Andrew (7/5): We enjoyed our stay but could probably get better value elsewhere for our next visit to Florence. - The Appartment is clean, bright and airy and is well located for great local coffee shops, Pizza joints, Panini sandwiches and a range of more formal restaurants. It is within easy walking of all the main sites in the centre of Florence and is reasonably quiet at night. There are two bathrooms and a small kitchen. Worth noting that one of the showers has been plumbed the wrong way round (hot/cold reversed) and one of the basin drains was rather slow (blocked). The showers really only score as adequate particularly if you are used to a strong shower. For the summer there is good air conditioning in all the main rooms. The arrangement for collecting the key is a bit tricky unless you had provided passport details for registration BEFORE you arrive. Our phone data did not work in Florence (our fault) but that meant we could not send passport images once we arrived. Unfortunately this was required before being given details of how to get the keys. We had to find a coffee shop with free wifi before we could get access. Of more concern is that the single Key is required to let yourself out of the appartment (4th floor) AND the main building front door. This could be dangerous in a fire but was also inconvenient if different people want to leave the appartment at different times.
Astemir (10/5): Also very pleasnt communication with the host! Everything was great. - The apartment is situated on 2-3 min walk to all the main POI in Florence!!! Very comfortable, very good air conditioning, two separate bathrooms. It was my best accomodation in Italy I ever had.
