• Leon (Lee) (7/5): Four mature golf friends on tour - Very spacious. Nice neighbourhood. Comfortable mattresses. Parking for two small cars. Difficult to find and gain entry.
• Zoltan (5/5): Superbe appartement WITHOUT jacuzzi !!! - Appartement bien situé dans un cadre magnifique , beaux volumes et supers potentiels 2 emplacements de parking A notre arrivée difficile de trouver l’entrée/ la clé/ le concierge absent… cela nous a pris plus d’une heure pour avoir accès au bien Nous rentrons dans l.appartement les lits sont propre et les salle de bain sont nettoyées… tout le reste est sale et un manque d’entretien évident : Quelques exemples: sols pas nettoyés, tout colle dans la cuisine, trace de verres ,de confiture partout, frigo, micro-ondes, hotte, bouloirs casseroles dans un état tel que nous ne les utiliserons pas Les poêles à frire en Téflon écaillés = inutilisable Couverts/ assiettes: que 6 pièces de chaque pour un appartement de 12 personnes Jacuzzi: eau pas propre / vétuste / DANGEREUX !!! A notre demande, le propriétaire nous a renvoyé la femme de ménage le lendemain matin , qui savait exactement ce qu’elle devait faire ( oubli de la veille?) Elle vide le jacuzzi et nous propose de le remplir après son départ si nous voulons l’utiliser, ce que j’ai fait ! Aucuns produits d’entretien , impossible de le mettre en route, donne des décharges électriques !!! Wifi ne fonctionne pas malgré la connexion établie avec le réseau… facture impayée ? Air conditionné sale et mauvaises odeurs = manque d’entretien ! Pare soleil cassé sur une des terrasses , éclairage extérieurs cassé, sans ampoules,… Lorsque j’ai fais la réservation il y a 2-3 mois la cotation du bien était 9,3! Si j’avais vu les derniers commentaires, je ne l’aurais certainement pas pris Bref un manque d’entretien général qui, voyant les commentaires précédents ne sont jamais pris en compte… dommage !
• Howdy40 (6/5): - I liked the area and the flat and the garage.. the owner was good person and tried to support but he was in chaina as he told me The number of the beds is less one and the air-conditions were not working well , they need maintenance to be cool again
• Frank (1/5): Spacy appartment but many technical issues. Jacuzzi is a threat to health... - Large appartment with enough beds for 12. It is bright and stylish. Car parking available for 2 cars. Great fridge and freezer. Nice balkony to sit in the evening. The jacuzzi couldn't be used as you got electrical shocks on the water surface, likely due to a technical issue. On one balcony, the awning was defective. The beautiful kitchen didn't offer enough cutlery and glasses for our group of 8, and unfortunately only 1 large pot to cook. Only 1 garage door opener and key to the main gate. Several light bulbs out of order and no spare parts available. Not easy to find as the correct address was only revealed upon arrival and my messages to the host. No reply from the host to my criticism that I list here, unfortunately.
• FRANCISCO JOSE (5/5): Calor - La situación del apartamento y lo amplio del mismo. Falta de comunicación con persona responsable del mismo, así como con alguien de mantenimiento por la falta del aire acondicionado y alguna cosa más.
• Lara (5/5): Falta de comunicación - La ubicación, la amplitud de la casa y la urbanización. Imposible comunicarse con el anfitrión después de varias incidencias, la mas importante que no funcionaban los aires acondicionados. 15 dias sin aire ni respuesta a los mensajes. Menaje del cocina muy escaso y baños sin toallas de manos. Una pena porque podría estar muy bien la casa si no fuese por estas cosas fáciles de resolver.
• Kirsty (10/5): Fabulous stay, highly recommended - We stayed for 23 days and our stay was amazing very comfortable and great size. Pablo was very communicative whenever we had a questions about our stay. Massive thank you to Pablo for being a fabulous host. We didn't use the pool as the jacuzzi was enough and private.
• Tian (7/5): Large apartment at great location - Very big, comfortable beds, good location and parking garage. Not very well cleaned. Dirty floor. Top floor but a lot of aggressive seagulls on the roof and can not really stay on the balcony.
