conexão. O colchão da cama de casal é duro e desconfortável, confesso que acordei arrebentado porque tenho problema de coluna, se resolverem esses pequenos problemas podem será a melhor opção para locação na cidade, bem localizado, pertinho da praia e ao lado de bares, restaurantes e demais comércios. Sinal de wi-fi fraco, não conecta e colchão de casal desconfortável, muito duro.
