- En (10/5): - I stayed 6 nights in this place. Thw building seems new. I don't have any issue for check in. Just whenever you check out, you have to use another fob to scan. The area is quite. Driving to downtown is about 5 minutes. It is convenient to almost everywhere.

Appeared new & was exceptionally clean. A Kurig coffee/tea maker was appreciated. They supplied 6 pods & cream & sweeteners. The fridge was huge for our needs. Having Netflix was a bonus. The whole check-in process was new to us elderly folks but it was seamless. A lady I assume was the manager/cleaning was extremely helpful & polite in giving extra support to make sure we knew how things worked. Was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I like the designated parking spot to guarantee a place to park. Highly recommended. R & B

Quiet place. 30 minute walk from city center, but at a much cheaper price then those located in center. free outside parking on site.

Suggestion = provide a non-slip âstoolâ stored in cupboard. Plus no bars in shower ..to grip if needed. Also ..no place to set your soap/ shampoo inside stall. I image these would be hard to install given ceramics. ..but maybe some âcreative thinkingâ ? All in all - a great place ..I wish more of this âall inclusiveâ boutique hotels could be found. I would definitely be booking again. âŠBeverley

The key check-in/out system was amazing. Cons: There was a vent separate from the AC/heat unit that was really loud in the room and continuously blowing. Wish there was someone to answer the phone on the weekends bc I forgot my key in the room when I checked out and couldn't get back in or get ahold of anyone so had to leave a message. Other: I only stayed for 2 nights, but I was given at least 4 nights worth of hotel soaps, etc, so their eco-friendly rating lost some points.

Couch wasnât comfortable at all and didnât love that the bathroom and bedroom beside it had doors with opaque glass so when someone gets up in the night to use the bathroom, it lights up that bedroom. - Yolanda (6/5): Micro. Hotel Fredericton review - The apt was new and clean, but there were things that could have made it a better stay. There was only one tea towel. No garbage bags, the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on, the washer dryer combination was very confusing to use. There wasn't any cleaning supplies or a mop for the floor, we were therefor4 nights so it could haveused a sweep. Also a tv would have been nice and extra blankets. The wifi was hit and miss, one day it didn't work at all.

I finally stopped at the seedy looking apartment building that seemed to be at the address (no numbers are on the building either). By then I missed the real person who checks you in (they leave at 6:00. It was 6:15) and the front door was locked. There were several people in front smoking and it appeared to be an apartment building not a hotel as there were things hanging off the balconies. I called the customer service number and left a message. I then booked a stay in another hotel just before customer service called me back. They text me the instructions for getting in the building that I apparently hadnât seen. I asked for a refund and they referred me back to Expedia. I didnât call Expedia as my booking was clearly indicated as not refundable. Lesson learned. Money lost.

Comes with a designated parking space so you donât have to worry about that. We had to amend our stay last minute and the customer service line was very understanding and helpful. The on-site manager was friendly and approachable. The roof top terrace was the perfect place for morning coffee and the small but well equipped fitness center was an unexpected bonus! The hotel is right on a walking path which is great for a little stroll during the day and I loved the way Culvert falls was integrated into the landscaping!

- Jodi (10/5): - Very clean, new, property! Great location - walking distance to downtown and university. Bus stop right out front with bus going by frequently. Parking spot included. Kitchen is well equipped. Room was cleaned every day. Private balcony was nice. Rooftop terrace is beautiful! Fitness room an added bonus. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!

Having a gym onsite, balcony and the rooftop made the stay so much more enjoyable! The manager was very helpful and kind that was onsite. We will definitely be back to stay again!

- Jill (10/5): Amazing Stay! - What an brilliant concept! This "tiny" apartment style rental is amazing. Our room was beautiful, clean with more than enough space. The kitchen has everything you would need for eating and preparing your meal. It even has a community BBQ and rooftop lounge. We'll definitely be back!
- Madeline (8/5): - This small, but efficient unit has everything you need for a couple day stay. Everything is new and modern. Check in is easy and the location is good.
