- Kevin Christof (8/5): - Die Lage ist eine 10 von 10! Auch wenn es ein wenig klein ist, kann man sich für diesen Preis absolut nicht beschweren. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man hätte ändern können. Das Shampoo z.B war einfach mit Wasser aufgefüllt oder es stehen einfach 2 leere Waschmittel Flaschen da. Kleinigkeiten über die man hinwegsehen kann bei dem Preis.

- Alice (6/5): Great location but room was quite dirty, fine for short stays - Amazing location right next to mejiro station and the JR line. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within a 10 minute walk, great base for seeing Tokyo Walls very dirty in the bedroom and bathroom has mould around the sink. Bed very uncomfortable Came with no tea/coffee. We had no need but if you are wanting to cook it would be extremely difficult with the space you are given.

It's in a residencial area and very quiet first of all it's not in Ikebukuro it's in Mejiro and it's way smaller than it looks in the pictures. The cleaning was lacking a bit and now I understand why there were no pictures of the bathroom in the add, it was not the best

- Mathilde (8/5): A recommander pour les couples / solos ! - Très bon emplacement dans quartier calme, à 5min à pieds même pas d’une station de métro. Magasins et commerces aux alentours, bien pratique. Logement petit mais amplement suffisant pour la nuit et calme. Présence d’une odeur d’humidité / remontée d’égout mais qui peut être évitée en bouchant les sorties d’eau avec les bouchons. Avis à ceux ayant besoin d’obscurité dans la chambre, les rideaux sont peu occultants et laissent passer beaucoup de jour le matin, sachant que le soleil se lève tôt !

El baño, en concreto, la cortina de este tenía varias manchas. Y la entrada del edificio, había muchas hojas secas, pelusas y hasta me encontre una rata muerta que estuvo allí 1 día y medio tirada.

I think it’s worth it’s value for money because Tokyo it’s expensive and here you are by yourself in a little but apartment at the end of the day. It’s small and old. If you are with two luggage as us there is not enough room enough but work it out

The temperature of the shower was unstable and hard to regulate. The bed cover was too thick and even if it was clean it smelled of ammonia.

The bathtub drain was not cleaned properly and is clogged, causing poor drainage. 2. There was a small piece of trash left by the previous guest under the faucet of the sink in a less noticeable spot. 3. A small insect carcass was not removed from the toilet platform. 4. Some dust on the bed frame at the head of the bed.

Me and my partner spent 8 nights total at the property and were very satisfied. Didn’t find our room to be too small as some other reviews say, though it may vary. The place was cozy, very clean, good shower and lots of amenities including a washing machine. We really loved the location right near the train station- the area is quiet and residential, but with lots of konbini nearby and well placed near shinjuku, ikkebukuro, shibuya etc on the Yamanote line. For the price you can’t go wrong with this place. No complaints really, the check in time is a bit late perhaps.

No staff present but checking in was easy. Rules of establishment are clear to see when you arrive. Very old bathroom which was small. - Suzanne (7/5): Small Efficient Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood - I like the location. It's close to the Mejiro train station, and I like the neighborhood. I also like that the host was responsive to the issues I had with the apartment. I like having a little kitchen. Having had trouble with other appliances, I never attempted to use the clothes washing machine--but I appreciate that it was there. Collecting the key was difficult, because I didn't receive clear instructions in English and Google Maps didn't bring me to the right address. Lack of instruction may have resulted when I was unable to fill out some paperwork--I tried several times, unsuccessfully. Finally, I had to call the host. Inside the apartment, there were no instructions in English for the heat or the stove, so once again, I contacted the host. He responded quickly via text. The kitchen is minimal, but efficient, although I think it was put together by someone who doesn't cook: no sharp knives, no paper towels, no dish towel to dry dishes. It's probably fine for most people who just want to microwave. Luckily I brought my own drip device for making coffee.
- Fatima (4/5): Worst stay in Tokyo & smelly bathroom - Train station in less than 10 mins walk that doesn't make up for how bad the stay was. Not recommended Smelly, extra small bathroom. Not worth the money and room is meant for single person and not 2 adults. Finding the stay was the worst experience because the map takes you to different nestay so they have to update the map. And we had the worst time locating the key. They put the key in wrong mailbox and guess what, there's nobody to assist so we just started checking other mail boxes just because we thought why not and they take long to respond on messages. We had to ask friend to call on their listed number and they kept saying to check room mailbox. I don't have issues with small apartments in japan as it was not our first time but this was not meant for 2 people. It was very congested with no space for travel bags. Appliances were stuffed in room just because they wanted to. For bathroom, oh goodness - you need to put 1 foot in and turn to side ways to close door. Heheh Pictures are deceiving and it's better to stay in hostels than this apartment. So there was nobody to assist us in finding keys for 2 hours but for checkout they were there at 11 sharp and said they can't keep our luggage for few hours. Definitely not recommended 😕 this spoiled our last leg of trip big time.

- Mak (3/5): Only thing good about this is the location. Price is cheap so what you see is what you get. Keep expectations low. - Location was great. Close to major train station lines and easy to navigate. 1) Room was tiny: despite being advertised as suitable for 2 adults. There was barely any room for one let alone two suitcases that we had with us. Wouldn’t advise unless you plan on doing minimal shopping. 2) the ad has hundreds of photos of different rooms so you don’t really know which one you’re gonna get as you don’t get to pick. We got put in the bottom level corner room which seemed to be the smallest of the lot. 3) Nowhere to hang up washing: the apartment has a washing machine but has no where to hang your wet clothes. Had to get creative and dry them indoors which proved to be challenging and highly inconvenient. 4) the bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt unstable. Unless you enjoy extremely firm, hard, squeaky springs it was challenging getting comfy to sleep each night which really ruined our holiday 5) shower curtains were moldy and fitted way too close in the bath tub. Had absolutely no room to shower without having your body touch the moldy shower curtains.

The apartment has everything you need in such a small space. There's also a balcony. The balcony is empty and quite dirty. The bathroom has no shelves or anything to keep things in, and the light is not great.
- János (10/5): Lovely place with easy travel connection. - The apartment is really close to the Yamanote line (within about 5 minutes of walking, very well connected to most of Tokyo), yet with the windows closed it is really quiet. It is well equipped and nice looking, definitely worth the price I paid for it.

There was also an elevator next to the station to avoid using the stairs to get to the appartment from Mejiro Station. Especially with big suitcases it was amazing. The area was also great and the station is very close to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shin Okube. It was also nice and quiet. We knew that it was a small appartment, but one should be aware that if you travel with big suitcases you barely have any room to open them.

- Nathan (8/5): Nestay truly understands the importance of location. My apartment was situated right next to Mejiro - Location! This hotel gets a top rating from me for its unbeatable location! Stepping out the front door, I was right in front of a convenience store and a few steps away from a main JR station. For sightseeing, it was fantastic. Squeezing into the shower was quite the feat, and forget about having any toiletries readily accessible – there was simply no room for them on the tiny counter.

- Tulika (10/5): Lovely apartment for a week in Tokyo. - Very good location 4 min walk from JRline and really nice neighborhood. The room was a perfect fit for me and my boyfriend. Room that I booked can git for 3 ppl, but I think 2 ppl is enough. All everything good ans clean. The Internet WIFI so slow haha, hope next time they fix it.

- Mortimer (3/5): Not more than the bare minimum for the price. Images are scam. - The images the host has provided on the booking.com page didn't match the room we received and stayed in. Considering the amount we paid to stay for a night it's arguably a scam.

- Floyd (3/5): If you have problems, you're on your own. - Reasonably clean and newer furnishings. Absolutely incompetent staff. Wifi never worked. Despite constant emails back and forth, they never came to fix it and the constant requests for more pictures of a nonfunctioning router only made our vacation even more stressful.

- Y (5/5): Be careful what room you book. We got the bad looking one. - The location is really good. Very close to the green circle line that will literally take you anywhere. Area is quiet so that's nice for sleeping. Be very careful what room you choose or doublecheck your booking. We were in the dark brown one apparently thinking we booked the brighter looking one with the more modern interior. The brown one is traditional and tiny, has a cold water washing machine and is very outdated. We still don't know if we misclicked or if we were put in the wrong room since they put all the pictures of all different rooms on the site together. But it was only a few nights so we didn't bother. We won't stay there again though it felt awkward.

- Yenting (8/5): Very good - Love the location, Mejiro is a quiet stop but walkable distance to Ikebukuro. It's surprising that everything you need fit inside such a small apartment, and everything work fine. Laundry machine is clean and washes well. Bed is comfy and a good size for two. Having two chairs is a plus for us. There's barely space for opening luggages, but I guess that's unavoidable for Tokyo apartments. We have two small luggages and it's occupying almost the whole floor already, so probably not the best space if you have a big luggage.
